Description
Patentkrav 1. En coatet slibemiddelartikel omfattende et baggrundsmateriale og slibeag-glomeratkorn klæbet til baggrundsmaterialet med et bindermateriale, kendetegnet ved at de anvendte agglomeratkorn omfatter et antal slibepartikler klæbet sammen i en tredimensionel struktur, hvori hver partikel er sammenføjet med i det mindste en hosliggende partikel ved hjælp af et partikelbin-dermateriale, der er tilstede i agglomeratet som en diskontinuert fase, der befinder sig i det væsentlige i form af binderstolper inde i agglomeratkornet, således at agglomeratet bibringes et løst pakningsvolumen, som er mindst 2% lavere end tilsvarende for slibemiddelpartiklerne i individuel tilstand. 2. Coatet slibemiddel ifølge krav 4, hvor bindemidlet er en organisk harpiks med en viskositet på mindst 1500 centipoise. 6. Coatet slibemiddel ifølge krav 5, hvor viskositeten af bindemiddelmaterialet justeres under anvendelse af et fyldstofmateriale. 7. Coatet slibemiddel ifølge krav 1, hvor slibemiddelpartiklerne anvendes i samblanding med mindst ét ikke-slibende materiale, der udvælges fra gruppen bestående af slibehjælpestoffer, fyldstoffer og poredannende stoffer i produktionen af agglomeratkomene. 8. Coatet slibemiddel ifølge krav 1, hvor slibemiddelpartiklerne udvælges fra gruppen bestående af slibemiddelpartikler af forskellige slibemiddelkvaliteter, slibepartikler af forskellige dimensioner og blandinger deraf. 9. Coatet slibemiddel ifølge krav 1, hvor agglomeratkomene omfatter et parti-kelbindemiddel, der udvælges blandt vitrøse og metalliske bindemiddelmate-rialer, og agglomeratkomene aflejres på baggrundsmaterialet ved en UP-proces. 10. Coatet slibemiddel ifølge krav 1, hvor agglomeratkomene er dispergeret i en matrix for binderen. 11. Coatet slibemiddel ifølge krav 5, hvor agglomeratkomene er dispergeret i en matrix for binderen. 12. Coatet slibemiddel ifølge krav 5, hvor overfladen af det coatede slibemiddel har en konstruktiv overflade omfattende et antal diskrete former. 13. Coatet slibemiddel ifølge krav 1, hvor agglomeratslibekomene er i form af formede strukturer anbragt på baggrundsmaterialet i en regelmæssig opstilling. 14. Coatet slibemiddel omfattende et baggrundsmateriale og klæbet dertil med en binder, et antal slibemiddelagglomeratkorn fremstillet ved en proces, der omfatter følgende trin: a) tilførsel af slibemiddelpartikler og en partikelbinder, der udvælges fra gruppen bestående i det væsentlige af vitrificerede bindematerialer, vi-trificerede materialer, keramiske materialer, uorganiske bindere, organiske bindere, vand, opløsningsmiddel og kombinationer der af, til en rotations-kalcineringsovn med en styret tilførselshastighed; b) rotation af ovnen ved styret hastighed; c) opvarmning af blandingen ved en opvarmningshastighed, der bestemmes af tilførselshastigheden og ovnhastigheden til temperaturer på fra ca. 145 til 1.300°C; d) tumbling af partiklerne og partikelbindemidlet i ovnen, indtil binderen klæber til partiklerne og et antal partikler klæber sammen til dannelse af et antal sintrede agglomeratkorn; og e) udtagning af sintrede agglomeratkorn, som har en indledningsvist tre-dimensionel form, et løst pakningsvolumen, som er mindst 2% lavere end det tilsvarende løse pakningsvolumen af de indgående partikler. 15. Coatet slibemiddel ifølge krav 14, hvor slibemiddelagglomeratkornene omfatter slibemiddelpartikler, der er klæbet til hinanden med fra 5 til 25 volu-men%, baseret på det totale volumen af faststoffer i agglomeratet, af et parti-kelbindemiddel udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af vitrøse, glaskeramiske, organiske og metalliske partikelbindemiddelmaterialer. 16. Coatet slibemiddelmateriale ifølge krav 15, hvor partikelbindemidlet er et vitrøst bindemiddelmateriale. 17. Coatet slibemiddel ifølge krav 14, hvor det bindemiddel, som klæber kornene til baggrundsmaterialet er en organisk harpiks. 18. Coatet slibemiddel ifølge krav 17, hvor bindemidlet er en organisk harpiks med en viskositet til mindst 1500 centipoise. 19. Coatet slibemiddel ifølge krav 18, hvor viskositeten af bindemidlet justeres under anvendelse af et fyldstofmateriale. 20. Coatet slibemiddel ifølge krav 14, hvor slibemiddelpartiklerne anvendes i samblanding med i det mindste ét ikke-slibende materiale, der udvælges fra gruppen bestående af slibehjælpestoffer, fyldstoffer og poredannende stoffer, til fremstillingen af agglomeratkomene. 21. Coatet slibemiddel ifølge krav 14, hvor slibemiddelpartikleme udvælges fra gruppen bestående af slibemiddelpartikler af forskellige slibemiddelkvaliteter, slibemiddelpartikler med forskellige dimensioner og blandinger deraf. 22. Coatet slibemiddel ifølge krav 14, hvor agglomeratkomene omfatter en partikelbinder, der udvælges fra gruppen bestående af vltrøse og metalliske bindemiddelmaterialer, og agglomeratkomene aflejres på baggrundsmaterialet ved en UP-proces. 23. Coatet slibemiddel ifølge krav 14, hvori agglomeratkomene er dispergeret i en matrix for bindemidlet. 24. Coatet slibemiddel ifølge krav 18, hvor agglomeratkomene er dispergeret i en matrix for bindemidlet. 25. Coatet slibemiddel ifølge krav 18, hvor overfladen af det coatede slibemiddel har en konstruktiv overflade omfattende et antal diskrete former. 26. Coatet slibemiddel ifølge krav 14, hvor agglomeratslibekornene er i form af formede strukturer anbragt på baggrundsmaterialet i en regelmæssig opstilling. 27. Coatet slibemiddel omfattende et baggrundsmateriale og klæbet dertil med en binder, et antal slibemiddelagglomeratkom fremstillet ved en proces, der omfatter følgende trin: a) tilførsel af slibemiddelpartikler med et partikelbindemiddel til en rotati-ons-kalcineringsovn med en styret tilførselshastighed; b) rotation af ovnen ved styret hastighed; c) opvarmning af blandingen ved en opvarmningshastighed, der bestemmes af tilførselshastigheden og ovnhastigheden, til temperaturer på fra ca. 145 til 1.300°C; d) tumbling af partiklerne og partikelbindemidlet i ovnen, indtil bindemidlet klæber til partiklerne og et antal partikler klæber til hinanden til at skabe et antal sintrede agglomeratkom med en tredimensionel form og et løst pakningsvolumen, som er mindst 2% lavere end det tilsvarende løse pakningsvolumen af de indgående partikler; og e) udtagning af de sintrede agglomerater fra ovnen. 28. Coatet slibemiddel ifølge krav 27, hvor slibemiddelagglomeratkomene omfatter slibemiddelpartikler, der er klæbet til hinanden med fra 5 til 25 volu-men%, baseret på det totale volumen af faststoffer i agglomeratet, af et partikelbindemiddel udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af vitrøse, glaskeramiske, organiske og metalliske partikelbindemiddelmaterialer. 29. Coatet slibemiddelmateriale ifølge krav 28, hvor partikelbindemidlet er et vitrøst bindemiddelmateriale. 30. Coatet slibemiddel ifølge krav 27, hvor det bindemiddel, som klæber kornene til baggrundsmaterialet er en organisk harpiks. 31. Coatet slibemiddel ifølge krav 30, hvor bindemidlet er en organisk harpiks med en viskositet til mindst 1500 centipoise. 32. Coatet slibemiddel ifølge krav 31, hvor viskositeten af bindemidlet justeres under anvendelse af et fyldstofmateriale. 33. Coatet slibemiddel ifølge krav 26,, hvori agglomeratkornene er disperge-ret i en matrix for bindemidlet. 34. Coatet slibemiddel ifølge krav 31, hvor agglomeratkornene er dispergeret i en matrix for bindemidlet. 35. Coatet slibemiddel ifølge krav 27, hvor slibemiddelpartikleme anvendes i samblanding med i det mindste ét ikke-slibende materiale, der udvælges fra gruppen bestående af slibehjælpestoffer, fyldstoffer og poredannende stoffer, til fremstillingen af agglomeratkornene. 36. Coatet slibemiddel ifølge krav 27, hvor slibemiddelpartiklerne udvælges fra gruppen bestående af slibemiddelpartikler af forskellige slibemiddelkvaliteter, slibemiddelpartikler med forskellige dimensioner og blandinger deraf. 37. Coatet slibemiddel ifølge krav 27, hvor slibemiddelpartikleme omfatter et partikelbindemiddel udvalgt blandt vitrøse og metalliske bindemiddelmateria-ler, og agglomeratkornene aflejres på baggrundsmaterialet ved en UP-proces. 38. Coatet slibemiddel ifølge krav 33, hvor overfladen af det coatede slibemiddel har en konstruktiv overflade omfattende et antal diskrete former. 39. Coatet slibemiddel ifølge krav 27, hvor agglomeratslibekornene er i form af formede strukturer anbragt på baggrundsmaterialet i en regelmæssig opstilling.
