Description

  • Kochfeste Konservendose Gegenstand der Erfindung ist die besondere Ausbildung einer kochfesten Einkochkanservendose, deren Eindrückdeckel in bekannter Weise durch lösbare Klammern in Verschlußläge festgehalten wird, so daß die Döse immer wieder verwendet werden kann. Im besonderen bezieht sich die Erfindung auf solche Konservendosen, bei denen zur Aufnähme des Eindrückdeckels im Mundrand eine nahtlose Randverstärkungshülse angeordnet ist, die mit der Dosenzarge verfilzt ist.
  • Das Wesen der Erfindung besteht darin, daß diese Hülse in einer Auskröpfung "der Dosenzarge, mit ihrer Innenwand bündig, eingelötet ist. Auf diese Weise entsteht ein sehr stabiles Widerlager an der Paßstelle für den Deckel, wodurch eine dauernd einwandfreie Abdichtung, auch bei wiederholter Benutzung der D,o,se, gesichert ist, d. h. die Dosen können mit gleich sicher bleibender Abdichtung immer wieder verwendet werden.
  • Die bekannten eingelöteten Randverstärkungshülsen stehen von der Doseninnenwand ab und bilden so einen in hygienischer Beziehung ungünstig wirkenden Absatz. Außerdem ist das einwandfreie Einlöten erschwert, so daß keine Sicherheit für luftdichten Abschluß gegeben ist.
  • Der Gegenstand der Erfindung ist auf der Zeichnung in einem senkrechten Schnitt durch die Dose an einer Anlegestelle einer noch nicht befestigten Klammer beispielsweise dargestellt vor und nach dem Anlegen derselben.
  • Die Dose a hat einen bei e schwach kegeligen Einsteckdeckel b, der unter Verwendung eines Gummiringes c durch Klammern d in den Mundrand der Dose eingedrückt wird.
  • Am Mundrand der Dose ist ein eingelöteter nahtloser Verstärkungsring f vorgesehen, dessen oberer Rand mit dem Dosenrand g nach außen verbördelt ist. Erfindungsgemäß liegt der mit Hartlot eingelötete Verstärkungsring f in einer derartigen Auskröpfung der Dosenzarge, daß er mit der Doseninnenwand bündig liegt.
  • Die Klammernd, die nicht im Rahmen der Erfindung liegen, sind oben und in der Mitte kralleiiartig bei 1a und h ausgebildet und haben in der Mitte eine Ausspar ung nt zum Durchstecken eines Hebels 1, mit dem die Klammer unter kräftigem Zusammenpressen des Gummiringes c aufgesetzt werden kann:

  1. PATENTANSPRUCH: Kochfeste Konservendose mit durch Gummihülse abgedichtetem Einsteckdeckel und mit eingelöteter und verfalzter nahtloser Randverstärkungshülse, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Randverstärkungshülse in einer Auskröpfung der Dosenzarge bündig mit ihrer Innenwand liegt.
