Description

  • Maschine zurn Verpacken von Bonbons u. dgl. Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf Maschinen zum Verpacken von Bonbons u. dgl. in eine aus 7,wei den Bonbon zwischen sich fassenden, an den Rändern -durch Einpressen von Sicken miteinander verbundenen Papierblätterli bestehende Verpackung, bei der die Bonbons u. dgl. reihenweise zwischen zwei die Verpackung liefernde Papierbahnen eingebracht el el wer-den. Das Wesen der Erfindung wird in der in den Ansprüchen gekennzeicbneten besonderen Ausbildung der Maschine gesehen, bei der die Papierbahnen mit den dazwischen befindlichen Bonbons durch zwei hintereinander angeordnete Walzwerke mit Riffelwalzen und Schneidvorrichtungen hindurch-,-eführt werden, von denen - das erste die Papierbahnen unter Bildung von Schläuchen beiderseits der Bonbonr--ihen durch Einpressen von Sicken miteinander #verbindet und zwischen denselben zertrennt, und sodann das zweite die so gebildeten, Schläuche zwischen den Bonbons in Querrichtung durch Einpressen von Sicken verschließt und zerlegt. Auf d-er Zeichnung ist eine gemäß der Erfindung eingerichtete Verpackmaschine beispiels.weise dargestellt. Abb. i zeigt dieselbe zum Teil in Endansicht und Abb.:2 in Seitenansicht. Abb. 3 zeigt ein fertig verschlossenes Donbonpaketchen.
  • In einem Gestella, das mit zwei Lager' böcken b, b' versehen ist, sind zwei Wellen c! cl gelagert. Auf diesen Wellen sind in gewissem Abstan-de voneinander am Umfange--eriffelteWalzend,d'angeordnet. Die oberen Walzen d tragen in. der Mitte am Umfange eine kreisförinige Schneide e, die in eine entsprechende Rille f an den unteren Walzen d- eingreift. Zum Zwecke der Verstellbarkeit der oberen und unteren Walzen gegeneinander sind die Lager lt der oberen Welle c mittels Schraubenspindeln g, gl in der Höhe verstellbar. Diese Lager gleiten in einem Längsschlitz der Böcke b, b' und werden durch Federn, i, i' ständig gegen die Schraubenspindeln g, gedrückt. Die Riffelungen der Walzen d, d' greifen wie Zahnradti zähne ineinander und sind, damit sie nicht das Papier einschneiden, abgerundet. Die untere Welle c" wird durch ein Zahnrad k an--etrieben und die Drehbewegung derselben durch die Walzen d, d' auf die obere Welle c übertragen. Die äußeten Paare der Walzen d, d' brauchen, -wie gezeichnet, keine Schneiden c zu besitzen. Durch die Walzen d, d' werden zwei die Verpackung liefernde Papierbahnen 1, 11 von zwei Vorratswalzen en., id abgezogen. Die Papierbahnen werden so geführt, daß die Bonbons -- durch die Zubringer vorrichtung zwischen dieselben gebracht werden können.
  • Die Zubringevorrichtung für die Bonbons besteht aus einem Elevator n, der die Bonbons einem Magazin o entnimmt, ein-er Gleitbahn r, auf der die Bonbons vom Elevator abgelegt werden, und einern mit an federnden Armen v angeordneten Schaufeln p versehenen Wurfrade q, das die Bonbons von der Gleitbähn r in Richtung des Pfeiles X (Abb. 2,) zwischen die Papierbahnen 1, 11- befördert. Durch Schleifen auf der Gleitbahn r werden die Federarme v des Wurf rades q gespannt, so daß sie am Ende der Gleitbahn r vorschnellen und den Bonbon in der genannten Pfeilrichtung in den von den Papierbahnen 1, l' gebildeten Winkel werfen. Die Zubringevorrichtung ist so vor dem «\-#Talz#verl,- angeordnet, daß die Bonbons zwischen je zwei benachbarte Walzenpaare ,geworfen werden (Abb. i).
  • Die Antriebsgeschwindigkeiten des Walzwerkes und der Zubringevorrichtung müssen natürlich in entsprechendem Verhältnis zueinander stehen, damit die Bonbons im ge-,vünschten _-#Istande voneinander zwischen die Papierbahnen einuebracht werden.
  • Durch das Walzwerk d. d', e werden (lie Papier-bahnen unter Bildung von Schläuchen der Länge nach in Streifen zerschnitten und durch Einpressen von Sicken miteinander vereinigt, so daß die Bonbons in Papierschläuchen liegend >das W-alzwerk verlassen. I Diese Papierschläuche werden nun durch ein aus zwei Walzens '. s' bestehendes zweites '#\7alz#verk hindurchcreführt. Die Walzen s, s', sind mit zahnartig hervorragenden Längsrippen t. t' versehen. Diese Längsrippen t, t-, sind mit Querriffelun,-en versehen. Dfe 1.ängsrippen t' der unteren Walze s' sind mit einer in ihrer Längsrichtung verlaufenden Schneide it versehen. die in eine entsprechende Rille i.," rier Längsrippen t der oberen Walze s eingreift. Purch diese '\Ä,'alzen werden die l'apiersebläuche zwischen den Bonbons durch Einpressen von Quersicken verschlossen und die auf diese Weise gebildeten Bonbonpaketchen voneinander getrennt.
  • Sollen Bonbons anderer Abmessungen eingehüllt werden, so kann man die Walzen d, dauf ihren Wellen c, cl einstellbar (verschiebbar) anordnen, so daß sie einander genähert oder voneinander entfernt werden können. Züm gleichen Zwecke kann man die Walzen s, s' gegen ein anderes Walzenpaar auswechselbar anordnen.

Maschine zum Verpacken von Bonbons u. dgl. in eine aus zwei den Bonbon zwischen sich fassenden, an den Rändern .durch Einpressen von Sicken miteinander verbündenen Papierblättern bestehende Verpackung, bei der die Bonbons u. dgl. reihenweise zwischen zwei die Verpackung liefernde Papierbahnen eingebracht werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Papierbahnen mit den dazwischen befindlichen Bonbons durch zwei hintereinander angeordnete Walzwerke mit Riffelwalzen (d, d', s, s) und Schneidvorrichtungen (e, u) hindurchgeführt werden, von denen das erste die Papierbahnen unter Bildung von Schläuchen beiderseits der Bonbonreihen durch Einpressen von Sicken miteinander verbindet und zwischen denselben zertrennt und sodann das zweite die so gebildeten Schläuche zwischen den Bonbons in Querrichtung durch Einpressen von Sicken verschließt und zerlegt. -2. Maschine nach Anspruch i, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneidvorrichtungen (e, u) aus auf dem Umfange der einen Riffelwalzen angeordneten kreisförmigen, beziehungsweise geraden Schneiden bestehen, die in am Umfange der anderen Riffelwalzen angeordnete Rillen u) eingreifen. 3. Maschine nach Anspruch i und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die,Riffelwalzen (d, dl-) und Schneidvorrichtungen (e) des ersten Walzwerkes auf ihren ge- meinsamen Achsen (c, cl) gegeneinander einstellbar angeordnet sind. -t. Maschine mach Anspruch i bis 3 mit einer #_orrichtung zum Zuführen der Bonbons von einem Vorratsbehälter, gekennze*chnet durch ein mit, an federnden Armen (v) an-eordneten Schaufeln (p) verselienes Wurtrad (q), (las die Bonbons von einer Gleitbahn (r) zwischen die Papierbahnen an deren 17,intrittsstelle in (las erste Walzwerk (d, (11, e) hinheförrlert.
