Abstract

Steuersystem (10) für ein Bewegungsrekonstruktions- und/oder -wiederherstellungssystem für einen Patienten (P), aufweisend- mindestens einen Sensor (12),- mindestens eine Steuerung (14),- mindestens eine Programmiereinheit (16),- mindestens ein Stimulationssystem (18), wobei die Steuerung (14) mit dem Sensor (12), der Programmiereinheit (16) und dem Stimulationssystem (18) verbunden ist, wobei der Sensor (12) einen Teil einer Trainingsentität (22) darstellt oder an einer Trainingsentität (22) angebracht ist, um- ein Bewegungsmodell für einen Patienten (P) zu erstellen und/oder zu führen, und/oder- Stimulationseinstellungen beruhend auf einem Eingang vom Sensor (12) anzupassen.

Claims (13)

  1. Steuersystem (10) für ein Bewegungsrekonstruktions- und/oder -wiederherstellungssystem für einen Patienten (P), aufweisend - mindestens einen Sensor (12), - mindestens eine Steuerung (14), - mindestens eine Programmiereinheit (16), - mindestens ein Stimulationssystem (18), wobei die Steuerung (14) mit dem Sensor (12), der Programmiereinheit (16) und dem Stimulationssystem (18) verbunden ist, wobei der Sensor (12) einen Teil einer Trainingsentität (22) darstellt oder an einer Trainingsentität (22) angebracht ist, um - ein Bewegungsmodell für einen Patienten (P) zu erstellen und/oder zu führen, und/oder - Stimulationseinstellungen beruhend auf einem Eingang vom Sensor (12) anzupassen.
  2. Steuersystem (10) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trainingsentität (22) ein Trainer (T) und/oder ein Physiotherapeut ist.
  3. Steuersystem (10) nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trainingsentität (22) ein Trainingsapparat ist oder umfasst, wobei der Apparat ein Exoskelett (22a), ein Roboter, ein Laufband, eine Fahrradmaschine und/oder ein System zur Unterstützung des Körpergewichts ist.

Steuersystem (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerung (14) dafür ausgelegt und eingerichtet ist, die Bewegung der Trainingsentität (22) zu verfolgen und abzuschätzen und sie beruhend auf der abgeschätzten Bewegung in Stimulationsdaten umzusetzen, die durch das Stimulationssystem (18) dem Patienten (P) für das Patiententraining zur Bewegungsrekonstruktion und/oder -wiederherstellung bereitgestellt werden.
  5. Steuersystem (10) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerung (14) so ausgelegt und eingerichtet ist, dass das Verfolgen und Abschätzen online und/oder offline durchgeführt wird.
  6. Steuersystem (10) nach Anspruch 4 oder Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerung (14) so ausgelegt und eingerichtet ist, dass das Verfolgen und Abschätzen online und/oder in Echtzeit und/oder mit Zeitverzögerung durchgeführt wird.
  7. Steuersystem (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerung (14) so ausgelegt und eingerichtet ist, dass das Verfolgen und Abschätzen von einem Patienten (P) zu einem anderen Patienten (P) durchgeführt wird.
  8. Steuersystem (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens zwei oder mehr Sensoren (12) vorhanden sind, die ein Sensornetzwerk (12c) bilden, wobei mindestens einer der zwei oder mehr Sensoren (12) mit der Steuerung (14) verbunden ist.
  9. Steuersystem (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Steuersystem (10) darüber hinaus ein erweitertes und/oder virtuelles Realitätsmodul aufweist, das dafür ausgelegt und eingerichtet ist, Informationen bezogen auf Bewegungsrekonstruktion und/oder -wiederherstellung bereitzustellen, insbesondere Informationen bezogen auf das Training, das für eine Bewegungsrekonstruktion und/oder -wiederherstellung durchzuführen ist oder gerade durchgeführt wird.
  10. Steuersystem (10) nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erweiterte und/oder virtuelle Realitätsmodul dafür ausgelegt und eingerichtet ist, Gamifizierungsinformationen bezogen auf Bewegungsrekonstruktion und/oder -wiederherstellung bereitzustellen.
  11. Steuersystem (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mindestens einen Sensor (12) mindestens einer der folgenden ist oder mindestens einen der folgenden umfasst: eine Trägheitsmesseinheit (IMU) (12a), einen optischen Sensor, eine Kamera, ein Piezoelement, einen Geschwindigkeitssensor, einen Beschleunigungsmesser, einen Magnetfeldsensor, einen Drehmomentsensor, einen Drucksensor (12b), einen Wegsensor, eine EMG-Messeinheit, ein Goniometer, einen magnetischen Positionssensor, einen Hall-Sensor, ein Gyroskop und/oder Motion-Tracking-Videokameras oder Infrarotkameras.
  12. Steuersystem (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trainingsentität (22) der Patient (P) selbst ist.
  13. Steuersystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Steuersystem (10) ein Vorwarnmodul aufweisen kann, das dafür ausgelegt und eingerichtet ist, ein Vorwarnsignal bereitzustellen, das das Vorsehen eines bevorstehenden Stimulationsereignisses anzeigt.
