Abstract

Description

The invention relates to protective contact socket arrangements according to the features of Claim 1.

The socket arrangements currently available on the market for duct installation are already provided by the manufacturer in a pre-assembled version. They are therefore well suited for quick and time-saving installation on site because they due to the electrical pre-wiring of any group of people can be made. As already mentioned at the beginning and as can be seen from FIG. 1, the known protective contact socket arrangement consists of one or more adjacent sockets with support plates 3 , with which these are fastened in a channel socket 2 by means of screw connections. The connection of the sockets to each other is mandatory. The electrical socket connections are assigned via electrical lines 1 , the ends of which are each provided with a plug connection 4 . The cover frame 5 is fixed to the socket inserts by means of the screw-on central pieces 6 .

The embodiment according to FIGS. 2 and 3 shows the socket arrangement in a likewise prefabricated manner with connected electrical lines 1 , the ends of which are each provided with a plug connection 4 .

In order, as described at the outset, to further improve the utility value of pre-assembled socket arrangements for use in ducts, the support plates 7 of the type according to the invention are each provided with cutouts 13 at their corners. They serve to form a free space 13 'in the installed state, which ensures accessibility to the fastening screws 9 with which the socket arrangement is fastened in the cable duct. With this new construction measure it is achieved in a particularly advantageous manner that the arrangement can already be prefabricated with central pieces 8 . The equipment with central pieces 8 is carried out by the manufacturer and is a further step in prefabricated socket arrangements to improve the utility value. As a result, only the respective cover frame 10 has to be snapped on site.

For this purpose, the cover frame 10 is provided on the underside with latching means 11, with which it engages and when mounting on the assembly in an aperture 12 below the central piece 8 fixes it there. This is also shown in an enlarged manner in the additional details according to section lines AA and BB.

As can still be seen from FIG. 2, each support plate 7 of the respective flush-mounted insert is provided at its corners with identical recesses 13 , which in the installed state of a socket arrangement have a free space 13 ? form, which ensures the accessibility of the fastening screws 9 with which the socket arrangement is held in the cable duct.
