Für die Aufnahme von Arbeitsbobinen 12 sind bei dem vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel zwei Arbeitszapfen 13, 14 vorgesehen, die in gemeinsamer Horizontalebene mit Abstand voneinander an einem Maschinengestell 15 gelagert sind. Die Arbeitszapfen 13, 14 sind frei auskragend, einseitig gelagert und durch nicht näher gezeigte Organe innerhalb des Maschinengestells 15 drehend angetrieben. Die Bobinen 11 bzw. Arbeitsbobinen 12 sind mit einem Mittelloch 16 versehen, welches zu den Abmessungen der Arbeitszapfen 13, 14 paßt, so daß die Bobinen 11 bzw. Arbeitsbobinen 12 in Axialrichtung auf die Arbeitszapfen 13, 14 geschoben werden können. Üblicherweise sind die Bobinen 11, 12 mit einem Bobinenkern in Gestalt einer Papphülse (nicht näher gezeigt) versehen, die nach Verbrauch einer Arbeitsbobine 12 vom Arbeitszapfen 13, 14 (manuell) abgezogen wird. Von den Arbeitszapfen 13, 14 befindet sich jeweils einer in Arbeitsstellung. Von diesem wird das Verpackungsmaterial als Materialbahn 17 abgezogen (Arbeitszapfen 14 in Fig. 4), während der andere Arbeitszapfen 13 für die Aufnahme bzw. Der Verpackungsmaschine 10 bzw. der Bobinen-Wechselvorrichtung ist ein Bobinen-Vorrat 18 zugeordnet. Dieser ist bei dem vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel oberhalb der Verpackungsmaschine 10 bzw. oberhalb des Maschinengestells 15 angeordnet. Der Bobinen-Vorrat 18 besteht im wesentlichen aus einem langgestreckten Traggestell 19, welches sich horizontal quer zur Längsausdehnung der Verpackungsmaschine 10 erstreckt. Der überwiegende Teil des Traggestells 19 befindet sich an der Rückseite der Verpackungsmaschine 10, bei dem Ausführungsbeispiel gemäß Fig. 3 mit einer Stütze 20 am freien Ende. Auf dem Traggestell 19 sind Bobinen 11 in einer größeren Anzahl in parallelen Ebenen und axialer Ausrichtung angeordnet, wobei die Bobinen 11 mit ihrer Umfangsfläche unten auf dem Traggestell 19 aufstehen. Als Transportorgan für die Übernahme einer Bobine 11a aus dem Bobinen-Vorrat 18 und zur Übergabe an einen der beiden Arbeitszapfen 13, 14 dient ein Transportarm 21. An diesem ist im oberen Bereich ein frei abstehender, einseitig gelagerter Transportzapfen 22 angebracht, der ebenfalls zu den Abmessungen des Mittellochs 16 paßt.A
Der Transportarm 21 ist in besonderer Weise gelagert und antreibbar. Der Bobinen- Vorrat 18 ist gegenüber der vertikalen Drehebene der Arbeitsbobinen 12 zur Rückseite der Verpackungsmaschine versetzt. Wie aus Fig. 3 und 5 ersichtlich, besteht das Betätigungsgestell 23 aus einer langgestreckten Tragstange 24, die axial verschiebbar im Maschinengestell 15 gelagert ist. Die horizontal gerichtete Tragstange 24 ist im oberen Querschnittsbereich teilzylindrisch ausgebildet und mit einem unteren rechteckigen Ansatz 25 versehen. Letzterer ist an der Unterseite als Zahnstange 26 ausgebildet. Diese steht in Eingriff mit einem Ritzel 27, welches über eine Antriebswelle 28 (Fig. 4) durch einen hier nicht gezeigten Motor drehend in der einen oder anderen Richtung antreibbar ist.The
Die Tragstange 24 ist an ihren Enden mit aufwärts gerichteten Tragschenkeln 29, 30 ausgebildet. In diesen sind Enden einer Drehstange 31 drehbar gelagert. Ein freies Lagerende 32 - auf der den Arbeitszapfen 13, 14 zugekehrten Seite des Maschinengestells 15 - ist durch den Tragschenkel 29 hindurchgeführt und mit einem unteren Bereich des Transportarms 21 verbunden. Die Führungshülse 33 ist ihrerseits drehbar, jedoch axial unverschiebbar in dem Maschinengestell 15 angeordnet. An einem aus dem Maschinengestell 15 herausragenden Ende der Führungshülse 33 ist ein Zahnrad 34 angeordnet. Dieses wird über ein Zwischenzahnrad 35 von einem Antriebsmotor 36 mit Ritzel 37 drehend angetrieben. Das Zwischenzahnrad 35 ist als Zahnring auf einem Ansatz 38 des Maschinengestells 15 drehbar gelagert. Die Tragstange 24 tritt durch den hohlen Ansatz 38 hindurch. Durch reversierbaren Antrieb des Antriebsmotors 36 wird demnach der Transportarm 21 in der einen oder anderen Richtung verschwenkt, und zwar durch entsprechenden Drehantrieb der Drehstange 31. Diese ist hier mittig zwischen den Arbeitszapfen 13, 14 gelagert, auf gleicher Höhe mit diesen.The
Das Traggestell 19 für den Bobinen-Vorrat 18 ist so ausgebildet, daß an der vorderen Entnahmeseite für die Bobine 11a ein erhöhter Endanschlag 39 gebildet ist. Die vordere Bobine 11a muß deshalb zunächst leicht angehoben werden, bevor sie aus dem Traggestell 19 herausgenommen werden kann. Zu diesem Zweck ist der Transportzapfen 22 verstellbar am Transportarm 21 gelagert, und zwar in Längsrichtung des Transportarms 21. Dadurch sind auch eventuelle Einstellungen auf unterschiedliche Positionen der Arbeitszapfen 13 und 14 möglich.The

Danach erfolgt die beschriebene Schwenkbewegung des Transportarms 21. Die Einstellbewegung des Transportzapfens 22 kann auch nach der Schwenkbewegung des Transportarms 21 erfolgen.To take over a
Das Traggestell 19 für den Bobinen-Vorrat 18 ist ebenfalls in besonderer Weise ausgebildet, nämlich derart, daß die Bobinen 11 selbsttätig und in schonender Weise ständig zum Entnahmeende gefördert werden. Zu diesem Zweck besteht das Traggestell 19 aus mehreren, im vorliegenden Fall zwei, langgestreckten, drehend angetriebenen Tragwalzen 48, 49. Diese sind in Längsrichtung des Traggestells 19 gerichtet und dienen als Trag- und Stützorgane für die Bobinen 11, 11a. In Richtung zur Entnahmeseite sind die Tragwalzen 48, 49 geringfügig divergierend gerichtet, unter einem sehr spitzen Winkel. Durch (gleichgerichteten) Drehantrieb der Tragwalzen 48, 49 wird bewirkt, daß die an der Rückseite aufgegebenen Bobinen 11, 11a stets in Richtung auf den Endanschlag 39 bis zur Dichtlage aneinander gefördert werden. Die Tragwalzen 48, 49 werden zu diesem Zweck durch einen Motor 50 angetrieben. Die zugekehrten Enden der Tragwalzen 48, 49 sind durch einen Hülltrieb, insbesondere durch einen Zahnriemen 51, getrieblich miteinander verbunden.The

- Device according to Claim 1 and one or more of the further claims, characterised in that the transport journal (22) is shiftable transversely axially, especially in the longitudinal direction of the transport arm (21).
- Device according to Claim 5, characterised in that the transport journal (22) is mounted shiftably on the transport arm (21) by means of a tilt-proof guide and is movable in the longitudinal direction of the transport arm (21) via a servo-motor (46) attached to the transport arm (21).
- Device according to Claim 6, characterised in that a supporting body of the transport journal (22) is movable by means of supporting members, especially supporting rollers (43, 44), on fixed guides (guide rods 42) of the transport arm (21) by a mechanical gear, preferably by a spindle mechanism (45, 47).
- Device according to Claim 1 and one or more of the further claims, characterised in that the transport arm (21) is mounted on an actuating holder (23) which is shiftable axis-parallel to the working journals (13, 14) by means of a mechanical drive.
- Device according to Claim 8, characterised in that the actuating holder (23) is equipped with a rack (26) which extends axis-parallel relative to the working journals (13, 14) and which can be driven via a fixed feed motor with a pinion (27) in order to adjust the transport arm (21) transversely relative to its pivoting plane.
- Device according to Claim 8, characterised in that mounted rotatably on the actuating holder (23) is an elongate rotary rod (31) which is intended for transmitting pivoting movements to the transport arm (21) and which can be driven rotationally via gear wheels (37, 35, 34) by means of a drive motor (36) and is adjustable in the longitudinal direction together with the transport arm (21).
- Device according to Claim 10, characterised in that the rotary rod (31) is mounted in a non-rotatable, but axially shiftable manner in a rotatably mounted guide sleeve (33) fixed in place, the free end of which is designed as a gear wheel (34) for the drive by means of the drive motor (36).
- Device according to Claim 1 and one or more of the further claims, characterised in that the reel stock (18) is arranged above the working journals (13, 14) or above a machine stand (15) for receiving these, specifically in a vertical mid-plane between the working journals (13, 14), and in the region of the reel stock (18) the reels (11, 11a) are arranged equiaxially next to one another in a position parallel to the relative position on the working journals (13, 14).
- Device according to Claim 11, characterised in that, in the region of the reel stock (18), the reels (11, 11a) rest with their peripheral surfaces on a supporting frame (19), by means of which the reels (11, 11a) can be conveyed continuously in the direction of an extraction position facing the working journals (13, 14).
- Device according to Claim 13, characterised in that the reels (11, 11a) rest with their peripheral surfaces on several, especially two, supporting rollers (48, 49) which extend in the longitudinal direction of the supporting frame (19) and which are driven equidirectionally and rotationally, the supporting rollers (48, 49) extending so as to diverge slightly in the direction of the extraction side of the reels (11, 11a).
- Device according to Claim 13, characterised in that the particular front reel (11a) facing the extraction side is supported laterally in the region of the reel stock (18) by rolling members, especially by backup rollers (52, 53).
