Abstract
Appts. comprises a treating vessel contg. a treatment liq. and gush-spraying devices adjacent an entry to the vessel and downstream of the vessel. A tank receives treatment liq. overflowing from the vessel and returns it to the vessel and the gush-spraying devices. Used for treating or finishing the surfaces of metal objects by chemical coating, plating or etching e.g. Zn phosphate treating a car body. The coating is of uniform thickness in all places irrespective of the shape of the object.
