Description

  • Betrifft! Beschreibung zu der Patentanmeldung von 21.5.76
  • U Stahl-Verstärkung lür Holzrahmenteile Empfindliche Rahmenteile, insbesondere an haustüren, sollen durch das U"Profil am verziehen gehindert werden.
  • Das U-Profil mit einer Abmessung ca. 40 x 25 x 3 mm wird über den entsprechend ausgefräßten Massivholzrahmen geschoben und mittels eines Klebers fest mit dem Holzrahmen verbunden.
  • Die gesamte Rahmen-Konstruktion wird an den Ecken auf Gehrung geschnitten und fest verschweißtg so daß sich bdi einer normalen Tüngröße eine Rahmengröße von ca loo x 200 cm ergibt.
  • Dieses Rahmenfeld wird wahlweise mit einer Wellit-Einlage (Papier) oder einer Kunststoffeinlage ausgefüllt.
  • Beidseits erfolgt dann eine Beplankung mit einer Lasserfestcverleimcl ten Sp@rrholzplatte von ca 5 mm Stärke, Diese Platte überdeckt noch das U-Profil um so ein durchschlagen von evtl. auftretendem Rost zu verhindern.
  • Als oberster Abschluß kommt ein Deckfurnier je nach Holzart von ca 1 mm darauf.
  • Durch die Ausfräsung im vorderen Teil des Massivholz-Rahmens# wonach die Sperrholzplatte bündig angeordnet wird, ergibt sich, das der Rahmen einen verdeckten Anleimer hat.
  • Diese verwindungsfreie Platte kann in allen beliebigen Größen gefertigt werden. Auch Rund und Stichbögen sind möglich.
  • Die wesentlichste Verwendungsmöglichkeit liegt im Hattürenbau.
  • Die B*ndoberteile werden in das U-Profil durch Gewinde eingedreht.
  • Für das erforderliche Schloß wird das Profil durchgestanzt.
  • Aufbauend auf diese Konstruktion können geschloßene Türen wie auch solche mit Glasfüllungen und Kassetten hergestellt werden.

  1. Betrifftl Patentanspruch zu der Anmeldung vom 21.5.76 Hiemit melde ich folgenden Patentanpruch an.
    Massivholz-Rahmen mit einer U-Eisen Versärkung insbesondere für Haus türen.
