Claims (6)
1. Anvendelse af en gummi arabikumerstatning, delvis erstatning eller udvidet sammensætning, som et indkapslingsmiddel til spray-tørrede smagsstoffer, hvor gummi arabi-kumerstatningen, delvis erstatning eller den udvidede sammensætning tilvejebringes ved en fremgangsmåde omfattende trinnene af at: vælge en stærk (nøglebestanddel) filmdanner valgt fra gruppen bestående af cellulosegummi, methylcellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC), propylenglycolalginat, carrageenan, pektin, alginat, gellan, agar, konjac, xanthan, fenugreek, guar, tara, johan-nesbrødgummi, stivelse, og kombinationer deraf, som omfatter mellem 0,1 % og 10% af en total sammensætning; tilsætte en naturlig og/eller modificeret emulgator, som tilvejebringer stabil smagsstofemulsion i mindst 4 til 6 timer fra tilsætning, hvor sådan emulgator omfatter 0,1% til 25% af den totale sammensætning; og tilsætte et lav-viskositets polysaccharid, som er 50% til 99,9% af den totale sammensætning, hvor sammensætningen har en viskositet ved koncentrationer af 35-40°Brix på 10 cP til 2000 cP ved 25°C.
2. Anvendelse ifølge krav 1, hvor den naturlige og/eller modificerede emulgator er valgt fra gruppen bestående af propylenglycolalginat, emulgerende stivelse, OSA-modifice-rede gummiarter, ghatti, tragant, højeffektiv acaciegummi-emulgator, sojalecitin, monogly-cerider, diglycerider, proteiner og kombinationer deraf.
3. Anvendelse ifølge krav 1, hvor lav-viskositets polysaccharidet er valgt fra gruppen bestående af maltodextrin, inulin, lærketræsgummi, polydextrose, og kombinationer deraf.
4. Anvendelse af en gummi arabikumerstatning, delvis erstatning eller udvidet sammensætning, som et binde- og styrkemiddel til sukker eller sukker-alkoholskallag, tyggegummier, konfekt, slik, og spiselige filmlag; tætningsmiddel til olieholdige centre; eller adhæsionsmiddel til frø og kornstykker, hvor gummi arabikumerstatningen, delvis erstatning eller udvidede sammensætning tilvejebringes af en fremgangsmåde omfattende trinnene af at: vælge en stærk (nøglebestanddel) filmdanner valgt fra gruppen bestående af cellulosegummi, methylcellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC), propylenglycolalginat, carrageenan, pektin, alginat, gellan, agar, konjac, xanthan, fenugreek, guar, tara, johan-nesbrødgummi, stivelse, og kombinationer deraf, som omfatter mellem 0,1 % og 10% afen total sammensætning; tilsætte en naturlig og/eller modificeret emulgator som tilvejebringer stabil smagsstofemulsion i mindst 4 til 6 timer fra tilsætning, hvor sådan emulgator omfatter 0,1 % til 25% af den totale sammensætning; og tilsætte et lav-viskositets polysaccharid, som er 50% til 99.9% af den totale sammensætning, hvor sammensætningen har en viskositet ved koncentrationer af 35-40°Brix på 10 cP til 2000 cP ved 25°C.
