Die Erfindung betrifft einen stapelfähigen Lagersichtkasten. Lagersichtkästen, auch Sichtkästen oder Sichtlagerkästen genannt, sind Behälter, die in verschiedenen, abgestuften Größen verwendet werden und in einem Lager zur Aufbewahrung entsprechender Gegenstände dienen. Die Lagersichtkasten werden entweder in einem Regal einfach aufgestellt, mit Ihrer hinteren Stirnfläche an einer Wand aufgehängt, oder, sofern sie stapelfähig ausgebildet sind, übereinander gestapelt. Eine besondere Eigenschaft von Lagersichtkästen ist, daß von der Vorderseite ein freier Einblick in jeden Kasten möglich ist, ohne diesen z. B. aus einem Regal herauszuziehen. Ferner erlaubt die vorderseitige Behälteröffnung ein leichtes Auffüllen und Entnehmen des Gutes. Die Behälter werden heutzutage in erster Linie aus Kunststoff gefertigt. Es sind jedoch auch Ausführungen in Stahlblech, Leichtmetall oder Holz bekannt. Durch verschiedenfarbige Ausführungen der Lagersichtkästen ist eine übersichtliche Lagerhaltung, insbesondere von Kleinteilen, möglich. Andererseits werden die Behälter auch mit einer Tragfähigkeit von bis zu einer Tonne gebaut; in dieser Größe sind sie dann meist palettierbar. In jeder Größe sind Ausführungen bekannt, die leer platzsparend ineinander aufstellbar sind.The invention relates to a stackable storage bin. Nachteilig bei den bekannten stapelfähigen Lagersichtkästen ist jedoch, daß diese in leerem Zustand entweder ineinander gestellt oder nur übereinander gestapelt werden können. Diejenigen, die leer platzsparend ineinander stapelbar sind, lassen sich nicht mit Inhalt übereinander stapeln, ohne den Inhalt zu gefährden. Eine Vorratshaltung von Kästen, die sich übereinander stapeln lassen, ohne daß ein Stapeldruck auf den Inhalt ausgeübt wird, erfordert viel Platz, was insbesondere für Transport und Lagerung von ungebrauchten Kästen gilt.The disadvantage of the well-known stackable storage bins is that they can either be placed inside one another or stacked on top of one another when empty. Weiterhin können die Klappen in Draufsicht auch in Form eines Doppel-T-Profils gestaltet sein, wobei der mittlere Schenkel eine stabilere Fixierung der Seitenschenkel bewirkt und an der Behälterinnenseite des Profils ein zusätzlicher Steg vorgesehen ist, in dem wiederum die Nase einer Ausbuchtung ruht. Ein weiterer, besonderer Vorteil ergibt sich dann, wenn die Lagersichtkästen aus Kunststoff gefertigt sind. Die Erfindung soll anhand eines Lagersichtkastens beschrieben werden, der aus Kunststoff gefertigt ist. Fig. 1 zeigt einen solchen Lagersichtkasten 10, der längsseitig zwei Seitenwände 12, eine Rückwand 14 sowie eine vordere Öffnung 22 aufweist. In den Seitenwänden sind Ausbuchtungen 16 gebildet, die die Stabilität und Festigkeit infolge Profilierung erhöhen. In diesen Ausbuchtungen befindet sich jeweils eine Klappe 18, die in Fig. 1 jeweils in den Kasten eingeklappt dargestellt ist.The invention will be described using a storage box made of plastic. Ausschwenken aller Klappen 18 eines Lagerkastens 10 problemlos und schnell erfolgen kann, sind die Klappen für beide Stellungen mit jeweiligen Rastnasen versehen. In Fig. 6 ist eine solche Klappe von außerhalb des Kastens gesehen dargestellt. Die Klappe hat ein in Draufsicht U-förmiges Profil mit Seitenteilen 150 und einem breiten Verbindungsteg 160. Am unteren Ende der Klappe ist das Filmscharnier 100 dargestellt. Hier befinden sich außerdem erste Rastnasen 110 für den gezeigten ausgeschwenkten Zustand, sowie zweite Rastnasen 120 gegenüber einem Anschlag 122 für den eingeschwenkten Zustand. In eingeschwenktem Zustand dient der breite Verbindungsteg (160) als Widerlager für jeweils eine Nase (20) an den bodenseitigen Enden der Ausbuchtungen (16) .Fig. 5 again shows the cross-sectional view corresponding to Fig. 3, in this case along the line V-V in Fig. 4. Die die Klappe umgebenden Seitenwände sind in diesem Fall nicht dargestellt. In gleicher Weise wie in Fig. 6 ist hier jedoch auch wieder ein Filmscharnier 100 vorgesehen. Die jeweiligen Einrastungen in ein- bzw. ausgeklapptem Zustand erfolgen mittels erster Rastnasen 130 bzw. zweiter Rastnasen 140 mit gegenüberliegenden Rastnasen 142, die jeweils mit entsprechenden Teilen der oben an-Fig. 7 shows an alternative embodiment of a flap 18, which has a double-T profile in plan view.
