Claims (12)
- Verfahren für den Betrieb einer Maschine zum Fërben von Gewebebahnen, bei dem das zu färbende Gewebe durch das Färbebad hindurchläuft, um dann sich auf eine Trommel aufzuwickeln, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die momentane Winkelgeschwindigkeit der Aufwickeltrommel während des Betriebs der Maschine ermittelt und daß man diese Geschwindigkeit derart regelt, daß die Zentrifugalbeschleunigung an der Stelle, an der das Gewebe sich auf die Zugtrommel aufwickelt, konstant oder annähernd konstant hält.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ermittlung der Winkelgeschwindigkeit ω der Aufwickeltrommel (5) erzielt wird mit Hilfe der elektrischen Spannung, die durch einen Drehzahlgeber geliefert wird, der mit dieser Trommel rotationsverbunden ist, während die durch einen vom Gewebe angetriebenen zweiten Drehzahlgeber gelieferte Spannung dazu dient, die lineare Geschwindigkeit v des Gewebes zu messen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man das Produkt ω.v auf elektronischem Weg bildet, den gemessenen Wert mit einem Einstellwert vergleicht und das resultierende Signal zur Regelung der Drehzahl des die Aufwickeltrommel (5) antreibenden Motors verwendet.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die Regelung ausführt ausgehend von der Summe aω + v wobei a ein Koeffizient gleich dem Produkt aus dem Anfangsradius der Aufwickeltrommel (5) und der Quadratwurzel aus dem Verhältnis des Endradius dieser Trommel zu deren Anfangsradius ist, derart, daß die Werte dieser Summe vom Beginn bis zum Ende des Gewebe-Aufwickelvorgangs gleich sind und in dem Intervall nur wenig verrieren, wobei die Signale a ω und v elektronisch summiert werden und die Summe mit einem Einstellwert verglichen wird, um ein resultierendes Signal zu liefern, das auf die Einrichtung zur Regelung des Motors der Aufwickeltrommel wirkt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man in jedem Augenblick die Winkelgeschwindigkeit ω der Aufwickeltrommel und die Anzahl n der auf diese Trommel aufgewickelten Windungen ermittelt und daß man die Winkelgeschwindigkeit des die Aufwickeltrommel antreibenden Motors regelt, um den Ausdruck ω²x (1+n
- Maschine zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sis geeignete Mittel zur Erzeugung von elektrischen Signalen aufweist, die proportional bezüglich der Winkelgeschwindigkeit der Trommel (5) für den Antrieb des Gewebes und bezüglich der durch die Rotation dieser Trommel erzeugten linearen Geschwindigkeit v des Gewebes sind, sowie diese Signale verwendende Mittel zur Lieferung eines Befehlssignals an die Einrichtung zur Regelung des Elektromotors, das geeignet ist, das Produkt ω.v konstant oder annähernd konstant zu halten.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine elektronische Einrichtung, die es erlaubt, die Summe aus dem v proportionalen Signal und einem Signal a.ω zu bilden, wobei a gleich dem Anfangsradius der Trommel multipliziert mit der Quadratwurzel des Verhältnisses des Endradius dieser Trommel zu ihrem Anfangsradius ist, Mittel zum Vergleichen des Signals der Summe mit einem Einstellsignal sowie Mittel zur Anwendung der positiven oder negativen Differenz auf die Einrichtung zur Regelung der Antriebsdrehzahl der Aufwickeltrommel aufweist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie einen mit der Aufwickeltrommel verbundenen Drehzahlgeber zur Lieferung einer elektrischen Spannung als Funktion der Winkelgeschwindigkeit dieser Trommel, Mittel zum Ermitteln der Anzahl n der Windungen des auf die Aufwickeltrommel aufgewickelten Gewebes in jedem Augenblick und einen elektronischen Rechner aufweist, in dem man bei der Montage des Gewebes die Anzahl N der auf die Aufwickeltrommel am Ende des Betriebsvorgangs aufgewickelten Windungen sowie das Verhältnis m des Endradius der Aufwickeltrommel zu deren Anfangsradius speichert, wobei der Rechner während des Betriebs der Maschine die elektrische Spannung als Funktion der Winkelgeschwindigkeit ω dar Aufwickeltrommel und die Anzeige der Anzahl n der aufgewickelten Windungen empfängt derart, daß er in jedem Augenblick den konstant oder annähernd konstant zu haltenden Ausdruck ω²x (1+n
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der die Aufwickeltrommel antreibende Gleichstrommotor angeschlosssen ist an einen Thyristor-Variator zur Regelung der Spannung, die ihm zugeführt wird.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufwickeltrommel durch ihren Elektromotor mit Hilfe einer hydraulischen Üvertragung mit variabler Geschwindigkeit angetrieben wird.
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, versehen mit einer Entwässerungswalze, die sich auf das Gewebe an der Stelle auflegen soll, wo es sich auf der Zugtrommel (5) ablegt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der schwingende Rahmen (16,18), der die Walze trägt, die das Gewebe auf der Aufwickeltrommel begleitet, derart nachgiebig ist, daß die Walze sich auf das Gewebe auf dessen gesamter Breite auflegt.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden die Walze (14) tragenden Arme (16) mit der Querstange (18), die sie zusammenhält, durch Schraubbolzen oder Niete (20) verbunden sind, die nicht festgeklemmt und in unrunde Durchbrüche eingesetzt sind, um eine Bewegungsfreiheit zwischen der Querstange und den Armen zu gestatten.
