Claims (2)

1. Accessoire (10) pour baignoire pour handicapés, avec un châssis ou plateau de fond (13), un dispositif de guidage (14) disposé sur ce dernier et présentant au moins une paire de cadres en forme de ciseaux, un plateau de position assise ou couchée (16) supporté par le dispositif de guidage, un dispositif de levage (12) disposé entre le châssis ou plateau de fond (13) et le plateau de position assise ou couchée (16) et présentant un flexible pouvant être rempli d'eau, fermé à ses extrémités, un dispositif de commande (15) pour le remplissage et le vidage du dispositif de levage (12) et un dossier (18) en forme de plateau, disposé de manière mobile sur le plateau de position assise ou couchée (16), caractérisé en ce que le dossier (18) et le plateau de position assise ou couchée (16) et/ou chacun des plateaux latéraux (22) et le dossier (18) sont assemblés l'un à l'autre, de manière articulée, chaque fois à l'aide de deux charnières de blocage (24) identiques et que chaque charnière de blocage (24) présente deux ailes de charnière (28) fixées, de manière articulée, aux plateaux assemblés l'un à l'autre de manière articulée (16, 18; 18, 22) et réalisées, chacune, en une seule pièce avec un manchon (30), qu'une broche de charnière (32) est supportée, de manière axialement immobile dans au moins un sens, dans un premier manchon (30), traverse le second manchon (30) de manière relativement mobile et présente, à son extrémité, une butée (60) sur laquelle s'appuie un ressort de pression hélicoïdal (44) entourant la broche de charnière et dont l'autre extrémité s'appuie sur le second manchon, qu'au moins l'un des manchons (30) est monté de manière pivotante, sur son axe, par rapport à la broche de charnière (32), que l'un des manchons (30) présente un anneau (50) axialement en saillie, avec des nervures axiales (52) prévues en périphérie et que l'autre présente un évidement (54) qui lui est complémentaire, avec des rainures axiales (56) prévues en périphérie, que l'anneau (50) est prétendu, par le ressort de pression hélicoïdal (44), en direction de la position d'encliquetage de la charnière de blocage (24), dans laquelle il pénètre, en liaison de forme, dans l'évidement (54) et que les deux charnières de blocage (24), arrivent, par une course de mouvement l'un par rapport à l'autre, en direction de la broche, des chaque fois deux plateaux (16, 18; 18, 22) reliés l'un à l'autre de manière articulée, en même temps en une position de dégagement dans laquelle les deux plateaux (16, 18; 18, 22) peuvent pivoter l'un par rapport à l'autre autour de la broche de charnière.
