Claims (4)

1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en dental superstruktur omfattende en skrue-kanal (1) med en første åbning (2), gennem hvilken skrue-kanal (1) en skruedel skal indsættes, og et skruedelsæde (3) med en anden åbning (4) til at tilvejebringe støtte til hovedet af skruedelen under fastgørelse af dentalsuperstrukturen til et afstandselement eller et implantat (5), hvorved en forbindelse opnås mellem den første åbning (2) og den anden åbning (4), kendetegnet ved boring af forbindelsen sådan at mindst én del af en central akse af skrue-kanalen (1) og en central akse af den anden åbning (4) ikke falder sammen.
2. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 1, hvor boringen omfatter en boring af et første lige borehul (21) fra et første punkt (22), og en boring af et andet lige borehul (23) fra et andet punkt (24), sådan at det første borehul (21) og det andet borehul (23) skærer hinanden i superstrukturens indre for at danne forbindelsen.
3. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 2, hvor boringen af det første borehul (21) og det andet borehul (23) udføres med et spiralbor, hvorved en diameter der egnet til at udgøre gevinddelen afen skruedel opnås.
4. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 2, hvor boringen omfatter en boring af et tredje borehul (31) under anvendelse af det første borehul (21) og det andet borehul (23) som føringer, idet det tredje borehul (31) bores under anvendelse afen borebit med en skæreflade med en tilstrækkelig diameter til at danne skruekanalen (1) gennem hvilken skruedelen kan føres med henblik til at fastgøre dental-superstrukturen til afstandselementet eller implantatet (5).
