Claims (11)
- Détergent contenant des tensio-actifs, de la zéolithe, du silicate alcalin et éventuellement un agent de blanchiment peroxyde, caractérisé en ce qu'il contient de 30 à 65 % en poids d'une zéolithe hydratée à fines particules d'une granulométrie moyenne comprise entre 1 et 5 µm, de 1 à 15 % en poids d'un silicate alcalin solide dans un rapport molaire M₂O:SiO₂ de 1:2,0 à 1:3,0, M désignant du sodium et/ou du potassium, dans la mesure où le produit est dépourvu d'agents complexants organiques hydrosolubles du groupe des phosphonates substitués dépourvus de polycarboxylates polymères et généralement dépourvus de carbonates alcalins.
- Produit selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il contient de 30 à 50 % en poids, de préférence entre 32 et 45 % en poids d'une zéolithe hydratée à fines particules d'une granulométrie moyenne comprise entre 1,8 et 4,5 µm, de préférence entre 2,0 et 4,0 µm, et de 2 à 10 % en poids, de préférence de 3 à 8 % en poids de silicate de sodium de rapport molaire Na₂O:SiO₂ de 1:2,0 à 1:2,8.
- Produit selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il contient de 12 à 30 % en poids d'un agent de blanchiment peroxyde, de préférence combiné à 1 à 5 % en poids d'un activateur pour l'agent de blanchiment peroxyde.
- Produit selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il contient de 2 à 7 % en poids d'un silicate stratiforme cristallin de la formule Na₂Si₂O₅·yH₂O dans laquelle y désigne un nombre de 0 à 20, le rapport entre la zéolithe et le silicate stratiforme cristallin étant d'au moins 5:1.
- Produit selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il contient de la zéolithe et du silicate alcalin amorphe dans un rapport pondéral de 4:1 à 10:1.
- Produit selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il contient du silicate alcalin amorphe et du silicate alcalin cristallin dans un rapport pondéral de 1:2 à 2:1 et de préférence de 1:1 à 2:1.
- Produit selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il ne contient pas plus de 4 % en poids et de préférence pas plus de 3 % en poids de carbonates alcalins, en particulier de carbonate de sodium, dans la mesure où le carbonate alcalin n'est ajouté que dans des quantités qui ne contribuent pas à la formation accrue des incrustations.
- Procédé de préparation d'un produit selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'une suspension contenant les agents de tensio-actifs anioniques, au moins une partie de la zéolithe, une partie, mais pas plus de 3 % en poids, de préférence pas plus de 2 % en poids par rapport à l'ensemble du produit fini, des silicates amorphes ainsi qu'éventuellement des tensio-actifs non ioniques, est séchée par pulvérisation.
- Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la suspension contenant la zéolithe est dépourvue de silicates alcalins amorphes, ceux-ci étant ajoutés ultérieurement au produit séché par pulvérisation conjointement avec les silicates stratiformes cristallins éventuellement présents.
- Procédé de préparation d'un produit selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'une suspension qui contient les tensio-actifs anioniques, les silicates alcalins amorphes ainsi qu'éventuellement les tensioactifs non ioniques, est séchée par pulvérisation, la zéolithe étant ajoutée ultérieurement au produit de séchage par pulvérisation.
- Procédé de préparation d'un produit selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7 caractérisé en ce qu'une suspension contenant de la zéolithe et une suspension contenant du silicate sont introduites simultanément dans un séchoir à pulvérisation.
