Abstract

A sales package (1) or holder, consisting of an integral card-type cardboard or paperboard part (2) made of thin, foldable material for the visible display of at least one article (8, 25, 32, 52), at least one region which projects from the plane of the card-type part (2) holding the article, is to be produced with less use of cardboard or paperboard material. This is achieved in that the card-type part (2) is of single-layered construction and has at least one element (3, 4, 15, 15'), which projects like a flap in the shape of a tongue, preferably approximately at right angles, from the card-type part (2), with a receiving opening (6, 7; 7'; 7") for the article (8, 25, 32, 52), the edge of said element forming a stop region for the article. <IMAGE>

Description

"Sales packaging"

The invention relates to a sales packaging or a holder consisting of a one-piece card-like cardboard or cardboard part made of thin, foldable material for the visible presentation of at least one object, with at least one area protruding from the plane of the card-like part holding the object.

So-called blister packs are still used today for the visible presentation of objects on or on a sales packaging.

In this case, an object is fastened to a card-like card or cardboard part by placing the object on the card or cardboard card and placing a molded part made of transparent plastic over it. Blister packs have the disadvantage that plastic is used, which is met with criticism from an environmental point of view, since the cost of materials is relatively large and because more than one material is used for such packaging, which makes it more difficult to reuse or recycle such packaging.

Generic sales packaging is already known from DE-A-2926082 and DE-A-4007600. Both previously known packaging have in common that the card-like cardboard or cardboard part is formed in two layers by folding over the one-piece blank. In addition, special folds have to be made or a special net-shaped punching has to be provided. The This type of packaging can therefore only be produced with a relatively high consumption of cardboard or cardboard material. The special punching and the folding also necessitate special measures during their production.

The object of the invention is to create a packaging to be produced with less cardboard or cardboard material.

In the case of a sales package of the type mentioned at the outset, this object is achieved according to the invention in that the card-like part is formed in one layer and has at least one flap-like tongue-shaped, preferably approximately rectangular element protruding from the card-like part with a receiving opening for the object the edge of which forms a stop area for the object.

Such packaging can be produced in one layer from a one-piece cardboard or cardboard blank. Less material is required to produce such packaging than in the previously known sales packages.

The sales pack has a receiving opening and a stop edge for the object to be presented on it, so that the object - or possibly also several objects - can be securely attached to the packaging and held by it.

In an embodiment of the invention, one or more of the flap-like tongue-shaped elements can have a receiving opening for the object. The one to be presented on the packaging The object is held particularly securely when it is inserted into two tongue elements, each having a receiving opening.

In an advantageous development of the invention it is provided that the flap-like, tongue-shaped element is part of a folding element which is deflected along several legs along fold lines.

In particular for the reception and presentation of tubes, it is expedient if a reception opening is an elongated hole which includes a taper of the object and the elongated hole merges into a further opening with a larger diameter. Here, the tube can be inserted through the larger opening in the card-like part into the flap-like tongue-shaped elements provided with the receiving openings.

For the secure seating of the object on the packaging, it can furthermore be advantageous if holding elements protrude from the edge of a receiving opening into the receiving opening.

According to a further embodiment of the invention, it may also be expedient for receiving openings which are spaced perpendicularly to one another to be arranged concentrically.

For the manufacture of the packaging, it is also advantageous if the flap-like tongue-shaped element is an area punched out of the card-like part, as is also provided by the invention.

An expedient embodiment of the invention provides that the flap-like tongue-shaped element has latching or holding elements in its edge area which are connected to latching or holding elements of the cooperate card-like part. As a result, the flap-like tongue-shaped element can be fixed and locked in the use position on the card-like part.

A well-protected arrangement of at least areas of the product or object presented on the packaging can be achieved if at least one folding element is deflected in a substantially U-shape in a side view, as is also provided by the invention.

Finally, the invention is characterized in that an end region of the deflected folding element is glued to the card-like part.

Fig. La shows a package 1, which consists of a one-piece and single-layer card-like cardboard or cardboard part (2) made of thin, foldable material, such as cardboard or cardboard. From the card-like part 2 protruding flap-like tongue-like elements 3 and 4 protrude approximately at right angles. The flap-like tongue-shaped elements 3 and 4 are articulated on the card-like cardboard or cardboard part 2 by means of fold lines 5. Receiving openings 6, 7 are each formed in the elements 3, 4 and are arranged concentrically to one another. The receiving opening 7 is designed as an elongated hole. The head region of a tube 8, shown in dash-dot lines, is guided through the receiving openings 6 and 7 and is thus fastened to the sales pack 1. The tube 8 projects with its closure 9 through the receiving opening 6, while the lower edge of the closure 9 rests on the lower flap-like tongue-shaped element 4. The elongated hole 7 encloses for the most part the part of the dispenser nipple of the tube 8 which is usually exposed between the tube shoulder and the lower edge of the closure 9 in the cardboard or cardboard part 2 formed further opening 10 into which the elongated hole 7 passes, inserted and inserted with its closure 9 through the receiving opening 6. The region of the dispenser nipple which is exposed between the lower edge of the closure 9 and the tube shoulder is then pivoted into the receiving opening 7. In this way, the elements 3 and 4 form stops which interact with the tube 8. Here, the area of the element 4 surrounding the edge of the elongated hole 7 is designed as a stop edge for the lower edge of the tube closure 9. Due to the fastening in flap-like tongue-like elements 3, 4, which can be seen in FIG. 1 a, the tube 8 remains in a position parallel to the card-like part 2, despite its weight, when this part is vertical hangs. Optionally, the upper element 3 in FIG. 1 a can be omitted if a vertical hanging of the tube 8 on the packaging 1 is not absolutely necessary. It can be seen from FIG. 1b that the flap-like tongue-shaped element 3 is punched out of the card-like part 2 along a punching line 11 and is articulated on the latter by means of a folding line 5. The element 4 is only by a fold line 5 of the card-like part 2. The receiving openings 6 and 7 are punched out over the entire surface of the card part 2.

FIG. 2a shows a flap-like tongue-like element 15 which is part of a folding element 13 which is deflected along multiple lines along fold lines 20. In this embodiment, the element

The closure 9 can abut the area 14 and / or the fold line 5 on its upper side. The folding element 13 is held in the folded state shown in FIG. 2a in that the element 15 with edge edge areas engages in opposite incisions 19 of the card-like part 2, cam-like undercuts or projections 12 formed in the edge of the element 15 being located on the card-like part Support part 2. The projections 12 and the incisions 19 thus form cooperating locking and holding elements. 3a shows a variant of the embodiment according to FIG. 2a. Here, the fold element 13 has an elongated opening 7 in its flap-like tongue-shaped element 15, through which two cylindrical objects 25 are guided. The objects 25, for example so-called glue sticks, are provided on their underside with cavities 26 which engage cams 27 which are formed in the edge of the opening 16 of the card-like part 2. 3b shows the blank for the packaging according to FIG. 3a. The folding element 13 is here delimited by punching lines 11 from the card part 2.

In the embodiments according to FIGS. 2a and 3a, both the elements 15 and the areas 14 of the folding element 13 can be provided with an opening, the openings then being arranged concentrically to one another and receiving the closure areas of the tube 8 or the glue sticks 25.

4a shows a packaging with a flap-like tongue-shaped element 3, into the receiving opening 6 of which protruding holding elements 30 protrude from the edge of the receiving opening 6. The diameter of the receiving opening 6 is large enough to be able to push the closure 9 of the tube through. The holding elements 30 protrude far enough into the opening 6 to reach under the lower edge of the closure 9. The respective packaging 1 is provided with two flap-like tongue-shaped elements 3 and 4, a tongue-shaped flap element 27 in each of a receiving opening 6 or 7 protrudes. 7a shows a holder 1, consisting of the essentially plate-shaped part 2 made of relatively thin, foldable material, such as cardboard, with a folding element 13 which is excellent and which is deflected and folded over essentially in a U-shape. The leg 15 of this folding element 13 is connected to the plate-shaped part 2 via the fold line 5, which is arranged in the middle of the longitudinal extent of the leg 15. As a result, the folding element 13 is held in a U-shape. Furthermore, this embodiment of the U-shaped folding element 13 has advantages in terms of manufacture, since the gluing of the Extension 50 and thus the formation of the U-shaped folding element can take place fully automatically.
