Description

The present invention relates to a transport packaging. Such transport packaging has long been known from the prior art, for example in the form of cardboard boxes, as used for example for removals. Foldable cardboard boxes are known from the prior art, in which the floor parts are folded over each other and can withstand certain loads in this way. However, in such transport packaging, which are usually equipped as disposable packaging, it often leads to cracks in the bottom area, which can then lead to falling out of the goods packed with it. Under a transport packaging packaging is understood, which is suitable in the broadest sense for transporting goods, such as in the form of a moving box, a storage box or a shipping box. document US 3,565,325 discloses a transport packaging having the features of the preamble of claim 1. The present invention is therefore based on the object to provide a transport packaging and in particular a disposable transport packaging available, which can also be filled with more significant weights without the bottom of the transport packaging yields. This object is achieved by the subject-matter of independent claims 1 and 9. Advantageous embodiments and further developments are the subject of the dependent claims.

A transport packaging according to the invention, in particular a disposable packaging, and in particular for packaging of portable objects, has at least three first folding points interconnected side walls as well as a closed by folding floor. Furthermore, this transport packaging has at least one first floor section connected to at least one side wall via a folding point, and a second floor section communicating with at least one further side wall via a folding point, the first floor section being in an assembled state of the transport packaging Having the transport packaging facing surface and the interior of the transport packaging facing away from the surface. Thus, these two surfaces face each other and are advantageous also parallel to each other.

According to the invention, a fastening means is arranged on a surface of the first floor section in order to fasten this first floor section to the second floor section. This fastening means is preferably arranged on the surface of the first floor section facing away from the interior of the transport packaging.

It is thus proposed to achieve an increase in stability in that these floor sections, in particular during assembly, are glued together. It would alternatively also be possible for a fastening means to be arranged on the surface facing the interior space on the said second floor section. The attachment of the fastener on the surface facing away from the interior, however, has the advantage that when folding this relevant floor section can be folded first and only then the opposite other floor section can be folded over. In this way, a higher load capacity of the interconnected by the fastening means bottom sections can be achieved. A fold is understood to mean a region by means of which the two adjacent sections can be pivoted relative to one another. Advantageously, this fold extends along a straight line.

In a further advantageous embodiment, the transport packaging has at least three and preferably at least four bottom sections which are particularly preferably in each case in communication with a side wall. Advantageously, all floor sections are in each case connected via folding points to the respective side walls.

In a further advantageous embodiment, the fastening means has an adhesive coating. Thus, this adhesive coating is used to attach these two bottom sections together.

Advantageously, it is a disposable fastener. This means that a connection made by this fastener can not be solved without destroying at least a portion of the package. Although it is accepted that the packaging can only be folded once, a very high stability of the floor can be achieved by the fastening means.

Advantageously, the fastening means extends along a width which corresponds to at least half the width of the respective bottom section. According to the invention, the bottom section has a first section which is arranged on a side wall via the folding point (in particular along the entire width of the respective side wall) and a tongue section arranged on this first section, on which the fastening means is arranged.

This first section tapers off from the fold, particularly preferably continuously. The attachment portion preferably extends along at least 60% of the width of the tongue portion, preferably along at least 70%, and more preferably along at least 80%. In this way, a stable hold of the two mutually attached floor sections along a substantial part of the width of the respective floor section can be achieved.

In a further advantageous embodiment, the transport packaging has exactly four side walls. In this embodiment, the transport packaging thus has a square or rectangular cross section. Advantageously, opposing bottom sections are fastened together with the fastening element.

In a further advantageous embodiment, the first floor section and the second floor section are opposite each other. In other words, preferably that side wall, on which the first bottom section is arranged, is opposite that side wall, on which the second bottom section is arranged. It is therefore advantageous in a not yet folded state of the packaging between the first bottom portion and the second bottom portion arranged at least one further bottom portion. In an assembled state of the transport packaging, the fold over which the first floor section is arranged on the side part assigned to it is preferably arranged parallel to the fold over which the second floor section is attached to the side wall assigned to it.

Advantageously, then two more floor sections are provided, which can also be folded. During assembly, the bottom section provided with the fastening means is preferably initially folded in and then the two other transverse bottom sections and finally the one bottom section opposite the bottom section, which has the fastening means.

Preferably, a fastening means is provided only at one or exactly one of the bottom sections. This has been found to be sufficient with suitable folding, but facilitates the assembly of the transport packaging and reduces their costs. Generally, at least one of the bottom sections is not provided with a fastening means, preferably at least two bottom sections. In a first variant of the invention, the two bottom sections adjoining the base section with the fastening means form, at least in a collapsed state, a recess through which the fastening means can be connected to the fourth section. It is conceivable that the said further adjacent floor sections have a section which overlaps in the assembled state and a further section which forms just said said recess. In this way, first of all the section with the fastening means can be folded in, then the two lateral sections which form the recess and finally the bottom section opposite the bottom section with the fastening means. However, it would also be possible for the bottom section, which has the fastening means, to be folded over last.

In a further advantageous embodiment, in each case a folding point is arranged on at least two side parts, wherein these folding points are at least partially offset in relation to one another in a longitudinal direction of the transport packaging. In the longitudinal direction of Transport packaging is advantageously a direction which is substantially perpendicular to a formed bottom surface of the transport packaging.

In a further advantageous embodiment, the transport packaging is integrally formed. Advantageously, the transport packaging is formed or folded from a one-piece folding material. The individual folding points can already be preformed.

In a further advantageous embodiment, the transport packaging is made of paper or cardboard. Advantageously, the transport packaging in a folded state has a cubic shape.

In a further advantageous embodiment, the transport packaging has a desired tear-open point at a first bottom section. In this case, a first section of the bottom section can be separated from another section of the bottom section via this desired tear-open location. Advantageously, the connecting means or this fastening means is separated via this desired tear-open point from a further region of the bottom section. In this way, the already assembled transport packaging can be folded very quickly and disposed of in a space-saving manner by separating or tearing the tear-open. In a second variant of the invention, said second bottom portion has an opening through which at least one end portion of the first bottom portion is passable. By means of this opening the hold of the two bottom sections is strengthened to each other, as well as a certain jamming can be done by passing the projection through the opening. In this case, the floor sections are preferably connected to one another in such a way that the first floor section runs partly above and partly below the second floor section.

In a further advantageous embodiment, the second floor section has a curved edge. This curved edge can provide for the assembly of the transport packaging for greater stability.

Advantageously, the second bottom portion has a recess and particularly preferably a projection is arranged in this recess and particularly preferably a projection with a curved course.

In a further advantageous embodiment, the transport packaging also has a lid device. It can be arranged on the side walls each cover portions which are folded in known manner from the prior art for closing the transport packaging. Advantageously, at least two, preferably at least 3 and more preferably four such cover sections are provided. In this case, an adhesive strip may in turn also be provided on a surface of such a lid section in order to temporarily close the transport packaging. It would also be conceivable that in turn also one of the lid portions has a tear-open, so that a rapid opening of the transport packaging is possible.

The present invention is further directed to a kit for producing a transport packaging and in particular a transport packaging of the type described above. In this case, this kit has a foldable section which serves to form the transport packaging, wherein this first foldable section has at least three side walls connected by folds, and wherein the first foldable section has at least one first bottom section communicating with at least one side wall and having a second communicating with another side wall bottom portion.

According to the invention, this first floor section has fastening means on a predetermined surface section in order to fasten this floor section to a surface section of the second floor section. It is therefore also proposed with regard to the kit to form fastening sections so that the bottom sections can be firmly connected to each other.

Fig. 1 shows a folding section 1a for producing a package. For this purpose, the four side walls 24a, 24b, 24c and 24d are each folded with respect to their folds 22a, 22b, 22c and 22d. In this way creates a circumferential structure in the manner of a rectangle, when the individual side walls against each other at an angle of 90 °.

On the side wall 24c, a connecting portion 10 is arranged, which can be arranged on the side wall 24b, for example via a splice.

Then the floor can be folded in. For this purpose, it is assumed below that the in Fig. 1 visible surfaces each represent the outside of the finished transport packaging surfaces. For further assembly, first the bottom portion 26b is folded, preferably with respect to its fold 25d by substantially 90 °. Subsequently, the two bottom portions 26a and 26c are folded. These bottom portions 26a and 26c each have a projection 42, and an obliquely retracted area 44, which forms a recess 46 in this way. In each case, this recess 46 is at least so large that a fastening means 30, which is arranged on the bottom section 26b, is not covered.

Reference numeral 26 denotes the bottom of the package in its entirety.

In a final step, the fastener is still activated, such as by pulling a protective strip from an underlying adhesive layer. Subsequently, the bottom section 26d is also pivoted or folded in relation to the folding point 25b by 90 °.

In this case, this bottom portion 26d has projections 34 on the left and right sides and a recess 36 located between these projections 34. Furthermore, a curved projection 38 is provided, which likewise extends in a folded-over state onto the side wall 24b. This curved section also facilitates the joining of the floor sections.

Finally, the cover sections 18a to 18d can still be folded in, whereby here again these cover sections can form angles of preferably 90 ° with respect to their folds 12a to 12d.

The reference numeral 14 denotes a further attachment portion, which is here arranged on a cover portion 18b and is glued to the lid portion 18d during folding. The cover section 18d is preferably also folded in as the first section. In this way, the transport packaging is securely closed.

The reference numeral 8 designates a tear-off point which can be torn apart by the user. It can be a predetermined breaking point at this point, which can be completely separated, for example, by a Aufrissband. After this separation, the fastener 30 remains adhered to the portion of the bottom portion 26d, and yet the remaining portion of the bottom portion 32 can be unfolded. A corresponding tear-open point 16 can also be provided on the lid sections in order to be able to open it again easily. The fastening means may have an adhesive coating 30a and in particular a coating which is so strong that the sections held together by this coating can no longer be separated from one another without destroying these sections.

Fig. 2 shows a similar embodiment as Fig. 1 , but with the difference that here the tear-16 and the attachment portion 14 are arranged on the same lid portion 18d and can be folded, for example. That's how it settles when folding the attachment portion 14 to the lid portion 18b. When separating the tear-open 16 remains this liability, however, however, the lid can be opened again. In this embodiment, the attachment means 14 is attached to a projection 52, which in turn is disposed on the lid portion 18d. In this way, this projection 52 can be folded over and, for example, arranged or glued to a side wall (here 24b) of the transport packaging.

Fig. 3 shows a similar embodiment as Fig. 1 Here, however, unlike Fig. 1 the configuration of the bottom portion 26d is modified. This bottom portion here has an opening 54 through which an end portion of the bottom portion 26b and in particular the portion with the fastening means 30 can be passed. In this way, the fixing portion 30 can be more reliably fixed to the bottom portion 26d. As with the in Fig. 1 embodiment shown are also in the in Fig. 3 In the embodiment shown, the fastening element 14 and the tearing means 16 are arranged on different and in particular opposite side parts 26b and 26d.

Fig. 4 shows a combination of the embodiment Fig. 3 and the embodiment of Fig. 2 , That is, in this embodiment, both the fastening element 14 and the Aufrissstelle 16 are arranged on the lid portion. The configuration of the bottom sections corresponds to that with reference to Fig. 3 described arrangement. In addition, hinged surface elements 64 are still provided in the embodiment at the bottom portion 26d.

Fig. 5 again shows an embodiment which, however, is composed essentially of a combination of the embodiments described above. The lid section is as in Fig. 4 provided, but in this embodiment, only three cover portions 18a, 18c and 18d are provided and in this embodiment, the fastening means 14 is arranged indirectly on the side wall 24b.

More specifically, here a fastening element 14 is provided on the side wall 24d, on which the extended portion 52 of the lid portion 18d can be arranged.

Fig. 6 shows a further embodiment similar to that in FIG Fig. 5 shown embodiment, but here the fastener 16 is again arranged on the extended portion 52 and not on the side wall 24d.
