Abstract

The exhaust pipe carrying fitting has a bridge carrier (3) as the carrying element, stepped vertically so that the pipes (4) and mantle blocks (2) can be locked into a unit. A bowl (10) with a guide plate on it is fitted in the stepped part of the bridge carrier, with a guide plate (8) on it. Corresponding apertures (6, 7) in the bridge carrier and the guide plate with fixed hose connectors enable the condensate to be taken out of the exhaust pipe.

Description

The invention relates to an arrangement for carrying exhaust gas Pipes that are routed in a shaft, especially in a chimney casing stones, with pipes and casing stones forming a chimney or an exhaust gas plant are composed.

Exhaust pipes have been used on solid concrete slabs or minerali base. Due to their height, they shift the grid of the exhaust pipe to the casing stone. Ultimately, cane and mantle stones end le in different heights. For the known solution, the exhaust pipe the pillar and the mantle stone pillar are adjusted by appropriate cuts, because the previous foot structure shifts the grid.

The condensate forming in the exhaust pipe must have several separators areas are removed, their sealing due to natural manufacturing tolerance different expansion values of the building materials used is guaranteed. So z. B. the sealed drain will leak, so that Condensate liquid escapes at an undesired location.

The application is therefore based on the task of an arrangement for carrying to create exhaust gas-carrying pipes, with which a secure seal when the grid is maintained tion is guaranteed.

This object is to be achieved in accordance with the characterizing part of A1. This ensures that the levels of the exhaust pipes and the Sheath stones are flush, so that due to the absence of corrective cuts to the Pipes a simple and faster assembly of the chimney part and thereby safe condensate drainage is possible.

The invention is explained in more detail below using an exemplary embodiment:
As can be seen in FIG. 1, a lower casing stone ( 1 ) is displaced. The connection between the lower casing stone ( 1 ) and the upper casing stone ( 2 ) is carried out with a mortar tape. A bridge girder ( 3 ) ( FIG. 2) is inserted into the lower casing stone ( 1 ) in the resulting joint before the upper casing stone ( 2 ) is put on. The bridge girder ( 3 ) lies with its guide plates ( 12 ) on the upper end face of the lower casing stone ( 1 ). The guide plates ( 12 ) of the bridge girder ( 3 ) anchor themselves, in particular, through the bores ( 11 ) in the mortar band of the casing stone joint and thus establish a statically firm connection with the casing stone column. A shell ( 10 ) ( FIG. 3 ) is now inserted into the bridge girder ( 3 ) so that the hose connection piece ( 9 ) penetrates the bore ( 6 ) of the bridge girder. A guide plate ( 8 ) is now inserted into the shell ( 10 ). The construction of the pipes ( 4 ) begins on this guide plate, which can take place in a grid with the casing stone column by the offset of the bridge girder ( 3 ), which compensates for the overall height of the guide plate ( 8 ).
