Abstract

In the case of a household appliance for installation in a furniture recess of a fitted kitchen arrangement or the like, in particular a refrigerator or freezer, having an appliance door which is provided, on its outer side facing the opening of the furniture recess, with a furniture front panel which can be aligned with the furniture fronts of the neighbouring furniture by means of three-dimensionally adjustable connection means comprising, in addition to adjusting elements, an adjusting mechanism arranged on a horizontal door section, the adjusting mechanism comprising essentially a ... assigned to the furniture front panel and a fitting assigned to the appliance door and being in engagement with one another via an adjusting- and, if necessary, clamping-screw arrangement, the fitting assigned to the appliance door is constructed as a receiving means arranged on one of the horizontal door sections and reaching, recess-like, into the door body, into which receiving means the fitting arranged on the furniture front panel is able substantially to penetrate with the play required for the three-dimensional alignment and is connected to the fitting assigned to the appliance door by means of the adjusting- and clamping-screw arrangement. <IMAGE>
