Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Entfernen von Ausbrechteilen, wie Abfallstücken, aus einem Zuschnitte oder dergleichen enthaltenden Werkstoffbogen. Die Vorrichtung hat eine Trägerplatte für den Werkstoffbogen, in welcher Durchbrüche vorgesehen sind. Jedes Ausbrechteil überspannt den zugehörigen Durchbruch. Die randseitigen Auflageflächen jedes Ausbrechteils sind im wesentlichen ebenen- oder achssymmetrisch bezüglich des zugehörigen Durchbruchs angeordnet. Ferner ist eine vertikal zur Trägerplatte hin und von ihr weg bewegbare Werkzeughalteplatte vorgesehen, an der zur Trägerplatte hin vorstehende Ausbrechwerkzeuge angebracht sind, die aus rechteckigen Stücken aus Bandstahl mit vertikalen und horizontalen Schmalseiten bestehen. Vorteilhafterweise beträgt dieser Winkel 25° bis 40°. Die in Fig. 1 gezeigte Vorrichtung weist eine horizontale Werkzeughalteplatte 15 und im Abstand davon eine horizontal angeordnete Trägerplatte 12 auf, aus der ein Werkstoffbogen 11 aus Papier oder Pappe lagefixiert angeordnet ist, der vorher in einer nicht gezeigten Stanz- und Rilleinrichtung zur Herstellung von Zuschnitten bearbeitet worden ist, wobei ein Ausbrechteil 10 an seinem Umfang längs Schnittkanten 30 ausgeschnitten und über kleine Haltepunkte 31, die in Fig. 2 übergroß dargestellt sind, gehalten ist. Das Ausbrechteil 10 ist über einen durchgehend vertikale Wände 25 aufweisenden Durchbruch 13 in der Trägerplatte 12 so angeordnet, daß es mit Auflageflächen 14 an der Seite der Haltestücke 31 auf der Trägerplatte 12 aufliegt, an den beiden anderen Seiten der Durchbruch 13 jedoch größer ist als die Quererstreckung des Ausbrechteils 10.The device shown in Fig. 1 has a horizontal
In der Werkzeughalteplatte 15 ist ein Ausbrechwerkzeug 17 aus Bandstahl festgelegt. Die genaue Position des Ausbrechwerkzeugs 17 ist dadurch fixiert, daß dieses in seinem werkzeughalteplattenseitigen Abschnitt einen rechtwinklig an ihr festgelegten Fixierungsflansch 24 hat. Diese Positionsgenauigkeit wird dadurch erreicht, daß die für die Fixierung des Ausbrechwerkzeugs 17 in der Werkzeughalteplatte 15 vorzusehenden Einschnitte gewöhnlich mit Lasertechnik ausgeführt werden. Das Ausbrechwerkzeug 17 aus Bandstahl hat vertikale Schmalseiten 18 und horizontale Schmalseiten 19, wobei nach der Montage die eine horizontale Schmalseite 19 mit der Rückseite der Werkzeughalteplatte 15 fluchtet. An dem Ausbrechwerkzeug 17 ist ferner ein Anschlag 23 angebracht, der mit der der Trägerplatte 12 zugewandten Fläche der Werkzeughalteplatte 15 in Eingriff steht. Der Anschlag 23 kann durch Einschneiden und Ausbiegen von Bandstahlmaterial des Ausbrechwerkzeugs 17 geformt werden. Der Anschlag 23 trägt einerseits zur höhengenauen Positionierung des Ausbrechwerkzeugs 17 bei und verhindert, daß während des Betriebs das Ausbrechwerkzeug 17 durch die Werkzeughalteplatte 15 hindurchgedrückt wird.A stripping
Wie aus den Figuren 4 bis 7 zu ersehen ist, hat jedes Ausbrechwerkzeug eine Spitze 20 in der Mitte am Ende der einen vertikalen Schmalseite 18 des Ausbrechwerkzeugs 17 aus Bandstahl. Diese Spitze 20 geht über eine geneigte Fläche 21 in die horizontale Schmalseite 19 über. Der Winkel α zwischen der geneigten Fläche 21 und der vertikalen Schmalseite 18 beträgt bei dem gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel projiziert auf die Schmalseitenmittenebene 32 30°. Wie aus Fig. 5 zu ersehen ist, hat die geneigte Fläche 21 die Form eines gleichschenkligen Dreiecks mit zwei gleichen Basiswinkeln und einem Spitzenwinkel β, der bei dem gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel 45° beträgt. Für das in den Figuren 1 und 2 gezeigte rechteckige Ausbrechteil 10 wird das Ausbrechwerkzeug 17 so angeordnet, daß seine Schmalseitenmittenebene 32 (Fig. 7) mit der Verbindungsebene der beiden gegenüberliegenden Haltepunkte 31 zusammenfällt und der Abstand zu diesen Haltepunkten 31 und zu der vertikal durchgehenden Wand 25 des zugehörigen Durchbruchs 13 einen gleichen Abstand hat. Wie aus Fig. 3 zu ersehen ist, bohren sich die Spitzen 20 des Ausbrechwerkzeugs 17, wenn dieses in Richtung des Doppelpfeils 16 mit seiner zugehörigen Werkzeughalteplatte 15 zur Trägerplatte 12 hin bewegt wird, in das Ausbrechteil 10 ein. Aufgrund ihrer Ausgestaltung ist ein Abrutschen der Spitzen 20 nicht möglich. Die Haltepunkte 31 brechen dabei und das Ausbrechteil 10 wird nach unten ausgebeult und durch den Durchbruch 13 mit seinen durchgehend vertikalen Wänden 25 hindurchgedrückt.
