Description
Claims (14)
- PatentansprücheBlasen-Blutoxygeniervorrichtung, gekennzeichnet durch eine Oxygenierkainmer (10) mit einer Mehrzahl von darin gebildeten, Sekundärströmung erzeugenden Umlenkeinrichtungen (38a) und einem Durchlaß, der so wirkt, daß er die Sekundärströmung von durch ihn hindurchlaufenden Blutbläschen fördert.
- 2. Oxygeniervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umlenkeinrichtungen (38a) eine Mehrzahl von Vorsprüngen innerhalb des Durchlasses sind.
- 3. Oxygeniervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oxygenierkammer (10) ferner mit einer porösen Verteilungseinrichtung (51) versehen ist, die in der Lage ist, Sauerstoff in die Oxygenierkammer (10) in einer Richtung entgegengesetzt zur Strömung des Blutes zur Bildung von Blutbläschen einzuführen.
- 4. Oxygeniervorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die poröse Verteilungseinrichtung (51) Porengrößen von etwa 10 bis etwa 30 Mikron aufweist.
- 5. Oxygeniervorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verteilungseinrichtung (51) innerhalb der Oxygeniervorrichtung angeordnet ist, so daß Blutbläschen auf einem auseinanderstrebenden Weg um die Verteilungseinrichtung (51) herum fließen, so daß Sekundärströmung der dort herumfließenden Blutbläschen gefördert wird.
- 6. Oxygeniervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Wärmeaustauschkammer (12) vagesehen ist, die sich in die Oxygenierkainmer (10) hinein öffnet, so daß der609851 /0840Durchgang von Blutbläschen aus der Oxygenierkammer (10) in die Wärmeaustauschkammer (12) ermöglicht wird.
- 7. Oxygeniervorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wärmeaustauschkammer (12) eine Heizungsleitung aufweist, die darin schraubenförmig angeordnet ist.
- 8. Oxygeniervorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Entschäumungseinrichtung (62) vorgesehen ist, die um die Wärmeaustauschkammer (12) herum angeordnet ist, und daß die Wärmeaustauschkammer mit einer Entschäumungseinrichtung-Trägereinrichtung (61) zum Halten der Entschäumungseinrichtung (62) im Abstand von der Wärmeaustauschkammer (12) versehen ist.
- 9. Oxygeniervorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trägereinrichtung (61) eine Mehrzahl von Rippen umfaßt.
- 10. Oxygeniervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Entschäumungseinrichtung (62) vorgesehen ist, die um die Oxygenierkammer (10) herum angeordnet ist, und daß die Oxygenierkammer (10) mit einer Entschaumungs-Trägereinrichtung (61) zum Halten der Entschäumungseinrichtung (62) im Abstand von der Oxygenierkammer (10) versehen ist.
- 11. Blasen-Oxygeniervorrichtung, gekennzeichnet durch eine Oxygenierkammer mit einer darin angeordneten Verteilungseinrichtung, die in der Lage ist, Sauerstoff in die Kammer in Richtung entgegengesetzt zur Strömung des Blutes zur Bildung von Blutbläschen einzuführen.
- 12. Oxygeniervorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die poröse Verteilungseinrichtung Porengrößen von etwa 10 bis etwa 30 Mikron aufweist.609851 /0840

Oxygeniervorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verteilungseinrichtung innerhalb der Oxygeniervorrichtung so angeordnet ist, daß eine Blutströmung auf einem auseinanderstrebenden Weg um die Verteilungseinrichtung herum bewirkt wird, so daß eine Sekundärströmung von dort herum gelangenden Blutbläschen gefördert wird.
- 14. Verfahren zur Oxygenierung von Blut, gekennzeichnet durch
Bildung von Blutbläschen mit einem sauerstoffreichen Gas,
Ausübung von Kräften auf die Blutbläschen, die bewirken, daß
die Bläschen eine Sekundärströmung ausführen, wodurch den Bläschen allgemein eine Drehbewegung aufgeprägt wird, die es ermöglicht, daß eine Gasübertragung so erfolgt, daß ein wesentlicher Betrag des im Blut ursprünglich vorhandenen Kohlendioxyds durch Sauerstoff ausgetauscht wird, undUmwandlung der oxygenierten Blutbläschen in flüssiges Blut.609851/0840
