Abstract
Eire Vorrichtung zum Umgestalten des weiblichen Genitalgewebes umfassend eine Behandlungsspitze und ein Handstück, wobei die Behandlungsspitze mit dem fernen Ende des Handstückes über ein Verbindungsmittel verbunden ist, wobei das ferne Ende der Behandlungsspitze rechteckig, kegelförmig, kugelförmig, halbkugelförmig, oval oder kreisförmig in der Gestalt ist und eine Oberfläche hat, die eine oder mehrere Energielieferelemente aufweist, wobei die besagten Elemente eine interne Oberfläche und eine epithelkontaktierende Oberfläche haben und wobei die Vorrichtung weiter eines oder mehrere des Folgenden aufweist: (a) einen oder mehrere Temperatursensoren zum Messen der Temperatur an oder unterhalb des Epithels; (b) einen oder mehrere direktionale Sensoren; und (c) eine oder mehrere Tiefenmarkierungen, die die Tiefe der Penetration der Behandlungsspitze in die Vagina anzeigen.
Claims (20)
- Eire Vorrichtung zum Umgestalten des weiblichen Genitalgewebes umfassend eine Behandlungsspitze und ein Handstück, wobei die Behandlungsspitze mit dem fernen Ende des Handstückes über ein Verbindungsmittel verbunden ist, wobei das ferne Ende der Behandlungsspitze rechteckig, kegelförmig, kugelförmig, halbkugelförmig, oval oder kreisförmig in der Gestalt ist und eine Oberfläche hat, die eine oder mehrere Energielieferelemente aufweist, wobei die besagten Elemente eine interne Oberfläche und eine epithelkontaktierende Oberfläche haben und wobei die Vorrichtung weiter eines oder mehrere des Folgenden aufweist: (a) einen oder mehrere Temperatursensoren zum Messen der Temperatur an oder unterhalb des Epithels; (b) einen oder mehrere direktionale Sensoren; und (c) eine oder mehrere Tiefenmarkierungen, die die Tiefe der Penetration der Behandlungsspitze in die Vagina anzeigen.
- Die Vorrichtung von Anspruch 1, wobei die besagte Behandlungsspitze mit einem Fingerhalter ausgerüstet ist.
- Die Vorrichtung von Anspruch 2, wobei die besagte Behandlungsspitze mit dem besagten Verbindungsmittel über ein Greifmittel verbunden ist, wobei das ferne Ende des besagten Greifmittels an der besagten Behandlungsspitze befestigt ist und das nahe Ende des besagten Greifmittels mit dem besagten Verbindungsmittel verbunden ist.
- Die Vorrichtung von Anspruch 3, wobei ein Band nahe an dem nahen Ende des besagten Greifmittels befestigt ist.
- Die Vorrichtung von Anspruch 4, wobei das nahe Ende des besagten Greifmittels mit dem besagten Verbindungsmittel über Kabel verbunden ist.
- Die Vorrichtung von irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei das Innere der besagten Behandlungsspitze eine interne Kühlkammer aufweist, die eine Kühlmittelzuleitung gegenüber der internen Oberfläche des bzw. der besagten einen oder mehreren Energielieferelemente(s) hat, wobei die Kühlmittelzuleitung eine Mehrzahl von Düsen aufweist, die dazu konfiguriert sind, ein Kühlmittel auf die internen Oberfläche des bzw. der besagten einen oder mehreren Energielieferelemente(s) zu sprühen.
- Die Vorrichtung von irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei die Oberfläche an dem fernen Ende der Behandlungsspitze vollständig oder teilweise durch Energielieferelemente bedeck ist.
- Die Vorrichtung von irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei die Temperatursensoren Thermoelemente sind, die jeweils eine erste und eine zweite Verbindungsstelle aufweisen.
- Die Vorrichtung von Anspruch 8, wobei die erste Verbindungsstelle auf dem Handstück angeordnet ist oder zwischen den Energielieferelementen und dem besagten Handstück.
- Die Vorrichtung von Anspruch 8 oder 9, wobei die zweite Verbindungsstelle an dem fernen Ende, an dem nahen Ende oder inmitten der Energielieferelemente angeordnet ist.
- Die Vorrichtung von irgendeinem der Ansprüche 8–10, wobei die zweite Verbindungsstelle ein stumpfes Ende umfasst, das das Epithel kontaktiert und seine Temperatur misst.
- Die Vorrichtung von irgendeinem der Ansprüche 8–10, wobei die zweite Verbindungsstelle eine Nadel aufweist, die in das Epithel eindringt und die Temperatur unterhalb des Epithels misst.
- Die Vorrichtung von irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, wobei die direktionalen Sensoren elektromagnetische oder optische Mechanismen verwenden, um die Position der Behandlungsspitze nachzuverfolgen.
- Die Vorrichtung von irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, wobei die direktionalen Sensoren proximal oder distal auf dem Handstück angebracht sind.
- Die Vorrichtung von irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, wobei die direktionalen Sensoren nahe an dem bzw. den einen oder mehreren Energielieferelement(en) auf der Behandlungsspitze angebracht sind.
- Die Vorrichtung von irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, wobei die Tiefenmarkierungen auf der Oberfläche an dem fernen Ende der Behandlungsspitze sind.
- Die Vorrichtung von irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, wobei die Tiefenmarkierungen erhabene Linien, eingerückte Linien oder numerische Markierungen umfassen.
- Die Vorrichtung von irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, wobei die Tiefenmarkierungen auf mehr als einer Seite der Behandlungsspitze angeordnet sind.
- Ein Verfahren des Verwendens der Vorrichtung von irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1–18 zum Umgestalten eines Zielgewebes, das unter einem Schleimhautepithel des weiblichen Genitalgewebes liegt, umfassend den Schritt des Kühlens des besagten Epithels und des Erwärmens des besagten Zielgewebes mit den besagten Energielieferelementen.
- Ein Verfahren von Anspruch 19, wobei die Umgestaltung ein Zusammenziehen des Zielgewebes, ein Verengen des Scheideneingangs, ein Verengen der Vagina, eine Denaturierung von Kollagen oder ein Verengen dvon kollagenreichen Stellen des Zielgewebes umfasst.
