Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Wiegenfederung für ein Schienenfahrzeug-Drehgestell, die zwischen einem mit dem Wagenkasten verbundenen Wiegenträger des Drehgestelle und einem Federnträger des Drehgestelles ist und mehrere Federgruppen umfaßt, deren Elemente jeweils aus einem von einem oberen und einem unteren Federteller gehaltenen Schraubenfedersatz und einem Metall-Gummi-Federelement bestehen gemäß dem oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1. Bei den bisher bekannten Schienenfahrzeug-Drehgestellen mit Schraubenfedern in der Wiegenfedernstufe ist der Ausbau gesetzter Federsätze, das Unterlegen dieser Federsätze mit Beilagen oder der Tausch gebrochener Einzelfedern nur im Ausbesserungswerk möglich, da hierzu der Wagenkasten mit dem Wiegenträger auf einem Hebestand gehoben werden muß. Bei infolge Federbruchs schrägstehendem Wiegenträger ist der Ausbau der Federn sogar nur im Druckstand möglich. Da derartige Schäden meist nur im Betriebseinsatz, d. h. zwischen den Revisionen, auftreten, sind zur Schadenbehebung Sonderzuführungen der Fahrzeuge zu einem Ausbesserungswerk erforderlich, die mit erheblichen Ausfallzeiten der Fahrzeuge verbunden sind.In the previously known rail vehicle bogies with coil springs in the cradle spring stage, the removal of set spring sets, the underlaying of these spring sets with supplements or the replacement of broken individual springs is only possible in the repair shop, since the car body with the cradle carrier has to be lifted on a lifting stand. Pratzen, Haken o. ä.), die z. B. am Gleiskörper befestigt wird, gegen ein Mitanheben gesichert werden. Mit einer Druck- oder Hebevorrichtung 39, die in der Zeichnung nur schematisch angedeutet ist, wird nun der Satz Schraubenfedern 5 nahezu auf Blocklänge zusammengedrückt. Zu diesem Zweck wird ein (nicht dargestellter) Stempel der Druck- oder Hebevorrichtung 39 nach Abnehmen der Kappe 33 durch die Öffnung 32 bis in die Aufnahmebohrung 18 im Mittelzapfen 17 des unteren Federtellers 7 geführt und mit Druck beaufschlagt. Nach dem Zusammendrücken der Federn werden die Federspannhalter 14 mit ihren Ösen 34 über die Aufnahmepratzen 13 bzw. 19 des oberen bzw. unteren Federtellers 6 bzw. 7 gehängt.
