Claims (5)
- Procédé pour gazéifier du charbon et pour le traitement ultérieur du gaz brut produit, comprenant les étapes suivantes:a) gazéification de charbon dans un étage de production de gaz (A), par amenée de chaleur et de vapeur de processus, pour la production de gaz brut;b) refroidissement du gaz brut produit jusqu'en-dessous du point de condensation de la vapeur d'eau qu'il renferme, pour produire un condensat aqueux;c) séparation du condensat aqueux du gaz brut produit;d) vaporisation du condensat séparé dans un étage de vaporisation (F) pour produire de la vapeur;e) recyclage de la vapeur de l'étage de vaporisation (F) dans l'étage de production de gaz (A), en tant que vapeur de processus,caractérisé
en ce que l'on produit lors du refroidissement (étape b) du gaz brut par échange de chaleur, de la vapeur haute-pression et/ou basse-pression,
en ce qu'une partie au moins de la vapeur haute-pression et/ou basse-pression produite, contribue à l'intérieur du système, au rendement effectif, et
en ce que la vaporisation du condensat (étape d) dans l'étage de vaporisation (F) s'effectue par échange de chaleur avec la vapeur haute-pression et/ou basse-pression après sa contribution au rendement effectif. - Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'avant sa vaporisation, l'eau de condensation est débarrassée, dans un étage de stripage (D) d'impuretés sous forme gazeuse ou volatile, et/ou, dans un étage de filtration (E), d'hydrocarbures dissous ou en suspension.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'une turbine à vapeur (T) est entraînée par la vapeur haute-pression et/ou basse-pression produite, et en ce que la vapeur d'échappement de la turbine à vapeur (T) est utilisée pour le chauffage de l'étage de vaporisation (F) en étant à cet occasion refroidie jusqu'en-dessous de la température de condensation.
- Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la vapeur de processus gagnée par vaporisation de l'eau de condensation, subit une compression ultérieure dans un étage de compression (29) entraîné par la turbine à vapeur (T).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'étage de vaporisation (F) est alimenté, en plus de l'eau de condensation, par de l'eau externe.
