Claims (44)

  1. Chariot élévateur de préparation de couches, comportant deux supports de charge (13, 16), déplaçables en hauteur et pouvant être commandés séparément, dont un premier support de charge (13) est pourvu d'un dispositif de réception de couches (18) déplaçable au moins d'un côté sur le contour longitudinal du chariot élévateur, pour saisir au moins une couche de marchandises (34), dans une position de réception de couches se trouvant à l'extérieur du chariot élévateur et un autre support de charge (16) étant pourvu d'un dispositif porteur de charge (17) situé dans la zone d'action du dispositif de réception de couches (18), pour recevoir et/ou empiler des couches de marchandises (34) transférées par le dispositif de réception de couches (18), caractérisé en ce qu'à chaque support de charge (13, 16) est associé un bâti de levage (12, 15) propre, les deux supports de charge (13, 16) étant déplaçables en hauteur indépendamment l'un de l'autre, et également susceptibles d'être abaissés au niveau d'une palette, le bâti de levage (12) du premier support de charge (13) étant disposé dans un portique transversal (5) du cadre de véhicule (1) et le bâti de levage (15) de l'autre support de charge (16) étant disposé frontalement devant le portique transversal (5) et en ce que le dispositif de réception de couches (18) est logé sensiblement à l'intérieur du contour longitudinal du chariot élévateur, dans la direction de roulage, en coïncidence sur le dispositif support de charge (17) et le dispositif support de charge (17) est susceptible d'être déplacé au moins sur le côté opposé à la position de réception de charge du contour longitudinal du chariot élévateur.
  2. Chariot élévateur de préparation de couches selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les deux bâtis de levage (12, 15) sont réalisés sous la forme de bâtis de levage latéral disposés l'un derrière l'autre parallèlement à l'axe longitudinal du véhicule (25).
  3. Chariot élévateur de préparation de couches selon la revendication 1 et/ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les deux bâtis de levage (12, 15) sont orientés transversalement par rapport à l'axe longitudinal du véhicule (25).
  4. Chariot élévateur de préparation de couches selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'un des bâtis de levage (12 ou 15) est réalisé sous la forme de bâti de levage latéral et l'autre bâti de levage (15 ou 12) est orienté transversalement par rapport à l'axe longitudinal du véhicule (25).
  5. Chariot élévateur de préparation de couches selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le premier support de charge (13) et/ou l'autre support de charge (16) sont disposés, dans la direction de roulage, sur le bâti de levage (12, 15).
  6. Chariot élévateur de préparation de couches selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le premier support de charge (13) et/ou l'autre support de charge (16) sont disposés sur le bâti de levage (12, 15), dans le sens opposé à la direction de roulage.
  7. Chariot élévateur de préparation de couches selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le premier support de charge (13) et/ou l'autre support de charge (16) sont disposés sur le bâti de levage (12, 15) transversalement par rapport à la direction de roulage.
  8. Chariot élévateur de préparation de couches selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le bâti de levage (12) du premier support de charge (13) est disposé, par rapport à l'ouverture de portique, au-dessus ou sur la branche du cadre (4) du portique transversal (5) du côté frontal.
  9. Appareil de préparation de couches selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le bâti de levage (12) du premier support de charge (13) est disposé sur la branche de cadre (3) du portique transversal (5), se trouvant à l'avant en observant dans la direction de roulage.
  10. Appareil de préparation de couches selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le bâti de levage (12) du premier support de charge (13) est disposé sur la branche de cadre (2) du portique transversal (5), se trouvant à l'arrière en observant dans la direction de roulage.
  11. Chariot élévateur de préparation de couches selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la branche de cadre (2) du portique transversal (5), se trouvant à l'arrière en observant dans la direction de roulage, est réalisée sous forme de poste centrôl de conduite du véhicule (6) et est prévue pour recevoir des groupes fonctionnels du véhicule.
  12. Chariot élévateur de préparation de couches selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les groupes fonctionnels du véhicule comprennent au moins l'entraînement, la direction, la partie hydraulique, la batterie et le matériel électrique du véhicule.
  13. Chariot élévateur de préparation de couches selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au-dessous du poste contrôl de conduite du véhicule (6) est disposée au moins une roue motrice ou d'entraînement (9) dont l'orientation directionnelle peut être réglée manuellement et/ou automatiquement et en ce qu'au moins une roue non orientable (11) est disposée des deux côtés de la branche de cadre (3) du portique transversal (5), se trouvant à l'avant en observant dans la direction de roulage.
  14. Chariot élévateur de préparation de couches selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la branche de cadre (3) du portique transversal (5), se trouvant à l'avant en observant dans la direction de roulage, est réalisée en structure plate de faible hauteur, de telle manière que le dispositif de réception de couche (18) puisse être logé sensiblement à l'intérieur du contour longitudinal du véhicule, au-dessus de cette branche de cadre (3).
  15. Chariot élévateur de préparation de couches selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les deux supports de charge (13, 16) sont munis d'au moins trois degrés de liberté, de telle manière que le premier support de charge (13) soit mobile dans la direction de la hauteur, longitudinale et transversale et que l'autre support de charge (16) soit mobile dans la direction de la hauteur et longitudinale, ainsi qu'à pivotement.
  16. Chariot élévateur de préparation de couches selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le chariot de levage du premier et/ou d'un autre support de charge (13, 16) est déplaçable en direction longitudinale et/ou transversale, de préférence par action télescopique.
  17. Chariot élévateur de préparation de couches selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de réception de couches (18) est monté à rotation sur le premier support de charge (13).
  18. Chariot élévateur de préparation de couches selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de réception de couches (18) est équipé d'une console de transfert de couches de marchandises (19), d'un dispositif de saisie et de centrage de couches de marchandises (20) et d'un serre-flanc de couches de marchandises (21).
  19. Chariot élévateur de préparation de couches selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de saisie et de centrage de couches de marchandises (20) est pourvu de quatre organe de saisie et de centrage (33) saisissant la ou les couches de marchandises (34) sur leur pourtour, en étant disposés à angle droit les uns par rapport aux autres, et en ce qu'au moins de ces organes de saisie et de centrage adjacents (33) sont réalisés mobiles et susceptibles d'être commandés.
  20. Chariot élévateur de préparation de couches selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les préhenseurs centreurs (33) susceptibles d'être commandés sont montés à pivotement autour d'un axe de rotation supérieur, l'angle de pivotement étant d'au moins 10°.
  21. Chariot élévateur de préparation de couches selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la console de transfert de couches de marchandises (19) est réalisée pour recevoir la ou les couches de marchandises (34) et est susceptible d'être commandée en direction transversale et longitudinale, de telle manière qu'elle puisse être déplacée, au moins temporairement et/ou partiellement, hors de la plage de mise en coïncidence constituée par le dispositif de saisie et de centrage de couches de marchandises (20) et le serre-flanc de couches de marchandises (21).
  22. Chariot élévateur de préparation de couches selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins la face supérieure, portant la ou les couches de marchandises (34), de la console de transfert de couches de marchandises (19) présente, au moins partiellement, une surface diminuant le frottement et/ou est équipée, au moins partiellement, d'éléments diminuant le frottement (38), de manière à pouvoir être sortie facilement d'entre deux couches de marchandises (34).
  23. Chariot élévateur de préparation de couches selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le serre-flanc de couches de marchandises (21) est disposé à l'intérieur du dispositif de saisie et de centrage de couches de marchandises (20) et est réalisé mobile en hauteur.
  24. Chariot élévateur de préparation de couches selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la face, tournée vers les couches de marchandises (34) du serre-flanc de couches de marchandises (21), présente, au moins partiellement, une surface augmentant le frottement et/ou fixant une position et/ou est équipée au moins partiellement d'éléments (37) augmentant le frottement et/ou fixant une position.
  25. Chariot élévateur de préparation de couches selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le déplacement en hauteur du serre-flanc de couches de marchandises (21) peut être commandé au moins dans une direction.
  26. Chariot élévateur de préparation de couches selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le mouvement d'abaissement du serre-flanc de couches de marchandises (21) et/ou des éléments (37) augmentant le frottement et/ou fixant une position s'effectue sous l'effet de la force de gravité due au poids propre.
  27. Chariot élévateur de préparation de couches selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les séquences de déplacement de la console de transfert de couches de marchandises (19), du dispositif de saisie et de centrage de couches de marchandises (20) et du serre-flanc de couches de marchandises (21) sont chacun susceptible d'être commandés séparément et/ou au moins de façon partiellement coordonnée.
  28. Chariot élévateur de préparation de couches selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les séquences de déplacement de la console de transfert de couches de marchandises (19), du dispositif de saisie et de centrage de couches de marchandises (20) et du serre-flanc de couches de marchandises (21) sont susceptibles d'être commandés manuellement et/ou au moins de façon partiellement programmée.
  29. Chariot élévateur de préparation de couches selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la commande de la console de transfert de couches de marchandises (19) est réalisée, au moins dans des zones partielles de sa séquence de déplacement, sous la forme de commande de suivi et/ou de commande d'avance par rapport au dispositif de saisie et de centrage de couches de marchandises (20).
  30. Chariot élévateur de préparation de couches selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la console de transfert de couches de marchandises (19) est susceptible de se déplacer de façon télescopique transversalement et/ou longitudinalement.
  31. Chariot élévateur de préparation de couches selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les deux supports de charge (13, 16) peuvent être commandés séparément et/ou de façon au moins partiellement coordonnée cinématiquement.
  32. Chariot élévateur de préparation de couches selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les deux supports de charge (13, 16) peuvent être commandés manuellement et/ou au moins de façon partiellement programmée.
  33. Chariot élévateur de préparation de couches selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le bâti de levage de l'autre support de charge (16) est susceptible de pivoter, en étant accroché librement et au moins de 90°, du côté opposé à la position de réception de charge du contour longitudinal du véhicule.
  34. Chariot élévateur de préparation de couches selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le bâti de levage de l'autre support de charge (16) est réalisé sous forme de cadre pivotant dont le centre de rotation (14) est situé sur la liaison entre la branche de cadre (4) du côté frontal et la branche de cadre (3) du portique transversal (5), se trouvant en avant lorsqu'on observe dans la direction de roulage.
  35. Chariot élévateur de préparation de couches selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif support de charge (17) est réalisé sous la forme de fourche de levage, susceptible de se déplacer de façon télescopique longitudinalement et/ou transversalement.
  36. Chariot élévateur de préparation de couches selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de réception de charge (18) et/ou le dispositif support de charge (17) sont réalisés sous la forme d'appareil à coulissement latéral.
  37. Chariot élévateur de préparation de couches selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de réception de charge (18) et/ou le dispositif support de charge (17) sont réalisés sous la forme d'appareil à coulissement latéral, avec possibilité de pivotement.
  38. Chariot élévateur de préparation de couches selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de réception de charge (18) et/ou le dispositif support de charge (17) sont réalisés sous la forme de fourche de levage, susceptible de se déployer de façon télescopique, latéralement.
  39. Chariot élévateur de préparation de couches selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de réception de charge (18) et/ou le dispositif support de charge (17) est/sont réalisé(s) sous forme de fourche(s) à coulissement et à pivotement.
  40. Chariot élévateur de préparation de couches selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la console de transfert de couches de marchandises (19) est pourvue d'au moins un dispositif d'orientation en hauteur (39, 57) optique et/ou opto-électronique, en vue d'effectuer l'orientation en hauteur manuellement et/ou automatiquement sur une arête supérieure de palette et/ou de couche de marchandises.
  41. Chariot élévateur de préparation de couches selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un premier dispositif d'orientation en hauteur (39) est disposé sur l'arête avant, tournée vers l'ouverture de portique, et un deuxième dispositif d'orientation en hauteur (57) sont disposés sur l'arête avant, tournée vers la face avant du chariot élévateur, de la console de transfert de couches de marchandises (19).
  42. Chariot élévateur de préparation de couches selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'orientation en hauteur (39) est réalisé sous la forme de dispositif de visée optique, de préférence de capteurs lumineux, pour assurer l'orientation manuelle en hauteur de la console de transfert de couches de marchandises (19) sur l'arête supérieure de la couche de marchandises (34) située sous la couche de marchandises (34) devant être préparée.
  43. Chariot élévateur de préparation de couches selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'orientation en hauteur (57) est réalisé sous forme de barrière lumineuse à réflexion, utilisant de préférence une base infrarouge, pour commander automatiquement la hauteur de la console de transfert de couches de marchandises (19), sur l'arête supérieure de la palette à préparer (41) ou bien d'une couche de marchandises (34) se trouvant sur celle-ci.
  44. Chariot élévateur de préparation de couches selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, sur le bâti de levage (15) de l'autre support de charge (16) est disposée une bande réfléchissante verticale (40), placée en liaison fonctionnelle diagonale avec le dispositif d'orientation en hauteur (57), pour effectuer la commande automatique de hauteur.
