Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a thermal insulation element for erecting walls and Partitions.
In the manufacture of houses are used to erect walls, partitions and Ceilings in construction bricks, concrete blocks, gas concrete blocks (foam concrete), Lime sandstone, plastic components or natural stones are used. It can too Composite stones are used in this way, which is the combination of several Building materials or materials can exist. This is an ideal component view all the desired properties for masonry, for walls or Blankets such as high compressive strength, low specific weight, low heat and Has sound conductivity, high bending strength and so on.
The well-known concrete block, designed as a large block with cavities, has high Compressive and flexural strength, its heat and sound insulation properties are in contrast, very low. Another disadvantage is its relatively high weight.
The gas concrete or foam concrete block is also known as a lightweight building block. He has good ones Heat and sound insulation properties, but with moisture absorption diminish and lead to destruction of the block in connection with frost.
From DE-OS 41 10 829 a molded part for building purposes has become known as a plate as a component of waste paper in shredded form mixed with water and a contains mineral binder, namely cement and / or hydrated lime. This, especially designed as formwork panels and provided with outer layers The component is not to be used for load-bearing walls or as a building block, as it most important properties such as pressure and bending strength are missing.
The invention specified in claim 1 is based on the object Thermal insulation element to create that with high bending and compressive strength also good thermal insulation and Soundproofing properties, with low weight, high stability with good Has internal flexibility, is weatherproof and at the same time high breathability only low water absorption, high fire protection regulations Flame, fire and heat resistance, contribute to environmental protection Use of recyclable residues such as waste paper and waste labels an inexpensive manufacture the use of conventional machines of concrete blocks or Brick production enables.
With the invention it is achieved that in particular with waterproof waste paper in the correct Mixing ratio with cement, sand and water - a thermal insulation component is to produce that the good properties of a concrete and a gas concrete block achieved, that means it has high bending and compressive strength and high heat and Sound insulation properties. Water absorption is also related to conventional building blocks less. Another advantage is that the invention Thermal insulation component with the existing, conventional manufacturing machines Concrete stone construction company is to be produced. This also lowers the manufacturing costs hold.
Labels or stickers from are advantageously suitable as water-proof waste paper Reusable beverage bottles (glass and plastic bottles) that return to the Filling stations of the beverage industry are washed off and used as waste in large Amounts are incurred. The disposal of this waste is known to be not without problems and expensive. Glossy paper, posters by Advertising columns, advertising posters and the brochures made of glossy paper. Your good suitability as filler and material for the thermal insulation component according to the invention is based on the fact that this waste paper is used for its intended purpose is impregnated. Another advantage is that the washing of the labels by means Sodium hydroxide solution takes place and the salt residues on the labels also prove to be flame and prove fire retardant in the final product. This flame and fire resistance of the Thermal insulation component can be increased even more if the mixed water a small amount of saline from 1% to 3% is added. The The water absorption capacity of the thermal insulation component can be increased by about 1% to 3% of a conventional setting agent in mixed water can be further reduced. The known binders, which are waterproof concrete, are suitable as setting agents added to prevent water from entering the masonry.
The use of the waterproof waste paper according to the invention also causes the Thermal insulation component is much more stable, and cheaper to manufacture than one Thermal insulation component that would be solidified with normal waste paper. This is on it attributed to the fact that the waterproof waste paper does not change when moisture penetrates changed, especially not decomposed. The thermal insulation component according to the invention is therefore extremely weather-resistant and breathable. Even severe frost can as tests have shown, the subject of the invention even in wet Condition does not harm.
Is there not enough water-proof waste paper available for production? to maintain or to meet the demand, so according to the Invention also used newsprint for the production of the thermal insulation component find if 3% to 6% strengthener is added to the machine wash.
Further advantageous features and designs of the object of the invention are in specified two subsidiary claims and four sub-claims.

Altpapier. . However, the heat insulation elements 10, 20 and 30 shown in Figures 1, 2 and 3 may according to the invention also not water-resistant paper, in particular of newsprint, are prepared by the following mixing ratio:
20% to 80% waste paper,
10% to 50% cement and
10% to 70% sand in volume and
mixed with water,
wherein more mixed strength, preferably 3% to 6%, and a flame retardant (salt solution) of 1% to 5% is added to the mixed water for processing the non-waterproof waste paper. This means that the thermal insulation components manufactured afterwards also achieve approximately the properties described above, as with the component of waterproof waste paper.
Riesel Verwendung finden.Instead of sand, crushed gravel or trickle can also be used to produce the thermal insulation components 10 , 20 and 30 .
The requirements and requirements placed on the thermal insulation component According to the invention, properties are decisive for the mixing ratio between paper, cement and sand (gravel).
It is also important for the construction industry that the thermal insulation component is both can be glued as well as bricked with conventional mortar. The side faces are so smooth that a plaster plaster is sufficient.
The thermal insulation component according to the invention also has a stability or Compressive strength that corresponds to the relevant EC standard.
