Beschreibung
Technisches Gebiet der Erfindung
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Dekantierkorb,
Stand der Technik
Zum Ausschenken von älteren Rotweinen aus einer Weinflasche wird diese oft in einen sogenannten Dekantierkorb gelegt, der je nach Material, aus dem er besteht, und Landesgegend auch Flaschenkorb oder Flaschenwiege genannt wird. Ein solcher Dekantierkorb wird sowohl zum eigentlichen Dekantieren, d.h. zum
Umgiessen des Flascheninhalts in eine Karaffe, wie auch zum Einschenken des Weines in ein Glas verwendet. Damit nur der klare Wein und nicht etwa auch das besonders bei älteren Weinen allenfalls vorhandene Depot aus der Flasche ausgegossen wird, verwendet man zum Ausgiessen ein Kerzenlicht, über welchem man den Dekantierkorb so hält, dass der Flaschenhals gut durchleuchtet wird, sodass man gut überwachen kann, ob der ausfliessende Wein noch klar ist oder ob sich Depot gegen die^ Fla- schenmündung hin bewegt. Nun ist jedoch die Verwendung einer brennenden Kerze nicht immer praktisch und besonders beim Ausgiessen des Weines in die Gläser ist die Verwendung einer brennenden Kerze meist so störend, dass darauf verzichtet wird eine solche zu benützen, sodass stets das Risiko besteht, dass nicht nur klarer Wein sondern auch Depot aus der Flasche ausgeschenkt wir .
Mit dem erfindungsgemässen Dekantierkorb kann nun auf die Verwendung eines Kerzenlichts verzichtet und trotzdem die Reinheit des im Flaschenhals fliessenden Weines überwacht werden. Dieser Dekantierkorb ist nämlich dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er eine Halterung für eine elektrische Batterie und in dem für die Aufnahme des Flaschenhalses dienenden Bereich eine über einen Schalter mit der Batteriehalterung verbundene, elektrische Lichtquelle zum Durchleuchten des Fla¬ schenhalses von unten nach oben aufweist, wobei der Schalter vorzugsweise ein an der Unterseite so ange¬ ordneten Ausschalter ist, dass er bei stehendem Korb die Leitung unterbricht, und wobei die Lichtquelle vorzugs- weise eine Glühlampe aufweist.
Kurze Beschreibung der Zeichnung
Nachfolgend wird anhand der beiliegenden Zeichnung ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung beschrieben. Die einzige Figur der Zeichnung zeigt einen Dekantierkorb, wobei einzelne Teile weggebrochen oder weggeschnitten sind.
Bevorzugte Ausführungsform der Erfindung
Der Korb als ganzes, der aus beliebigem Material, wie z.B. aus Weidengeflecht, Bast, Kunststoff, Holz, aber auch aus Metall bestehen kann, ist hier mit 1, die in ihm untergebrachte Flasche ist mit 2 bezeichnet. Der Korb weist einen Bereich la auf, in welchem sich bei richtig eingelegter Flasche 2 der Flaschenhals 2a befindet. Zur Sicherung der Flasche gegen ein He¬ rausrutschen beim Ausgiessen dient die Kette Ib. Im Bereich la ist nun eine Lampenfassung 3 mit einer als 5 elektrische Lichtquelle dienenden, elektrischen Glüh¬ lampe 4 angebracht, die durch eine Leitung 5 mit der hier im Fuss lc des Korbes 1 untergebrachten Halterung 6 für die elektrische Batterie 7 verbunden ist. Zur Unterbrechung der Leitung 5 dient ein hier ebenfalls im
10 Fuss lc des Korbes 1 untergebrachter Ausschalter 8.
Dieser ist so angeordnet, dass er nur bei stehendem Korb 1 die Leitung 5 unterbricht, während dann, wenn der Korb von der hier mit 9 bezeichneten Unterlage, bei der es sich beispielsweise um eine Tischplatte handeln kann,
15 abgehoben wird, die Lampe 4 mit der Batterie 7 verbunden ist.
Es ist natürlich möglich, den Schalter auch anderswo anzuordnen, beispielsweise so, dass er sich 20 bequem von Hand be'dienen lässt. Je nach der Konstruktion des Korbes kann die Batteriehalterung auch anderswo untergebracht sein, beispielsweise im Korb unterhalb der Flasche.
25 Beim vorstehend beschriebenen Beispiel brennt die Lampe 4 nicht, solange der Korb auf einer Unterlage steht. Die Beleuchtung des Flaschenhalses 2a wird nur dann und zwar dadurch eingeschaltet, dass der Korb von seiner Unterlage zum Ausgiessen von Wein abgehoben wird. 30 Dadurch ist die Beleuchtungsdauer verhältnis ässig kurz, der Stromverbrauch also klein und die Verwendungsdauer '*? der Batterie sehr lang. All die Nachteile, die mit der
Verwendung einer Kerze verbunden sind, wie Anzünden, Auslöschen, Hitzeentwicklung, Schwärzung des Fla- 35 schenhalses, Gefahr, irgend etwas anzuzünden oder doch zu versengen, und die Schwierigkeit, das Licht immer in die richtige Lage zum zu überwachenden Teil des Flaschenhalses halten zu müssen, bestehen nicht, sodass die Verwendung des erfindungsgemässen Dekantierkorbes nicht nur für Ungeübte sondern auch für im Umgang mit Dekantierkörben erfahrene Weinfreunde wesentliche Vorteile beim Einschenken ergibt.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Dekantierkorb, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er eine Halterung (6) für eine elektrische Batterie (7) und in dem für die Aufnahme des Flaschenhalses (2a) die¬ nenden Bereich (la) eine über einen Schalter (8) mit der Batteriehalterung (6) verbundene, elektrische Licht- quelle (4) zum Durchleuchten des Flaschenhalses (2a) von unten nach oben aufweist.
2. Dekantierkorb nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekenn¬ zeichnet, dass der Schalter (8) ein an der Unterseite so angeordneter Ausschalter ist, dass er bei stehendem Korb die Leitung unterbricht.
3. Dekantierkorb nach Anspruch J. oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lichtquelle eine Glühlampe (4) aufweist.
