Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Fensterrahmen aus 'Nietall, vorzugsweise Leichtmetall, wie Aluminium oder Aluminiumlegierungen, der sowohl für einfache als für Doppelfenster geeignet ist und sich durch besonders einfache Herstellung und geringen Raumbedarf und Werkstoffverbrauch auszeichnet. Erfindungsgemäß ist zu diesem Zweck die zur Anbringung des Verschlusses (Basküleverschlusses) dienende Mittelleiste des Rahmens zugleich als Schloßkasten ausgebildet und mit Rücksicht hierauf das Querschnittsprofil der Leiste so gestaltet, daß die Baskülestangen innerhalb der Leiste verschiebbar geführt sind. Eine weitere Verbesserung, besonders für gekuppelte Doppelfenster, besteht darin, claß die an den Kittnuten anliegenden Schenkel der Schraubfalzleisten der beiden Fensterflügel so an den Rahmenschenkeln geführt sind, daß die Anlageflächen der Rahmenschenkel und der Falzleisten beider Fenster genau bündig liegen. Zu diesem Zweck kann beispielsweise der Rahmenschenkel mit einer eingepreßten durchlaufenden Kanüle versehen sein, in welche der an der Kittnut anliegende Schenkel der im wesentlichen U-förmig gestalteten Schraubfalzleiste derart eingreift, daß dadurch die Lage der letzteren eindeutig bestimmt wird. Statt dessen kann die Falzleiste auch mittels übergreifender Stege oder nutförmiger Ausbildung des Schenkelendes o. dgl. an aus dem Rahmenschenkel vorstehenden Leisten oder Rippen geführt sein.
