Abstract

Гетерофазная полипропиленовая композиция, обладающая MFR(скорость течения расплава) (2,16 кг, 230°С) от 3,0 до 7,0 г/10 мин, определенной в соответствии с ISO 1133, и температурой размягчения по Вика А50 больше чем 110°С, измеренной в соответствии с DIN EN ISO 306 при 10 Н на изготовленном методом литья под давлением испытуемом образце, имеющем размеры 80×10×4 мм, и скоростью нагревания 50°С/ч, включающая матричную фазу (А) пропиленового статистического сополимера и эластичную фазу (В) этиленпропиленового сополимера, диспергированную в матричной фазе, где гетерофазная полипропиленовая композиция имеет фракцию, растворимую в параксилоле при 23°С (фракция XCS), и фракцию, нерастворимую в параксилоле при 23°С (фракция XCU), где указанная гетерофазная полипропиленовая композиция имеет модуль упругости при растяжении от 450 до 850 МПа, измеренный в соответствии с ISO 527-2 при температуре 23°С со скоростью удлинения 1 мм/мин на изготовленных методом литья под давлением испытуемых образцах типа 1А, изготовленных в соответствии с ISO 1873-2; и нормализованный индекс малеинового ангидрида Iсоставляющий 0,036 мкмили меньше.
