Definitions
- the invention relates to a arranged at the front end of a handle Razor head, in particular razor blade unit of a wet shaver, in the one, a front guide rail and a rear cover cap plastic housing a single or double razor blade is attached and in which the shaver head a storage device for Inclusion of a liquid shaving aid, skin care product or the like in Has the shape of a storage chamber, this storage device being a dispensing device is assigned to deliver the agent while shaving.
- a single or double razor blade is unsolvable embedded in the shaver head in a plastic housing.
- the Shaver head designed separately and can be attached to a handle for this purpose the handle and the shaver head have mutually corresponding locking devices speaks one from a so-called razor blade unit.
- the first system is based on a mixture of the water-soluble plastic Polyox (PEO) and non-water-soluble polystyrene (PS).
- PEO water-soluble plastic Polyox
- PS non-water-soluble polystyrene
- a disadvantage of this first system is that the application of the Polyox during shaving is very inaccurate and strongly influenced by individual shaving habits depends. It also shows that with the second and third shave the amount of polyox released subsides, which therefore quickly increases leads to a noticeable decrease in shaving comfort. Another disadvantage This first system lies in the fact that after only a few applications a very messy appearance of the sliding strip sets. Furthermore the glide strip is sensitive to moisture, especially in the bathroom is available. In addition, the Polyox solution depends viscosity during shaving strongly depends on individual shaving behavior of the user, i.e. how much the glide strip is wetted with water. If the razor blade unit is not treated evenly, the effects will be negative and the user criticizes the "stickiness" of the white glide strip.
- the first system uses the water-soluble lubricating film produced by a plastic that is considered dermatologically harmless is classified, but the desired effect cannot be achieved with natural substances to reach. This is because the manufacturing process is at temperatures demands that natural substances would decompose. Due to the manufacturing process it is also not possible to add active ingredients. The in the manufacture of the The temperatures required for the sliding strip are above 200 ° C.
- the second system is based on an Ultra Glide-capable film that is used during the Shaving also reduces friction, making it a more comfortable shave guaranteed. While clear in the first system described above detectable and measurable amounts of polyox be applied to the shaving surface, this is not the case with the second system to achieve the same effect necessary.
- the Ultra Glide-capable film of the second system thus achieves a more comfortable one Shaving without the disadvantages of the first system described above, see above that there is no noticeable application of lubricants to the skin, so that performance continues over a longer period of time and over several Shaves remain, so that in another point there is no unclean one Appearance during use and so that ultimately as far as possible Insensitivity to humidity and heat is given. Indeed due to the mechanism of action, it cannot be a liquid, natural one Shaving aids are applied and no skin care products as well as perfumed ones Shaving aids.
- US-A-4 850 107 discloses a razor head which is at the front End of a handle is arranged and there is in one, a front guide bar as well as a rear cover cap with a plastic housing a double razor blade is arranged.
- the shaver head has been designed to facilitate shaving a storage device for receiving a liquid shaving aid on which a dispenser for dispensing this liquid Shaving aids are associated with shaving.
- top of the shaver head with the liquid shaving aid soaked sponge arranged. During the shave, the user must Press on top of the sponge so that the liquid shaving aid pressed out through openings in the cutting edge area of the razor blades becomes.
- This known device has the disadvantage that on the one hand with the fingers the shaving aid must be pressed out by the user, on the other hand, the storage device for receiving the liquid shaving aid cannot prevent volatilization. Furthermore it is impossible with the previously known device highly fluid shaving aids etc. in a controlled manner.
- the object of the invention is to further develop the razor head, in particular the razor blade unit of the type specified at the outset, in such a way that liquid shaving aids, skin care products or the like can be dispensed so that they cannot volatilize when not in use and furthermore a passive, automatic dispensing of the liquid shaving aid is achieved.
- a tubular cartridge which can be adjusted in the storage chamber for receiving the liquid medium is arranged in the storage chamber, this cartridge having at least one bore which lies in one adjustment position behind a corresponding opening in the plastic housing and in the other Adjustment position of the cartridge is closed by the inner wall of the pantry.
- a razor head trained according to this technical teaching, in particular Razor blade unit has the advantage that an application of liquid, natural and possibly perfumed shaving aids and skin care products or the like. While shaving is possible.
- This is according to the invention thereby achieved that the razor head has a storage device for these liquid agents, which then if necessary during the shave be delivered.
- the storage facility was developed by narrow razor blades possible without simultaneously causing a disadvantageous enlargement the razor blade unit for storing the liquid create. This makes it possible to use shaving care products or general care products to be applied with constant viscosity. This does not depend on it on the individual shaving behavior, as is the case, for example, with the known Polyox solutions is the case.
- the invention has particular importance Razor blade unit in that it is particularly suitable for To apply natural substances.
- Natural substances can be more skin-friendly than that previously used plastics, but are sensitive to temperature and light. Temperature and light usually degrade the natural Molecules and the entry of air can lead to decomposition Lead to oxygen uptake. All of these possible disadvantages of natural products are excluded by the storage device according to the invention in the razor head. While in the previously described first system of the prior art Technique between 2 and 5 milligrams of polyox can be applied per shave must to achieve an improvement in shaving comfort, the invention Shaver head the application of shaving aids or Like. From about 20 milligrams to about 700 milligrams, whereby by means of Adequate supply for the liquid medium available can be guaranteed over the duration of the shave.
- this cartridge has at least one hole, which in the one adjustment position behind the corresponding opening of the plastic housing and the in the other adjustment position of the cartridge through the inner wall of the pantry is closed, the pantry can by a corresponding Open the cartridge position for shaving while not in use the razor the cartridge is adjusted so that the holes are closed and thus leakage of the contained in the cartridge Shaving aid is prevented.
- This cartridge principle is particularly suitable for thin and quickly volatile substances.
- the cartridge is also made of a transparent material and forms in the back Area of the shaver head the outer surface, so that the user can check the level inside the cartridge from the outside.
- the cartridge is preferably designed in the manner of a hollow cylinder. This has the advantage that they are rotatably arranged within the pantry can be, so that two different for opening and closing the openings Rotational positions are to be provided.
- the rotating cartridge can also be moved laterally in the direction of the axis be slidably disposed within the pantry.
- the cartridge can be exchanged, preferably in the pantry be arranged so that an empty cartridge is replaced by a full one can be and thus over the entire life of the razor blade Supply with the shaving aid is guaranteed.
- the storage device is preferably in the rear region of the razor head arranged, that is in the area of the rear cap of the shaver head. You make the narrow formation of the razor blades take advantage of the space in the back of the shaver head, to provide the storage facility there.
- the storage device preferably extends essentially across the entire width of the shaver head so that the entire shaving width is provided with the shaving aid. Under the "width" of the shaver head is the extension extending transversely in the shaving direction to understand the shaver head.
- this is at least partially formed by a transparent material, which is at least partially forms the outer surface of the shaver head. This has the advantage with itself that the level of the liquid shaving aid within the Pantry is visible from the outside and so easily through the User can be controlled.
- At least one is preferably in the plastic housing as the dispensing device trained opening provided from which the liquid medium from the Pantry emerges while shaving.
- the opening (s) Preferably opens the opening (s) in the area of the cover cap.
- the opening (s) also open (s) on the double razor blade in the area between the razor blades. In the latter case, the openings arise preferably a common feed from the pantry out.
- the openings are not limited to the places described, they can also open at any other point, for example also in front of the razor blades.
- the openings can be formed in a variety of ways.
- the bores preferably have a round cross section. Thereby the entire shaving width is provided with the shaving aid. Also can the opening be parallel to the cutting edge (s) of the razor blade (s) extending slot may be formed. Again, it is possible to have several Distribute slots evenly across the width of the shaver head. It is also conceivable to arrange several slots one above the other.
- the openings are in a special constructive development of this concept preferably formed by a slot-like channel which is in the substantially parallel to the plane (s) of the razor blade (s) towards the front extends.
- the slot-like channel (preferably also several such slot-like channels distributed over the width of the shaver head can be provided) formed in the cover cap of the plastic housing.
- the flap is preferably made of an elastic material and is Defining pivot axis on the top of the shaver head attached.
- the spring tension is thus generated by the internal tension of the flap, with which the flap is automatically pivoted into the closed position.
- FIG. 1 In the drawings are embodiments of a razor head according to the invention shown in the form of a so-called razor blade unit 1.
- a razor In these razor blade units 1, which at the front end of a (not shown) handle by means of a special locking mechanism are attached, a razor is in each case in a plastic housing 2 3 embedded in the form of a double razor blade.
- an L-shaped one for this Spacer 4 is provided, on one leg of the two razor blades 3 are attached on both sides, while the other leg of the spacer 4 is fixed in the plastic housing 2.
- the razor blades 3 are there each on a blade platform 5 of the plastic housing 2.
- all embodiments of the razor blade unit 1 have one front, extending parallel to the cutting edges of the razor blades 3 Guide bar 6 and a rear cap 7, which essentially rests on the upper razor blade 3 and together with the front Guide bar 6 and the razor blades 3 defines the cutting geometry.
- the razor blade units 1 a storage element for a liquid shaving aid in the rear area (which may also be perfumed), skin care products or Like. Since the razor blades 3 are narrow, is behind them in the Razor blade unit 1 enough space to arrange this storage element, without the razor blade unit 1 being disadvantageously enlarged got to.
- the first embodiment (Figs. 1 and 2) provides for the use of a pantry 8 in the rear area of the plastic housing 2 of the razor blade unit 1 before.
- the top of the plastic housing 2 has a number of Openings 9 in the form of bores parallel to the cutting edges of the razor blades 3, as can be seen in the perspective view according to FIG. 9 is.
- a tubular cartridge 22 for receiving the liquid shaving aid is arranged, which is completed at the end and thus forms a self-contained container.
- the cartridge points Bores 23 distributed over the length of the lateral surface, which in particular with regard to the intermediate distances with the openings 9 of the pantry 8 correspond.
- Inside the cartridge 22 has extensions 24 formed channels 25, which in the holes 23 on the outer surface the cartridge 22 open.
- the Cartridge 22 is arranged laterally displaceable within the plastic housing 2 is.
- the cartridge 22 can be moved by means of lateral actuation buttons 26 can be reached, the direction of actuation by the Arrows P '' is indicated. Let the cartridge 22 move laterally the bore-like openings 9 of the plastic housing 2 open and close the holes 23 of the cartridge in the open position 22 are exactly behind the openings 9 of the plastic housing 2, while in the closed position after moving the cartridge 22, the holes 23 behind the partitions between the openings 9 of the plastic housing 2 are so that they close the holes 23 of the cartridge 22.
- the distance and the size of the openings 9 and the holes 23 determine the amount applied during shaving.
- the Application amount can be adjusted to the load profile, which is results from the different stress zones of the razor blade unit 1.
- the burden and thus the need for shaving aids in the Middle area of the razor blade 3 is largest, while a decrease towards the edge is recorded.
- the further embodiment finally also looks like in the first embodiment, the use of a pantry 8 in the rear Area of the plastic housing 2 of the razor blade unit 1 before.
- the top of the plastic housing 2 points in the area of the cover cap 7 a series of openings 9 in the form of a round cross section bores parallel to the cutting edges of the razor blades 3 on. It can be seen that in the central region of the razor blade unit 1 the openings 9 follow one another more closely than further out.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a arranged at the front end of a handle Razor head, in particular razor blade unit of a wet shaver, in the one, a front guide rail and a rear cover cap plastic housing a single or double razor blade is attached and in which the shaver head a storage device for Inclusion of a liquid shaving aid, skin care product or the like in Has the shape of a storage chamber, this storage device being a dispensing device is assigned to deliver the agent while shaving.
With single-use wet razors, a single or double razor blade is unsolvable embedded in the shaver head in a plastic housing. Is the Shaver head designed separately and can be attached to a handle for this purpose the handle and the shaver head have mutually corresponding locking devices speaks one from a so-called razor blade unit.
It is known to provide such razor blade units with an additional sliding strip to make shaving more comfortable by reducing friction to design. This slide strip is with a shaving aid provided that is released during the shave. A distinction is made here essentially two systems.
The first system is based on a mixture of the water-soluble plastic Polyox (PEO) and non-water-soluble polystyrene (PS). This PEO / PS slip strips are available in different forms. You will also post different manufacturing processes. All of them are the same Slip strips that a certain amount during shaving, mostly between 1 and 5 milligrams of the water-soluble plastic is applied.
Die bei der Herstellung des Gleitstreifens notwendigen Temperaturen liegen dabei über 200°C.A disadvantage of this first system is that the application of the Polyox during shaving is very inaccurate and strongly influenced by individual shaving habits depends. Finally, the first system uses the water-soluble lubricating film produced by a plastic that is considered dermatologically harmless is classified, but the desired effect cannot be achieved with natural substances to reach. This is because the manufacturing process is at temperatures demands that natural substances would decompose. Due to the manufacturing process it is also not possible to add active ingredients. The in the manufacture of the The temperatures required for the sliding strip are above 200 ° C.
The second system is based on an Ultra Glide-capable film that is used during the Shaving also reduces friction, making it a more comfortable shave guaranteed. While clear in the first system described above detectable and measurable amounts of polyox be applied to the shaving surface, this is not the case with the second system to achieve the same effect necessary.
The Ultra Glide-capable film of the second system thus achieves a more comfortable one Shaving without the disadvantages of the first system described above, see above that there is no noticeable application of lubricants to the skin, so that performance continues over a longer period of time and over several Shaves remain, so that in another point there is no unclean one Appearance during use and so that ultimately as far as possible Insensitivity to humidity and heat is given. Indeed due to the mechanism of action, it cannot be a liquid, natural one Shaving aids are applied and no skin care products as well as perfumed ones Shaving aids.
Während der Rasur muß der Benutzer oberseitig auf den Schwamm drücken, so daß das flüssige Rasierhilfsmittel durch Öffnungen im Schneidkantenbereich der Rasierklingen hinausgepreßt wird.US-A-4 850 107 discloses a razor head which is at the front End of a handle is arranged and there is in one, a front guide bar as well as a rear cover cap with a plastic housing a double razor blade is arranged. The shaver head has been designed to facilitate shaving a storage device for receiving a liquid shaving aid on which a dispenser for dispensing this liquid Shaving aids are associated with shaving. For this purpose, top of the shaver head with the liquid shaving aid soaked sponge arranged. During the shave, the user must Press on top of the sponge so that the liquid shaving aid pressed out through openings in the cutting edge area of the razor blades becomes.
This known device has the disadvantage that on the one hand with the fingers the shaving aid must be pressed out by the user, on the other hand, the storage device for receiving the liquid shaving aid cannot prevent volatilization. Furthermore it is impossible with the previously known device highly fluid shaving aids etc. in a controlled manner.
Proceeding from this, the object of the invention is to further develop the razor head, in particular the razor blade unit of the type specified at the outset, in such a way that liquid shaving aids, skin care products or the like can be dispensed so that they cannot volatilize when not in use and furthermore a passive, automatic dispensing of the liquid shaving aid is achieved.
As a technical solution , it is stated that a tubular cartridge which can be adjusted in the storage chamber for receiving the liquid medium is arranged in the storage chamber, this cartridge having at least one bore which lies in one adjustment position behind a corresponding opening in the plastic housing and in the other Adjustment position of the cartridge is closed by the inner wall of the pantry.
A razor head trained according to this technical teaching, in particular Razor blade unit has the advantage that an application of liquid, natural and possibly perfumed shaving aids and skin care products or the like. While shaving is possible. This is according to the invention thereby achieved that the razor head has a storage device for these liquid agents, which then if necessary during the shave be delivered. The storage facility was developed by narrow razor blades possible without simultaneously causing a disadvantageous enlargement the razor blade unit for storing the liquid create. This makes it possible to use shaving care products or general care products to be applied with constant viscosity. This does not depend on it on the individual shaving behavior, as is the case, for example, with the known Polyox solutions is the case. The invention has particular importance Razor blade unit in that it is particularly suitable for To apply natural substances. Natural substances can be more skin-friendly than that previously used plastics, but are sensitive to temperature and light.
The fact that in the pantry adjustable in this, tubular Cartridge for receiving the liquid is arranged, this cartridge has at least one hole, which in the one adjustment position behind the corresponding opening of the plastic housing and the in the other adjustment position of the cartridge through the inner wall of the pantry is closed, the pantry can by a corresponding Open the cartridge position for shaving while not in use the razor the cartridge is adjusted so that the holes are closed and thus leakage of the contained in the cartridge Shaving aid is prevented. This cartridge principle is particularly suitable for thin and quickly volatile substances. Preferably there is the cartridge is also made of a transparent material and forms in the back Area of the shaver head the outer surface, so that the user can check the level inside the cartridge from the outside.
The cartridge is preferably designed in the manner of a hollow cylinder. This has the advantage that they are rotatably arranged within the pantry can be, so that two different for opening and closing the openings Rotational positions are to be provided.
As an alternative to the rotating cartridge, it can also be moved laterally in the direction of the axis be slidably disposed within the pantry. Preferably there are provided side pressure pieces with which the Moving the cartridge is made possible.
In a further development similar to that of the application role described above here too the cartridge can be exchanged, preferably in the pantry be arranged so that an empty cartridge is replaced by a full one can be and thus over the entire life of the razor blade Supply with the shaving aid is guaranteed.
It is proposed in a further development of the razor head that this when not in use with a liquid which prevents evaporation Cover film is provided. As a result, if the Razors are prevented that the shaving aid evaporates gradually.
The storage device is preferably in the rear region of the razor head arranged, that is in the area of the rear cap of the shaver head. You make the narrow formation of the razor blades take advantage of the space in the back of the shaver head, to provide the storage facility there.
Furthermore, the storage device preferably extends essentially across the entire width of the shaver head so that the entire shaving width is provided with the shaving aid. Under the "width" of the shaver head is the extension extending transversely in the shaving direction to understand the shaver head.
In an advantageous development of the pantry, this is at least partially formed by a transparent material, which is at least partially forms the outer surface of the shaver head. This has the advantage with itself that the level of the liquid shaving aid within the Pantry is visible from the outside and so easily through the User can be controlled.
At least one is preferably in the plastic housing as the dispensing device trained opening provided from which the liquid medium from the Pantry emerges while shaving. Preferably opens the opening (s) in the area of the cover cap. Alternatively or the opening (s) also open (s) on the double razor blade in the area between the razor blades. In the latter case, the openings arise preferably a common feed from the pantry out. However, the openings are not limited to the places described, they can also open at any other point, for example also in front of the razor blades.
The openings can be formed in a variety of ways.
For example, several, separate openings in the form of holes distributed across the width of the shaver head be. The bores preferably have a round cross section.
In a further development of the opening or openings, these arise an attitude of the razor head with vertically downward Razor blades from the bottom of the pantry. You do it take advantage of the fact that normally the shave is directed downwards Shaving is started. Through the openings so formed then the liquid shaving aid with active ingredient and / or perfume down emerge. Thus, with the downward shaving movements at any time a replenishment of the shaving aid ensures.
The openings are in a special constructive development of this concept preferably formed by a slot-like channel which is in the substantially parallel to the plane (s) of the razor blade (s) towards the front extends. The slot-like channel (preferably also several such slot-like channels distributed over the width of the shaver head can be provided) formed in the cover cap of the plastic housing.
In a further constructive training can on the top of the razor head one over its width, against a spring force pivotable flap can be arranged, which in its basic position Opening closes automatically due to the spring force and during the Shaving due to the pressure exerted by pivoting the opening opens and then again automatically in the closed position during the Declines when not in use. The flap is thus actuated during the shave and the application openings are opened. Thus, in this embodiment an independent exit of the shaving aid during the period of non-use locked out.
The flap is preferably made of an elastic material and is Defining pivot axis on the top of the shaver head attached. The spring tension is thus generated by the internal tension of the flap, with which the flap is automatically pivoted into the closed position.
In a further development of this valve principle, define the back of the cover cap as well as the front of the pivotable in this area Flap mutually corresponding contact surfaces, the top of the In the pivoted open position, flap the rear continuation of the Cover cap forms. In this way, the openings are securely closed guaranteed when the wet shaver is not in use.
