Abstract

Nach Maßgabe der Erfindung ist der Zuschnitt für eine Faltschachtel in mehrere Faltabschnitte durch Sollknicklinien unterteilt wie Boden, Seitenwände, Deckel und dgl., wobei der Zuschnitt im Transportzustand flächig zusammengefaltet durch ein integriertes Halteglied in diesem Zustand gehalten ist, das Sollbruchstellen aufweist, die beim Auffalten der Faltschachtel brechen und die Faltabschnitte freigeben. Das Halteglied ist zweckmäßigerweise zwischen den im Transportzustand übereinander gefalteten Faltabschnitten angeordnet, und zwar als in den vom äußeren Faltabschnitt überdeckten Faltabschnitt eingestanzte Ronde, die mit seitlichen Stegen ausgebildet und mit ihrer dem äußeren Faltabschnitt zugewandten Fläche an die Innenseite des überdeckten äußeren Faltabschnitts geklebt ist. Hebt man nämlich bei einer derartigen Verbindung den äußeren Faltabschnitt an, so werden dadurch die seitlichen Stege der eingestanzten Ronde zerstört und dadurch die Ronde herausgerissen, wobei die herausgerissene Ronde an der Unterseite des äußeren Faltabschnitts kleben bleibt, wo sie auch nicht stört. Dadurch sind auch vorteilhaft keine Klebestellen an der Oberfläche des im Transportzustand gefalteten mittleren Faltabschnitts ersichtlich. Der in Fig.l in einer Draufsicht gezeigte Zuschnitt aus Karton - bezeichnet mit 1- ist insgesamt vollkommen aufgefaltet, d.h. vollkommen eben, so wie dieser eine nicht dargestellte Stanze verläßt. Der Zuschnitt 1 besitzt drei große Faltabschnitte 2 bis 4, welche durch die Sollknicklinien 5 und 6 unterteilt sind. Nach dem Ausstanzen des Kartons wird der Kartonzuschnitt 1 flächig um die Sollknicklinien 5 und 6 nach innen zusammengefaltet, wobei die oberste Lage, der Faltabschnitt 4, mit der Mittellage, dem Faltabschnitt 2, mittels eines integrierten Halteglieds 7 zusammengeklebt wird. In diesem Zustand erhält man eine nicht dargestellte flache und insbesondere für den Verkauf im Handel geeignete Transporteinheit, die leicht in den Verkehr gebracht werden kann, ohne zu befürchten, dass sich der Zuschnitt auffaltet.
