Claims (19)
1. Fremgangsmade til omdannelse af ramateriale omfattende materialer af bi-ologisk oprindelse til carbonhydrider, hvilken fremgangsmade omfatter trin-nene,hvor - ramateriale omfattende mindst et materiale af biologisk oprindelse udsasttes forfordampningsbehandling til opnaelse af oprenset ramateriale, - det oprensede ramateriale udsasttes for hydrobehandling, der udfores i to trin, hvor det oprensede ramateriale i det forste hydrobehandlingstrin bringes i kontakt med mindst en hydrodeoxygeneringskatalysator omfattende NiMo, CoMo eller en blanding af Ni, Mo og Co og med mindst en hydroafvoksnings-katalysator omfattende NiW, ved en temperatur pa 330 - 430 °C, til opnaelse af et produkt fra det forste hydrobehandlingstrin, - produktetfra det forste hydrobehandlingstrin i det andet hydrobehandlingstrin bringes i kontakt med mindst en hydrodearomatiseringskatalysator omfattende metaller udvalgt blandt Pt, Pd, Ir, Ru, Rh, Re, Ni, Co, Mo, W, CoMo, NiMo og NiW, ved en temperatur pa 180 - 350 °C, til opnaelse af et hydrobehandlings-produkt, og - hvor hydrodearomatiseringen udfores efter hydrodeoxygenering og hydro-afvoksning.
2. Fremgangsmade ifolge krav 1, hvor fordampningsbehandlingen udfores i en fordampningsenhed omfattende mindst en fordamper, fortrinsvis tre eller fire fordampere.
3. Fremgangsmade ifolge krav 1 eller 2, hvor det oprensede ramateriale udsasttes for forbehandling, der udfores under anvendelse af superkritisk eks-traktionsteknologi eller med et eller fiere beskyttelseslejer.
4. Fremgangsmade ifolge krav 3, hvor beskyttelseslejerne er udvalgt blandt aktive beskyttelseslejer, inaktive beskyttelseslejer og kombinationer deraf.
5. Fremgangsmade ifolge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-4, hvor hydrobe-handlingen udfores under et tryk pa 5 - 200 bar.

Fremgangsmade ifolge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-7, hvor hydrobe-handlingen udfores i et hydrobehandlingsreaktorsystem omfattende tre eller fiere katalysatorlejer, hvor hydrodeoxygenerings-, hydroafvoksnings- og hy-drodearomatiseringskatalysatorer hver er anbragt i separate katalysatorlejer.
9. Fremgangsmade ifolge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-8, hvortrykket i det forste hydrobehandlingstrin er 50-180 bar, fortrinsvis 70-120 bar, og trykket i det andet hydrobehandlingstrin er 5 -110 bar, fortrinsvis 10-90 bar.
10. Fremgangsmade ifolge et hvilket som helst af kravene 6-9, hvor hydrobe-handlingsreaktorsystemet i det forste hydrobehandlingstrin omfatter mindst et katalysatorleje, der omfatter en kombination af hydrodeoxygenerings- og hydroafvoksningskatalysatorer, eller to eller fiere katalysatorlejer, der omfatter kombinationer af hydrodeoxygenerings- og hydroafvoksningskatalysatorer, eller katalysatorlejer, der omfatter hydrodeoxygeneringskatalysatorer, og katalysatorlejer, der omfatter hydroafvoksningskatalysatorer, eller kombinationer af nasvnte katalysatorlejer, og hydrobehandlingsreaktorsystemet i det andet hydrobehandlingstrin omfatter mindst et katalysatorleje, der omfatter en hydro-dearomatiseringskatalysator.
11. Fremgangsmade if0lge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 -10, hvor et hydro-behandlingsprodukt, efter hydrobehandlingen eller efter det forste hydrobe-handlingstrin, udsasttes forfraktionering til opnaelse af carbonhydridfraktioner, som koger i flydende brasndstof-omraderne, og en tung rest.
12. Fremgangsmade ifolge krav 11, hvor mindst en af fraktionerne udsasttes for det andet hydrobehandlingstrin i nasrvasr af mindst en hydrodearomatise-ringskatalysator.
13. Fremgangsmade ifolge krav 11 eller 12, hvor mindst en del af en tung rest recirkuleres til det oprensede ramateriale.
14. Fremgangsmade ifolge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-13, hvor hydro-deoxygeneringskatalysatoren omfatter mindst et metal udvalgt blandt NiMo, CoMo og blandinger af Ni, Mo og Co og mindst en basrer udvalgt blandt AI2O3, S1O2, ZrÜ2 og blandinger deraf.
15. Fremgangsmade ifolge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-14, hvor hydro-deoxygeneringskatalysatoren er udvalgt blandt N1M0/AI2O3, NiMo/Si02, C0M0/AI2O3, C0M0/S1O2 N1M0C0/AI2O3 og NiMoCo/Si02.
16. Fremgangsmade ifolge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-15, hvor hydro-afvoksningskatalysatoren omfatter en basrer udvalgt blandt aluminiumsilicat-molekylsigte, zeoliter og oxider.
17. Fremgangsmade ifolge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-16, hvor hydro-afvoksningskatalysatoren er NiW pa en basrer udvalgt blandt AI2O3, zeolit, ze-olit-Al203 og AI2O3-S1O, fortrinsvis N1W/AI2O3 eller NiW/zeolit/Al203.
18. Fremgangsmade ifolge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-17, hvor hydro-dearomatiseringskatalysatoren omfatter en basrer udvalgt blandt oxidbasrere, carbon, traskul, zeoliter og kombinationer deraf.
19. Fremgangsmade ifolge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-18, hvor hydro-dearomatiseringskatalysatoren omfatter Pd og/eller Pt pa zeolit Y/AI2O3, Pd og/eller Pt pa zirconiumdioxid/siliciumdioxid, Pd og/eller Pt pa aluminium-oxid/aluminiumoxid-siliciumdioxid, Pd eller Pt eller Ir pa carbon eller traakul, Pd, Pt, Ir, Ru, Rh og/eller Re pa siliciumdioxid/aluminiumoxid, sulfideret CoMo og NiMo-katalysatorer pa aluminiumoxid/aluminiunnoxid-siliciunndioxid eller Pd-Pt pa AI2O3 - B2O3.
