Claims (15)

1. Blinddecke aus einer gespannten Bahn (1), die an ihren Rändern an einer Halterung (3, 15, 21) angebracht ist, welche an Wänden oder an einer Decke in einem Stück befestigt ist und durch einen Rahmen aus Profilstücken gebildet wird, die eine Schulter (8) aufweisen, auf der ein Rand (10) der Bahn in Form eines Hakens oder Ankers befestigt ist, wobei der Rahmen (3, 15, 21) eine nach unten offene Ausnehmung (9) aufweist, die durch einen horizontalen oberen Steg (6) und zwei vertikale Schenkel (5, 7), die sich von dem oberen horizontalen Steg nach unten erstrecken, begrenzt ist, nämlich einem ersten Schenkel (5) und einem zweiten Schenkel (7), unter dem die Bahn (1) hindurchläuft, wobei sie am unteren Rand (11) dieses Schenkels (7) anliegt, wobei die beiden Schenkel (7, 8) zwischen sich an ihren unteren Enden einen Durchgang begrenzen, der die Einführung des Ankers (10) nach oben in die Ausnehmung (9) gestattet derart, daß der Anker (10) sich im Inneren der Ausnehmung (9) auf der Schulter (8) verhängt, die horizontal gespannte Bahn (1) und dadurch nach oben abgelenkt wird, um in die Ausnehmung (9) des Rahmens einzutreten, wobei sie am unteren Rand des zweiten Schenkels (7) anliegt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Schenkel (5, 33) eine kleinere Höhe hat als der zweite Schenkel (7, 31) und die Schulter (8) bildet, an der sich der Anker (10) durch einfaches Anliegen verhakt, daß die schulter sich horizontal in Richtung auf den zweiten Schenkel (7, 31) erstreckt und im Abstand von diesem so endet, daß der Durchgang frei bleibt, der die Einführung des Ankers (10) in die Ausnehmung (9) des Rahmens gestattet.
2. Blinddecke nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der horizontale Steg (6) über den zweiten vertikalen Schenkel (7) hinaus durch einen horizontalen Schenkel (16) verlängert ist und der Steg sowie dieser Schenkel (16) an der Decke (2) befestigt sind.

Blinddecke nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rahmen auf der Innenseite des zweiten vertikalen Schenkels (7), die der Ausnehmung (9) gegenüberliegt, eine transversale, C-förmige Hohlleiste (14) aufweist, die zur Aufnahme eines Elements zum Verbinden zweier benachbarter Rahmen dient.
4. Blinddecke nach einem-der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Rahmen (3, 15) eine angesetzte Endabdeckung (17, 54) in Form eines Winkelbandes zur Abdeckung seines unteren Teiles angebracht ist.

Blinddecke nach anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die angesetzte Endabdeckung (54) einen oberen Schenkel (55) aufweist, der sich nach oben erstreckt und zwischen den ersten vertikalen Schenkel (5) des Rahmens (3) und der Mauer (4) eingesetzt ist, eine weiche und elastische Zunge (56) aufweist, die eine Feder bildet, um die Abdeckung elastisch in dem zwischen dem ersten Schenkel (5) und der Mauer (4) begrenzten Raum festzuklemmen, und daß die Abdeckung (54) ferner einen gebogenen unteren teil (57) aufweist, der das Aussehen einer Abschlußborte aufweist und eine Verbindung zwischen dem unteren Rand (11) des zweiten Schenkels (7), der die Anlage (11) für die Bahn (1) bildet, und der Mauer (4) herstellt.

Blinddecke nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er zwei horizontale, coplanare gespannte Bahnen (1) enthält, die in ein und dieselbe, an der Decke (2) befestigten doppelten Rahmen (31) eingehängt sind, welcher einen horizontalen oberen Steg (32) aufweist, der nach unten durch einen ersten mittleren vertikalen Schenkel (33) sowie zwei zweite vertikale Schenkel (34, 35) verlängert ist, die beidseits des mittleren vertikalen Schenkels (33) und im Abstand von diesem angeordnet sind, wobei der erste vertikale mittlere Schenkel (33) an seinem unteren Teil zwei Schultern (33a) aufweist, die sich horizontal vom ersten Schenkel (33) in Richtung auf die beiden zweiten Schenkel (34, 35) erstrecken und dazu dienen, die Anker (10) zu halten, die die Ränder der beiden Bahnen (1) bilden.
7. Blinddecke nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Zierleiste (36) am unteren Ende des ersten mittleren Schenkels (33) befestigt ist, um den unteren Teil des Rahmens (31) zu schließen.

Blinddecke nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rahmen (31) am oberen Teil eine C-förmige Hohlleiste (37) aufweist, die nach oben offen ist und in der ein Steg (38) angeordnet ist, daß über dem Rahmen (31) eine horizontale Befestigungsplatte angeordnet ist, die mit dem Steg (38) durch Schrauben (41) verbunden ist, die die Befestigungsplatte (39) durchsetzen und in den Steg (38) eingeschraubt sind, und daß die Befestigungsplatte (39) ihrerseits an der Decke (2) angebracht ist.
9. Blinddecke nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rahmen in seinem oberen Teil mit einer an der Decke angebrachten Befestigungsplatte (43) einstückig ausgebildet ist.

Blinddecke nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rand der Bahn (1) durch einen doppelten Anker (10) mit zwei entgegengesetzten Armen (10b, 10c) gebildet wird, die zwei Haken bilden, die jeweils an einer Schulter (8), die an den ersten vertikalen Schenkeln der Leiste (3) vorgesehen ist. bzw. an einer anderen Schulter (8a), die am unteren Teil des zweiten vertikalen Schenkels (7) vorgesehen ist und in Richtung auf die erste Schulter und in der gleichen Höhe wie diese vorspringt, anliegen, und daß die Befestigung der Bahn (1) dadurch erfolgt, daß man den doppelten Anker (10) in den zwischenraum zwischen den beiden Schultern (8, 8a) einführt.
11. Blinddecke nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die horizontale gespannte Bahn (1a) der Blinddecke mit einer vertikalen gespannten Bahn (1b) verbunden ist, die eine Blindwand bildet, daß die beiden Bahnen miteinander oben im zimmer verbunden sind und dort mit einem gemeinsamen Rand in Form eines Ankers (10) versehen sind, der an einer Schulter (8) eines Rahmens (3) verhakt ist, der am oberen Teil der Mauer (4) des Zimmers befestigt ist.
12. Blinddecke nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Schenkel (5) sich über die Schulter (8) nach unten erstreckt und an seinem unteren Ende in einer nach oben offenen Rinne (58) endet, in die Haken (59) eingehängt werden können, die mit Schnüren zum Aufhängen von Bildern oder raderen Gegenständen verbunden sind.
13. Blinddecke nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5 und 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der horizontale obere Steg (6) des Rahmens horizontal in Richtung auf die Mauer durch einen horizontalen Steg (62) verlängert ist, der mit einem an der Mauer befestigten vertikalen Schenkel (63) verbunden ist und daß die Verlängerung (62) des horizontalen Ste.es (6) eine obere Wand einer nach unten offenen, C-förmigen Rinne bildet, die eine Schiene mit einer oder mehreren Gleitbahnen für Rollen (64) bildet, an denen Gardinen, Bilder usw. aufgehängt werden können.

Blinddecke nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5 und 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schulter (8) nach unten durch einen vertikalen schenkel (66) verlängert ist, an den durch ein horizontaler Steg (67) anschließt, der sich in Richtung auf den ersten vertikalen Schenkel (5) erstreckt und in einer zusätzlichen, nach oben reichenden Schulter (68) zum Einhaken eines in das Innere reichenden und nach unten offenen Hakens (69) endet, welcher den obere Rand einer vertikalen gespannten Bahn bildet, die eine Blindwand bildet.
15. Blinddecke nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leiste unterhalb der zusätzlichen Schulter (68) eine Rille (71) aufweist, die nach oben offen ist und an den vertikalen Schenkel (66) ansetzt.
