Claims (7)
- Mehrpoliger Mittelspannungs-Drehlasttrenner in einem gasdichten, mit einem Gas hoher dielektrischer Festigkeit gefüllten zylindrischen Gehäuse (10), an dessen Innenumfang pro Pol ein feststehender Eingangskontakt (15), ein feststehender Ausgangskontakt (16) sowie ein feststehender Erdungskontakt (17) um ein bestimmtes Winkelmaß versetzt angeordnet sind, die mit einer beweglichen Kontaktbrücke (22) in Form eines schwenkbar auf einer, sich längs der Achse des Gehäuses (10) erstreckenden Schaltwelle (23) gelagerten Kontaktmessers Zusammenwirken, wobei die einzelnen Pole (R, S, T) längs der genannten Schaltwelle (23) im Innern des Gehäuses (10) angeordnet und durch, das Gehäuse in Längsrichtung unterteilende Querwände (14) voneinander getrennt sind, die genannte Schaltwelle (23) wahlweise drei Stellungen einnehmen kann, und zwar eine Ausschaltstellung, eine Einschaltstellung, in der die Kontaktbrücke (22) den genannten Eingangskontakt (15) mit dem genannten Ausgangskontakt (16) verbindet, und eine Erdungsstellung, in der die genannte Kontaktbrücke (22) den genannten Ausgangskontakt (16) mit dem genannten Erdungskontakt (17) verbindet, und das genannte Kontaktmesser jeder Kontaktbrücke (22) aus zwei Messerblättern (25, 26) besteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Kontaktmesserblätter (25, 26) parallel zueinander angeordnet sind und auseinanderlaufende Endbereiche aufweisen, um an jedem Ende eine bewegliche Kontaktzange (27, 28) zu bilden, die den zugeordneten, als Kontaktstift ausgeführten feststehenden Kontakt (15, 16, 17) in der Einschaltstellung umspannt, daß die beiden Kontaktmesserblätter (25, 26) elastisch gegeneinander gedrückt werden, wobei die Annäherung bei von den feststehenden Kontakten (15, 16, 17) abgezogenen Kontaktzangen durch auf beiden Seiten des Mittelteils (34) jedes Messerblatts (25, 26) angeordnete Anschläge (33) begrenzt wird, und daß die genannten Mittelteile (34) bei aufgefahrenen Kontaktzangen (27, 28) durch einen geringen Abstand voneinander getrennt sind, um starke elektromagnetische Anziehungskräfte aufnehmen zu können, wenn sie von einem Strom durchflossen werden, wobei der genannte Abstand größer ist als die durch die genannten Kräfte verursachte Durchbiegung, um eine Berührung der Mittelteile (34) der beiden Messerblätter (25, 26) zu verhindern, und die genannten Mittelteile (34) durch eine in den Messerblättern (25, 26) ausgebildete Aussparung (35) gebildet werden.
- Drehlasttrenner nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tiefe der Aussparung (35) einige Zehntel Millimeter beträgt.
- Drehlasttrenner nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in jedem Pol eine Trennwand (29) zwischen dem Innenumfang des Isolier-Formstoffgehäuses (10) und der Schaltwelle (23) angeordnet ist und dabei zwischen dem feststehenden Eingangskontakt (15) und dem feststehenden Erdungskontakt (17) verläuft, und daß die Trennwand (29) an das Gehäuse (10) angeformt ist und auf der dem feststehenden Erdungskontakt (17) zugewandten Seite an den feststehenden Eingangskontakt (15) grenzt.
- Drehlasttrenner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ausgangskontakt (16) einen Kontaktstift (18), der dem Eingangskontakt (15) diametral gegenüberliegt, sowie einen Kontaktstift (20), der dem Erdungskontakt (17) diametral gegenüberliegt (18), umfaßt, und daß der Winkelversatz zwischen dem Eingangskontakt (15) und dem Erdungskontakt (17) etwa 60° beträgt.
- Drehlasttrenner nach irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das genannte Gehäuse (10) eine Sollbruchstelle (30) aufweist, die einen vorzugsweise berstenden Gehäusebereich darstellt.
- Drehlasttrenner nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannte Sollbruchstelle (30) durch einen Gehäusebereich mit verminderter Wandstärke gebildet wird.
- Drehlasttrenner nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannte Sollbruchstelle (30) im Verbindungsbereich zwischen einem (31) der Böden und der umlaufenden Wand des Gehäuses (10) angeordnet ist.
