Abstract

    characterized in that,
    - the pin-shaped tab-breaking element is formed by a threaded pin (34) the external thread of which is in engagement with the internal thread of a thread device (30, 32) extending through the tool-holder plate (10); and in that
    - a check block (38) is provided, is disposed adjacent the through-hole (23) in the direction (A) in which the sheet of material (12) is transported and has, on its upper side, a smooth check slope (40) which extends obliquely upwardly in the direction of transportation (A) from the through-hole (23) to the bearing surface (13) of the carrier plate (12).
  2. Device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the check block (38) is made of resin-impregnated paper.
  3. Device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the check block (38) is made of fabric layers pressed with phenolic resins.
  4. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the thread device is formed by two drive-in nuts (30, 32) which are driven into the tool-holder plate (10) on opposite sides.
  5. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the threaded pin (34) has an engagement device (38) on its end facing away from the carrier plate (12) for the engagement of an adjustment tool.
