Description
Sprühdraht für Elektrofilter.
Bei den bisher verwendeten Sprüüdrähten, bei denen die
Widerstandsmomente in den beiden Hauptachsen gleich groß sind ( z.B. Drähte sit quadratisches oder kreisförmigem
Querschnitt 5 können die in Ealxsen eingespanntes Srahts
leicht in Sichtung zu den Uiedersehlagseiektroden ausgebogsn
werden, wenn^^^Bir^JSi^Betriebsteiaperatursn üblicher Größe
im Rahmen auftreten oder durch mechanischen
der klopfvorrichtung bleibende Terformungen auftreten,
sowie durch elektrische Sräfte zwischen den Elektroden.
Sie Ausbiegung der Sprühdräht© zn den Hisderschlagselektroden
ist. gleichbedeutend sit einer Verringerung das Spannungs abstandes,
sodaß an diesen Stellen vorzeitige Überschlags auftreten.
"Efm bei einer evtl. auftretenden YerMegung au vermeiden,
daS diese eine Verringerung des Sprühabstandes zur Folge hat * sieht die Erfindung vor, den Querschnitt des Sprühdrahtes
als Rechteck auszubilden. Dabei soll das Seitenverhältnis nicht großer als 1:2 und nicht kleiner als 1 s 1*25 sein·
Die längere Seite wird quer zur Ebene das Sprührahiaens an geordnet,
damit eine evtl. auftretende Ausbiegung nur in der Ebene des Bahmenä erfolgt·
Der Gegenstand der Erfindung ist in drei Abbildungen
dargestellt.
