Claims (8)

1. Procédé de protection contre la poussière du système de rappel des lisses d'un métier à tisser Jacquard, caractérisé en ce que de l'air est soufflé dans le système de rappel au-dessous de la position de fixation (5) des lisses (4), qui s'écoule vers le haut et régulièrement le long des lisses, et en ce que la vitesse du courant de l'air est réglée de manière à produire sous la foule (2) un coussin d'air (8) formant une barrière contre la pénétration des salissures dans les lisses (4).
2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que de l'air circule à la partie inférieure du système de rappel à une vitesse comprise entre 3 et 5 m/sec.
3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'air est humidifié et/ou ionisé.
4. Dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon la revendication 1, comprenant un dispositif de soufflage disposé au-dessous de la foule et destiné à produire un courant d'air vertical vers le haut, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de soufflage (6, 7) est monté au-dessous de la position de fixation des lisses (4) du système de rappel (1) et comprend un moyen de distribution de l'air (7) duquel l'air sort de façon régulière vers le haut et le long des lisses (4) du système de rappel, la vitesse du courant de l'air étant réglée de manière à créer un coussin d'air au-dessous de la foule.
5. Dispositif selon la revendication4, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif comprend une caisse (6) en liaison avec une soufflante, de laquelle l'air sort en passant par une plaque ajourée (7) prévue dans la région de la fixation (5) du système de rappel des lisses.
6. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif d'aspiration (9) est monté sur les côtés du système de rappel (1) des lisses, au-dessous de la chaîne (3) du métier.
7. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la partie inférieure du système de rappel (1) des lisses comprend une enveloppe (10) destinée à la canalisation de l'air.
8. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par une soufflante prévue pour amener de l'air en surpression dans la caisse (6).
