Claims (5)

1. Procédé pour le guidage et le dressage d'une barre coulée, dans la zone de dressage et de sortie d'une installation de coulée continue coudée, des galets agencés l'un en face de l'autre étant maintenus par une force de ressort contre la pression ferrostatique de la barre coulée à une distance correspondant à la dimension de coulée, caractérisé en ce qu'on suit le déplacement d'une zone de barre coulée de résistance plus élevée et en ce qu'on réduit la force de ressort correspondante par une force supplémentaire moins importante lors du passage de celle-ci entre les galets opposés.

Système de commande pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon la revendication 1 caractérisé par un calculateur relatif au processus de coulée continue (1), un calculateur de surveillance du déplacement et de commande (2) et une commande hydraulique (3) comportant des organes de transmission de force y raccordés (4).

Dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel des galets (6, 8) sont logés par tronçon l'un en face de l'autre, respectivement sur un support fixe (7) et sur un support mobile (9) qui sont maintenus à une distance qui correspond à la dimension de coulée, par des tirants d'ancrage (16) soumis à l'effet de ressorts comprimés (17) à l'intérieur de douilles (13). des organes hydrauliques de transmission de force étant associés auxdits tirants d'ancrage, caractérisé en ce qu'un écrou hydraulique (23) est agencé entre un couvercle de douille (18) et une tête de tirant (22).
4. Dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel des galets (6, 8) sont logés par tronçon l'un en face de l'autre, respectivement sur un support fixe (7) et sur un support mobile (9) qui sont maintenus à une distance qui correspond à la dimension de coulée, par des tirants d'ancrage (24) soumis à l'effet de ressorts comprimés (25, 26) à l'intérieur de douilles (27), des organes hydrauliques de transmission de force étant associés auxdits tirants d'ancrage, caractérisé en ce qu'une pièce de fond (30) de la douille à ressorts (27) consiste en un vérin hydraulique dont le piston (31) est orienté vers le tirant d'ancrage (25).
5. Dispositif selon la revendication 3 ou 4 caractérisé en ce que deux ressorts hélicoïdaux (25, 26) sont agencés sur le tirant d'ancrage (24), à l'intérieur de la douille à ressorts (27), ressorts hélicoïdaux auxquels chaque fois une surface d'appui (28, 29) propre est associée à l'intérieur de la douille à ressorts.
