Die Zeichnung zeigt die Kupplung im Aufrifs, Grundrifs, beide mit theilweisem Schnitt, und in einem Querschnitt nach A-B. Die Spindel α ist durch einen quadratischen Theil im Wagengestell geführt und mithin am Drehen verhindert und läuft vorn in eine Gabel aus, die den in ihr drehbaren Bolzen b trägt. Auf diesem Bolzen b sitzt der Haken c fest, welcher also die Drehung des Bolzens mitmacht. Die Spindel α hat ihr Gewinde in der Mutter d, die in dem rahmenförmigen Stück e gelagert ist und in diesem sich drehen läfst. e ist auf die Stange f aufgekeilt, welche den Zug mittelst der Schneckenfeder g,' gerade wie bisher, auf den Eisenbahnwagen überträgt.The drawing shows the coupling in the elevation, in the outline, both with partial section, and in a cross-section according to AB.
