Description

Verfahren zum Anarbeiten von Maschenware an dichten Stoff. Die Erfindung besteht in einem Verfahren, nach welchem es ermöglicht wird, an einen dichten Stoff, wie Webware, Kettenwirkware oder anderer Maschenware, wie Strick-oder Wirk-Kulierware, anzuarbeiten. Es sind Verfahren bekannt, mit denen derselbe Zweck verfolgt wird; dabei wird aber der dichte Stoff am Rande von den Nadeln, welche die Maschenware herstellen, durchstochen, so daß eine Wulst entstehen muß. Das neue Verfahren ist auf der Zeichnung, als Beispiel an einem Strumpfe angewendet, veranschaulicht. Das Verfahren ist folgendes: Angenommen, es soll an einen Strumpflängen, der aus Kettenwirkware, also aus dichter Ware besteht, die sich nicht in der üblichen Weise auf Wirknadeln aufstoßen läßt, ein Fuß aus -Maschenware angearbeitet werden. Man arbeitet mit Hilfe einer geeigneten Nähmaschine, unter Umständen unier Benutzung eines Nadelkammes 2, eine Henkelnaht i an, wie aus Abb. i und q. der Zeichnung ersichtlich. Diese Henkelnaht i wird dann auf die Nadeln, welche die Maschenware, hier also den Fuß herstellen sollen, aufgestoßen, d. h. also, die Henkel werden auf die Nadeln gehängt, wie solches in der Wirkerei mit den Maschenhenkeln schon bekannt ist. Um dieses Aufstoßen schneller durchführen -zu können, verwendet man einen Kamm 2, der aus Nadeln besteht, welche vorn in bekannter Weise zu Deckern 3 (Abb. 3) ausgebildet sind.
