Description
Die Aufgabe der Erfindung ist, den im Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 angegebenen n-Kanal-Speicher-FET so fortzubilden, daß in einer Speichermatrix aus n-Kanal-Speicher-FETs solche Speicherzellen gemeinsam gelöscht werden können, die jeweils nicht in einer gemeinsamen Spalte oder in einer gemeinsamen Zeile angebracht sind, sondern nach einem anderen Muster angebracht sind. So soll es z. B. möglich sein, eine Matrix aufzubauen, bei welcher jeweils alle zweiten oder alle achten Speicherzellen einer Matrixzeile gleichzeitig gelöscht werden.
