Description
die Herstellung einer Hauptform, die zur Herstellung von
Untermatrizen verwendet werden kann, mit denen sich wiederum
Unterformen herstellen lassen. Sowohl die Formen als auch
die Unterformen können zum Giessen von Nachbildungen verwendet werden. Bei dem bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispiel des Verfahrens wird ein Substrat aus Mylar mit einer Dicke von o,lo2 bis o,254 mm (4-lo mil) gleichmässig mit einer sehr dünnen Schicht(ungefähr 3-7 Micron) eines polymerisierbaren Harzes, welchem ein Katalysator zugefügt wurde, beschichtet.

abgezogen werden. Dieselbe Form kann dann beim Giessen weiterer Nachbildungen unter Verwendung derselben Techniken wieder verwendet werden.
