An insert 9 can also be inserted between the lower spring plate 7 and the mega spring.

It has at least one bore 27 for receiving a pin of the spring carrier 3 as an anti-rotation device and a slot 28 extending from the center to the outer edge. This slot 28 has a width which corresponds to the diameter of the central pin 17 of the lower spring plate 7 and thereby enables the insert 9 to be inserted or replaced without disassembling the spring group 4.
