Description

Household electrical appliance
[ technical field ]
The present invention relates to a household appliance, and more particularly, to a household appliance having a drawer-type door.
[ background art ]
The use of drawer-type doors in household appliances is known, for example, in some patent documents, a refrigerator is disclosed: a storage compartment, which is generally located at the middle or lower portion of the refrigerator, is closed and opened by a drawer type door, on which a storage box for placing foods, fruits, and vegetables is installed. The structure of the refrigerator is very common, most of the drawer type doors of the refrigerator are provided with a fixed guide rail and a supporting roller in the box body, a movable guide rail and a sliding roller are arranged on a drawer support, the fixed guide rail is connected with a reinforcing plate fixed in the box body of the refrigerator and is fixed in the box body, the movable guide rail is connected with the door through a metal connecting part, so that the movable guide rail is fastened on the door, and the storage box is arranged on the movable guide rail and enters and exits the storage chamber along with the movable guide rail. When the drawer is used, the sliding idler wheels of the drawer roll in the fixed guide rails of the box body, and the idler wheels of the box body move in a matched mode with the movable guide rails of the drawer support, so that the drawer is opened. Some refrigerators have improved designs of a guide rail and a roller so that a storage box mounted on the guide rail can be largely drawn out while maintaining a horizontal state, so that the entire storage box can be seen to facilitate storage and taking out of food, fruits, and vegetables.
Some errors are inevitable in the actual installation process of the guide rails and the rollers, so that the storage box cannot be maintained in a horizontal state by one hundred percent, the drawer type door also has deviation in the vertical direction relative to the original design, the process is generally not processed within a certain allowable error range, and when the error exceeds the allowable error range, related parts need to be replaced again.
As described above, foods, fruits and vegetables are placed in the storage box fixed to the movable rail connected to the door, and the drawer type door is deviated in a vertical direction due to the minute deformation of the rail and the abrasion of the roller during the long-term use. In order to facilitate the storage and removal of food, fruit and vegetables, users are mostly accustomed to first filling up the space near the drawer door, and the uneven distribution of the objects on the guide rails also increases the likelihood of this occurring. In addition, for the refrigerator which can be pulled out greatly after the design of the guide rail and the roller is improved, the larger the pulling-out range is, the possibility that the guide rail is deformed due to the uneven distribution of the articles on the guide rail is also greatly increased, and the horizontal height of the guide rail close to the drawer-type door is lower than the horizontal height of the guide rail far away from the drawer-type door, so that the drawer-type door is inclined in the vertical direction.
In order to prevent the cold air inside the storage chamber from leaking to the outside, a gasket having a magnetic attraction function with the refrigerator body is provided along the edge portion of the back surface of the drawer door in order to sufficiently perform a heat insulation function, and it is required that the gasket is in close contact with the front surface of the refrigerator main body when the drawer door is closed. When the drawer type door is inclined in a vertical direction, a gap may occur between the gasket and the refrigerator main body, thereby causing a serious effect of leakage of cool air. In addition, the appearance of the refrigerator is also affected due to the inclination of the door.
[ summary of the invention ]
The invention aims to provide a household appliance, so that the problem that the door of the household appliance is not tightly closed due to errors of an assembly process or long-time use can be effectively solved.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a home appliance including an appliance main body, a drawer type door supported to the appliance main body, and an adjustment mechanism to adjust a positional relationship of the door with respect to the appliance main body in a closed state, the adjustment mechanism being provided such that the door is rotatably adjusted. The door can be adjusted in a rotating way, so that the door which is inclined for various reasons can be recovered to a balance position without error or acceptable error from the inclined state, and the occurrence of adverse conditions such as leakage of cold air of the refrigerator is avoided.
Other features which are considered as characteristic for the invention, individually or in combination with other features, are set forth in the following appended claims.
Optionally, the adjustment mechanism is arranged such that the door is rotatably adjustable about a horizontal axis. In the error of the assembling process, there is a high possibility that the error is generated by the unnecessary rotation of the door about the horizontal axis and the vertical axis, but the inclination of the door due to the long-term use is mostly the error generated by the rotation of the door about the horizontal axis. The door is rotatably adjustable about a horizontal axis to eliminate errors caused by unnecessary rotation about the horizontal axis. Of course, the door can be adjusted rotatably about a vertical axis to also eliminate errors corresponding thereto.
Optionally, the household appliance further comprises a pair of support brackets, the support brackets comprise a first part and a second part which are connected, and the adjusting mechanism realizes the rotation adjustment of the door by adjusting the relative positions of the first part and the second part of the support brackets. Because one end of the supporting frame is connected with the door, the relative position of the first part and the second part of the supporting frame is adjusted, and the rotation adjustment of the door can be conveniently realized.
Optionally, the adjusting mechanism comprises at least one positioning hole on the first portion or the second portion of the support frame, at least one adjusting hole, and at least two connecting devices connecting the first portion and the second portion through the positioning hole and the adjusting hole, respectively. The adjusting mechanism adopting the structure is ingenious in design and easy to realize in process.
Optionally, the adjusting hole is a waist-shaped hole. The relative positions of the mounting piece and the movable guide rail are changed by adjusting the position of the screw in the waist-shaped hole, and the mounting piece is fixedly mounted on the door, so that the rotation of the mounting piece relative to the movable guide rail can cause the door to rotate in the vertical direction. The advantage of using a kidney-shaped hole is that the inclination of the door can be adjusted within a certain range rather than a certain value, because the exact value of the inclination error of the door is unpredictable, but the error range is predictable, and the error is eliminated by using a kidney-shaped hole according to the actual situation.
Alternatively, a line connecting the fixed holes of the pair of support frames constitutes a rotation shaft to which the door is rotatably adjusted.
Optionally, the adjusting mechanism (49) comprises one adjusting hole and one fixing hole, and the one adjusting hole (57) is an arc-shaped hole which is bent towards the one fixing hole (45). Compared with the waist-shaped hole, the arc-shaped hole is adopted, so that the inclination amplitude of the door can be adjusted within a larger range.
Optionally, the adjusting hole (57) is an arc hole and is a segment of a circle with the center of the fixed hole (45) as the center. In the aspect of adjustable range, the arc-shaped hole is larger than the waist-shaped hole, and the fixed hole is the largest adjustable range in the arc-shaped hole and can be directly adjusted to two ends of the arc-shaped hole.
Optionally, the second portion includes intersecting fasteners and mountings to facilitate adjustment of the tilt of the door.
Optionally, the adjusting mechanism comprises at least two fixing holes, at least one adjusting hole and at least two connecting devices for connecting the first part and the second part through the fixing holes and the adjusting holes, and the arrangement is firm and the adjustment is convenient.
Optionally, the fixing member and the mounting member are perpendicular to each other, which is more advantageous for adjusting the inclination of the door and also for securing the connection between the door and the guide rail.
Optionally, the fixing member is attached to the door, and the mounting member is attached to the first portion.
The construction of the present invention and other objects and advantages thereof will be more apparent from the following description of the preferred embodiments taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
