Description

Process for mixing different, at least partially made of bast fibers of existing, fibrous materials with simultaneous fine division of the bast fibers The invention relates to a method for mixing different, at least partially Fibers made of bast fibers with simultaneous fine division of the Bast fibers.

The essence of the invention is that several slivers from the various fiber sticks consisting at least partially of bast fibers introduced into a card with approximately parallel fibers in the fiber direction whose workers and turner or cover are wholly or partially out of the work area are set, and the slivers in one or more superimposed inlet levels are fed to the card. It is already known to use cellulose cords in parallel Feed the layer in the direction of the fibers to a carding device. It's already on it it has been pointed out that when loosening it is already cleaner and purer in itself Staple viscose by means of a carding device the use of workers and turner is not essential, but rather the carding effect between the drums already enough.

In view of the completely different nature of the fiber structure, des The specialist was able to determine the delivery condition and the type of preparation of bast fibers However, no information on the preparation of bast fibers can be derived from this. It has well, but surprisingly shown that with the aforementioned relatively simple measures against all expectations a mechanical one Fine division of bast fibers, such as B. Flax, rocking flax; Hackled, Hemp, etc., is possible, through which these bast fibers are transformed into a highly valuable staple fiber can be transformed with a fine fiber titre without the relatively cumbersome and expensive means of rotting and caustic treatment must be carried out. If, as is happening on a large scale today, made of such a long fiber material Combs or slivers are produced, in which the fibers are essentially are aligned in parallel, and a constant number of such top slivers is allowed to run parallel next to each other into the card, and again during the run over the infeed table, these tapes are cut to the desired stacking length are then a particularly balanced template with regard to the number of fibers and accordingly balanced card handers achieved. With the parallel introduction of the fibers but still further advantages result from the fact that the lickerin teeth when combing through the incoming tuft, the laterally protruding ends of the Capture fiber bundles from which the long fiber is composed. It occurs to a certain extent a splitting of the long fibers in the longitudinal direction and thus a longitudinal division of the long fibers and at the same time a corresponding refinement of the fiber titer, corresponding to the shortening of the pile. So there is none here Transverse tearing of the fibers, but a longitudinal splitting by mechanical means, which corresponds to that which, in chemical digestion, d. H. in destroying the vegetable glue, adjusts without the disadvantages of chemical Digestion, which consists in 'that the pectins initially dissolved -'is on knock down the dissolved fibers again and re-glue them afterwards the tuft of fibers lead. At the same time it is possible to have both a perfectly balanced Mixture, as well as to achieve a particularly high number stability. It is it is not necessary to rely on the mixture of two dissimilar, at least partially BastfaseY.n containing fibrous materials, but it can be a mixture from any number of different, at least partially containing bast fibers Fibers with a precise mixing ratio and with an absolute consistent reliability of the mixing can be carried out.
