Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein mehrschichtiges Etikett mit mehreren selbstklebenden, übereinander liegenden Etiketten.The invention relates to a multi-layer label with several self-adhesive, superimposed labels.
Mehrschichtige Etiketten sind bekannt und werden in der Praxis verbreitet eingesetzt, etwa wie in DE-GM 81 15 272 beschrieben und als Datenträger-Schutzetikett im Handel.Multi-layer labels are known and are widely used in practice, for example as described in DE-GM 81 15 272 and as a data protection label in the trade.
Aber auch als Ergänzung oder Ersatz von Produktinformationen oder Beipackzetteln sind bereits Etiketten im Einsatz, die aus mehreren Lagen bestehen und dauerhaft an Flaschen oder Packungen angebracht werden können, wie in EP-OS 87.987

Die Herstellung eines solchen Etiketts ist insb. mit einer im Siebdruck aufzutragenden Klebmasse gemäß EP-PS 149.135 besonders günstig, weil gerade im Bereich der Etiketten-Herstellung ein Bedrucken mittels Siebdruck-Technik, insbesondere Rotationssiebdruck, bereits gang und gäbe ist. DieseAbdeckung 3 hat für ein leichtes Erfassen und Abziehen von der Klebmasse 2 einen seitlich überstehenden Anfasser 4. Auf der Oberseite des Basis-Etiketts 1 ist ein erstes Deck-Etikett 5 mittelskalottenartiger Klebstellen 6 reversibel aufgeklebt. Ein Kleber-freier Bereich 7 dient als Anfasser, um das Deck-Etikett 5 leicht ergreifen und vom Basis-Etikett 1 abziehen zu können. Auf diesem Deck-Etikett 5 ist ein weiteres Deck-Etikett 8 angeordnet, wiederum mit kalottenartigen Klebstellen 9 reversibel aufgeklebt, wobei aber diese Klebstellen 9 von geringerer Anzahl als die derKlebstellen 6 des darunter liegenden Deck-Etiketts 5 sind. Damit ist auch die Klebkraft des obersten Deck-Etiketts 8 geringer als die des darunter liegenden 5, so daß beim Abziehen des obersten Deck-Etiketts 8 das darunter liegende (und alle weiteren darunter liegenden) nicht ihrerseits vom Stapel abgezogen werden. Schließlich hat auch das oberste Deck-Etikett 8 einen Kleber-freien Anfasser 10.
