Claims (13)

1. Pulver bestående af 0,5 til 8 vægt% vand og et tørstof bestående af 88 til 95 vægt% af et tørekstrakt af acerolafrugt og 5 til 12 vægt% magnesium-, calcium- eller zinkhydroxid eller -carbonat.
2. Pulver ifølge krav 1, som indeholder et C-vitaminindhold af naturlig oprindelse på 30 til 40 vægt% i forhold til pulverets samlede vægt.
3. Pulver ifølge krav 2, som indeholder et C-vitaminindhold af naturlig oprindelse på 34 % ± 3 %, især 34 % ± 2 %.
4. Pulver ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved en pH-værdi fra 4 til 8, fortrinsvis fra 4,5 til 6.
5. Pulver ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, omfattende mindre end 5 vægt% vand, fortrinsvis 1 til 3 %.
6. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et pulver ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, omfattende følgende trin: (i) blanding af acerolafrugtjuice, magnesium-, calcium- eller zinkhydroxid eller -carbonat og vand, (ii) tørring indtil et vandindhold på mindre end 8 vægt% og (iii) sining.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 6, hvor tørring udføres ved forstøvning.
8. Fødevaretilsætningsstof eller -ingrediens omfattende et pulver ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 5.
9. Fødevaretilsætningsstof eller -ingrediens ifølge krav 8, som desuden omfatter et naturligt farvestof omfattende et eller flere naturlige pigmenter, især be-tanin.
10. Fødevaretilsætningsstof eller -ingrediens ifølge krav 9, der som naturligt farvestof omfatter en koncentreret saft eller et pulver af rødbede.
11. Levnedsmiddel eller fødevaresammensætning omfattende et fødevaretilsætningsstof eller en fødevareingrediens ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 8 til 10.
12. Levnedsmiddel eller fødevaresammensætning ifølge krav 11, kendetegnet ved at det drejer sig om et varmebehandlet forarbejdet kødprodukt (knækpølse ...), en mælkebaseret drik (milkshakes ...), en instant-drik, en syrlig mælkedrik, et sukkervareprodukt (overtrukket bolsje, hårdt bolsje, marshmallow...) en yoghurt (inkuberet, rørt sammen ...), en kage, en kiks, en visuel markør, en glasering.
13. Anvendelse af et pulver ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 5 til stabilisering af et naturligt farvestof omfattende betanin.
