Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Kranken- und/oder Pflegebett mit einem den Bettrahmen tragenden Hubgestell, welches mit zwei Hubvorrichtungen zum Heben und Absenken ausgerüstet ist und bai dem Lenkrollen vorhanden sind, derart, daß ein Wechsel von einer Standposition in eine Fahrposftion durchführbar ist und die Hubgestelle mit einer Verschalung oder Verkleidung versehen sind.The invention relates to a hospital and/or nursing bed with a lifting frame supporting the bed frame, which is equipped with two lifting devices for raising and lowering and on which there are castors, such that a change from a standing position to a driving position is possible and the lifting frames are provided with a casing or panel.

So ist z.B. ein derartiges Bett mit einem zumindest in der Neigung verstellbaren Liegeelement, welches auf einem im wesentlichen flachen mit einer Lä'ngenausgleichseinrichtung versehenen Traggestell aufgelegt ist, welches mittels wenigstens einer ausschließlich in vertikaler Richtung verfahrbaren Hubeinrichtung um mindestens eine Horizontal achse schwenkbar ist, bekannt geworden, bei welchem die Hubeinrichtungen jeweils aus einem Elektromotor bestehen, wobei Hubrohre auf ortsfesten Führungsstangen verschieblich angeordnet sind, die mittels einer Koppel stange miteinander verbunden sind. Aus der Darstellung der Fig.l ist zu ersehen, daß der Bettrahmen mit den Fußstützen oder Säulen 4 ausgerüstet ist. Kopf- und fußsei tig sind unterhalb des Bettrahmens 1 die E-Motoren 8 mit den Hubspindeln 6 gelagert. Zum Zwecke der Erhöhung der Sicherheit der Hubbewegung sind zusätzlich Führungselemente 3 vorgesehen, welche teleskopartig verstellbar sind. Die Motoren 8 und die Spindeln 6, sowie die Führungselemente 3 und die Fußstützen 4 sind von einer Verschalung oder Verkleidung 10 absichernd umgeben. Die Kufe 2, welche die Einbauten trägt, wird in die mit 2' bezeichnete Lage im Bedarfsfall eingefahren und umgekehrt bei der Hubbewegung in die dargestellte unterste Lage ausgefahren.
