Claims (15)
- Procédé pour le dépôt monolithique d'une matière isolante et/ou ignifuge sur une surface au moyen d'un pistolet pulvérisateur (5), où l'on introduit peu avant la sortie en forme de buse (6) un moyen de pression gazeux (7) et des liants ou des colles (8), caractérisé en ce qu'il est produit dans un canal transporteur (1) par une soufflerie de transport (2) en volume d'air mobile dans lequel on introduit une matière isolante et/ou ignifuge et des durcisseurs (4) qui arrivent avec le volume d'air dans le pistolet pulvérisateur (5) relié au canal de transport (1).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la matière isolante et/ou ignifuge (3) et le durcisseur (4) sont introduits séparément les uns des autres dans le volume d'air.
- Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la matière isolante et/ou ignifuge (3) est introduite avant le durcisseur (4) dans le volume d'air.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le durcisseur (4) est pulvérulant.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la matière isolante et/ou ignifuge (3) a un poids spécifique plus bas que le liant ou la colle (8).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la matière isolante et/ou ignifuge est de la vermiculite, de la perlite ou de la laine minérale.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de pression gazeux (7) est de l'air sous pression.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la colle (8) est une colle ignifuge.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une unité de commande électronique (9), au début du procédé après la mise en marche de la soufflerie de transport (2), retarde le début de l'amenée de matières isolantes et/ou ignifuges (3), du durcisseur (4) et du liant ou de la colle (8) dans le temps en fonction du poids spécifique respectif et du trajet de transport respectif.
- Dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, avec un pistolet pulvérisateur (5) dans lequel débouche un tuyau (14) pour l'amenée d'un moyen de pression gazeux (7), une conduite (20) pour le liant ou la colle (8) ainsi qu'un tuyau (13) pour l'amenée d'une matière isolante et/ou ignifuge (3), caractérisé en ce qu'une soufflerie de transport (2) est raccordée avec son côté d'aspiration à une extrémité d'un canal convoyeur (1) dans lequel débouche au moins un dispositif d'émission (10) pour la matière isolante et/ou ignifuge (3) et pour le durcisseur (4), et en ce que la soufflerie de transport (2) présente à son côté d'émission un raccordement (12) pour le tuyau (13) pour l'amenée de la matière isolante et/ou ignifuge (3) mélangée avec le durcisseur (4) au pistolet pulvérisateur (5).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le canal convoyeur (1) présente à son autre extrémité un volet régulateur (16).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que respectivement un dispositif d'émission (10, 11) pour la matière isolante et/ou ignifuge (3) et pour le durcisseur (4) débouche dans le canal convoyeur (1).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 10 à 12, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu pour la commande de la soufflerie de transport (2), de l'amenée du milieu sous pression ainsi que des dispositifs d'émission (10, 11) pour la matière isolante et/ou ignifuge (3), le durcisseur (4) et le liant ou la colle (8) un dispositif de commande électronique (9).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 10 à 13, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu pour le dosage du durcisseur (4) une vis sans fin entraînée par moteur.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 10 à 14, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu pour le dosage de la matière isolante et/ou ignifuge (3) une valve pneumatique (17).
