Claims (20)
- PATENTKRAV1. En fremgangsmåde til at tilvejebringe en tildækningsbestanddel (10,10’, 10”) med en forbindelsesbestanddel (20,20’,20”) til at dække en hængseldel af et tagvindue omfattende trinnene af:a) at indgravere en indvendig overflade af tildækningsbestanddelen (10,10’,10”) for at tilvejebringe en indgraveret overflade (11,11 ’,11 ”) med mindst ét hulrum (12) ved at underkaste tildækningsbestanddelen (10,10’,10”) til en laserstråle med en polær vinkel, a1; ogb) at fastgøre forbindelsesbestanddelen (20,20’,20”) til tildækningsbestanddelen (10,10’,10”) ved at introducere en forankringsdel (25,25’,25”) af forbindelsesbestanddelen (20,20’,20”) i det mindst ene hulrum (12).
- 2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor det mindst ene hulrum indgraveres med en polær vinkel, ai, forskellig fra 0 grader, fortrinsvis mellem 10 og 80 grader, mere fortrinsvis mellem 15 og 70 grader, mest fortrinsvis mellem 20 og 60 grader.
- 3. - 5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor det mindst ene hulrum og/eller mindst ene yderligere hulrum danner et mønster i overfladen af tildækningsbestanddelen, hvor mønsteret fortrinsvis er valgt blandt et net, gitter, cirkel eller spiral.
- 6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor tildækningsbestanddelen er lavet af plastik eller metal, fortrinsvis aluminium eller coatet aluminium.
- 7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor laserindgraveringen udføres ved mindst to lasere, hvor de mindst to lasere tilvejebringer en laserstråle fra forskellige polære vinkler og/eller azimutvinkler på den indgraverede overflade af tildækningsbestanddelen.

Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor forankringsdelen er en termoplastisk polymer, og trinnet af at introducere forankringsdelen i den indgraverede overflade i trin b udføres ved at smelte forankringsdelen af forbindelsesbestanddelen og at tillade den smeltede forankringsdel at sætte sig i hulrummene af den indgraverede overflade.
- 9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 8, hvor smeltningen af forankringsdelen af forbindelsesbestanddelen opnås ved laser, varme, eller ultralyd.
- 10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af krav 1 til 7, hvor forbindelsesbestanddelen formstøbes direkte på den indgraverede overflade, hvorved forankringsdelen indføres i og formes i den indgraverede overflade.
