Description
- 1. Laden einer Testkassette 210 in den Kassettenhalter 502 (Fig. 6A und 6B).
- 2. Spannen des Stechgerätes 500 durch ein Zurückziehen des Spannrohrs 562 bis sich die Fangvorrichtung 540 an dem Gehäuse 526 in die Ausnehmung 548 an dem Kolben 546 einriegelt, wodurch die Antriebsfeder (an Position 552, aber in Fig. 6 nicht gezeigt) gegen die Basis 554 des Gehäuses 526 (Fig. 6C) vorbelastet (zusammenge drückt) wird. Wenn das Spannrohr 562 in die proximale Richtung (weg von der Testkassette 210) gezogen wird, drückt ein distaler Flansch des Spannrohrs 572 (siehe Fig. 5A für strukturelle Einzelheiten des Stechgerä tes) auf die hervorstehenden Nasen 550 des Kolbens 542, wodurch der Kolben 546 gedrückt wird, um die Antriebsfeder 552 zusammenzudrücken.
- 3. Loslassen des Spannrohrs 562, wodurch es der Kraft von der zusammengedrückten Spannrohrfeder 568 ermöglicht wird, das Spannrohr 562 in seine frühere Ruheposition (Fig. 6B) zurückzubringen.
- 4. Berühren des beabsichtigten Ortes zum Stechen auf der Haut mit der Testkassette 210 an ihrem distalen Ende. Weiter Drücken der Testkassette 210 gegen die Haut durch Drücken des gesamten Stechgerätes 500. Als ein Ergebnis wird der Kassettenhalter 502 teilweise in das Stechgerät 500 gegen die Kraft der Einstellfeder 532 (Fig. 6E) zusammengedrückt. Gleichzeitig bewegt sich der Auslöser 568 zu der Fangvorrichtung 540, die den Kolben 542 zurückhält, hin.
- 5. An einer vorbestimmten Position gibt der Auslöser 538 die Fangvorrichtung 540 von dem Kolben 542 frei, und die Antriebsfeder 552 treibt den Kolben 542 in die distale Richtung, wodurch die Lanzette der Testkasset te in die Haut getrieben wird (Fig. 6F). Danach springt die Antriebsfeder in der bevorzugten Betriebs art, in der die Antriebsfeder 552 eine ballistische Feder ist, die an der Kolbenbasis 544 befestigt ist, in ihre Ruheposition zurück und zieht den Kolben (wie in Fig. 6B) zurück. Als ein Ergebnis zieht sich die Lanzette von der Haut mittels der Feder 228 in der Testkassette 210 zurück.
Claims (24)
- (a) einer Kassette (210), die ein Kassettengehäuse (222) mit einer Lanzettenöffnung (212) und eine Lanzette (216) mit einer Spitze aufweist, wobei die Lanzette (216) wirksam mit dem Kassettengehäuse (222) verbun den ist, um es zu ermöglichen, daß die Lanzette (216) durch die Lanzettenöffnung (212) vorsteht und daß sich zum Stechen, um Blut zu ergeben, die Spitze zu der Haut hin bewegt; und
- (b) einem Treiber (500) zum Treiben der Lanzette (216), um die Spitze distal zu bewegen, um die Haut zu stechen, wobei der Treiber (500) durch die Haut auslösbar ist, die eine Kraft gegen die Vorrichtung ausübt, wenn die Kraft einen voreingestellten Betrag einer Vorlastkraft überschreitet.
eine Häusung (222) mit dem Treiber (500) zum Bewirken, daß die Lanzettenspitze der Lanzette (216) aus dem Kas settengehäuse (222) ausfährt, wobei die Kassette (210) abnehmbar in der Häusung (222) gehalten ist, so daß die Kassette nach einem Erhalten von Blut entfernt werden kann.
- (a) Bereitstellen einer Vorrichtung mit einer Lanzette (216), die eine Spitze aufweist, die in der Vorrich tung abgeschirmt ist; und
- (b) Drücken der Haut gegen die Vorrichtung, wodurch die Vorrichtung ausgelöst wird, um die Lanzette derart zu treiben, daß die Lanzettenspitze aus der Vorrich tung ausführt, wenn eine voreingestellte Vorlast kraft überschritten wird.
- (a) einer Kassette (210), die folgende Merkmale aufweist
- (i) ein Kassettengehäuse (222) mit einer Lanzetten öffnung (212), durch die eine Lanzette (216) vorstehen kann, und einem Probenfach in der Nä he der Lanzettenöffnung (212);
- (ii) eine Lanzette (216), die in dem Kassettengehäu se (222) gehäust und wirksam mit demselben ver bunden ist, so daß dieselbe treibbar ist, um durch die Lanzettenöffnung (212) zum Stechen der Haut auszufahren, um Blut zu ergeben; und
- (b) einer Häusung (212), die einen Treiber (220) zum Treiben der Lanzette (216) aufweist, um die Lanzette (216) durch die Lanzettenöffnung (212) auszufahren, wobei die Kassette (210) abnehmbar in der Häusung gehalten ist, so daß die Kassette nach der Blutpro bennahme entfernt werden kann, wobei der Treiber (500) eine Spannposition aufweist, die auslösbar ist, wenn die zu stechende Haut auf den Treiber (500) eine Kraft ausübt, die eine voreingestellte Kraft überschreitet, um den Treiber aus der Spann position zu lösen, wodurch die Lanzette (216) zu der Haut hin gedrückt wird.
